We recently renovated the entire home with paint, inside and out, landscaping and decor. The property also offers a south facing private heated pool and hot tub.

You will love our 4 bedroom private villa, each with its own coastal/beach theme and quiet upgraded comforts of home. Everything is all on one floor, with no stairs to navigate. We also hired a new Management Company to handle any additional requests during your stay.

Affordable luxuries of an exceptionally rated vacation retreat but at a fraction of the cost. You have to agree, having your own private pool and spa is virtually priceless. In addition, there are lots of quiet spaces to relax, reset and recharge throughout the property. Furthermore, the entire subdivision is walkable and offers trails around the ponds and is incredibly private.

You are minutes away from Sunset Walk near Margaritaville, with local restaurants such as Rock N Brews, Sickies, Ford's Garage, Red Lobster, and Buffalo Wild Wings. For groceries, Publix on Irlo Bronson Hwy is close by. Walmart and Starbucks are 1.5 miles away off Livingston and Old Wilson Lake Road. Both offer grocery delivery, to order just before you arrive. There is also putt-putt golf and a winery off Formosa Gardens.

Our villa has 1,800 sq. ft. of living space, including 2 en-suites, with lots of closet space, each with its own private bathroom for added privacy. The laundry room and small closet behind the door of the kids bathroom offers many extra towels you may need during your stay.

The master bedroom has a luxury king size bed with private entrance to the pool area with a full bath, complete with separate soaking tub and shower, for added relaxation and privacy. In addition, the bathroom provides its own toilet room, w/door for added privacy. Suite 2 has a luxury queen size bed and decor and its own newly decorated full bath. The Aquarium themed third bathroom, shares bedrooms 3 and 4. Bedroom 3 has a luxury queen size bed, with updated decor and comforters. Bedroom 4 is Mickey/Minnie themed, with two twin beds with new comforters and decor for the kids and sporting a an old vintage Mickey TV.

The garage has also been turned into a game room for further enjoyment. If offers darts and a pool table. We are working to upgrade this in the near future.

We have a screened lanai and pool. The remainder of the rear property is secluded by large thick shrubs for added privacy during your pool time, lanai time or sun bathing. The partially covered lanai provides adequate shade while the pool deck provides optimal sun for the avid sun bather.

The property also includes a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, with essential small appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, etc. We provide cups, spoons, pans, utensils, etc. We provide towels, wash clothes, hand towels. We also have a vacuum, broom, dust pan and blow dryer.

We will provide initial basic essentials, to get you started on your amazing vacation: Essentials include: 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. 1 roll of Paper Towel. Dish soap, washer pods, Laundry Detergent, hand soap for each bathroom. Additional items can be purchased at your local store and delivered to the residence just prior to your arrival.

Babies: We provide a PACK N PLAY, high chair, full safety gate between the pool and home. Double lock on the door wall and side entry door.

We provide Hi-Speed Internet and free WiFi. The latest in technology with USB-C ports for charging and smart TV to stream your latest shows. Flat screen TV's are located throughout the home, except the kids room. The home provides a DVD library and board games, Of course, you are always welcome to bring your Personal Electronic Devices/Gaming system/computers.

Things we don't provide: Pool floats. Shampoo/Conditioner, Grill, Daily maid service, or personal grocery delivery.
