My wife and I spent a month in Lisa’s apartment in Puerto Pollensa. We found it to be ideal for our stay. It is well equipped for a long term stay and we were very comfortable there. The apartment is in a great location. It is in a quiet residential area, but only a few minutes walk to grocery stores, restaurants and of course the waterfront.

Great holiday

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the port and local supermarket. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely place with plenty of restaurants and some souvenir shops. We enjoyed walking along the promenade.

The perfect base for our family

great apartment

this has got to be the best equipped holiday venue we have stay in in 5 visits to P.P. Only draw back was, being a disabled person. there was no mention of the steps front and rear and the key lock box was impossible for me to get to with out help

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment, immaculate with everything you need, very much home from home. Location excellent, no need for car. Slight downside was there were no other children in the apartment block, as none of the other residents rent to holiday makers. It was like having your own villa with pool to yourself most of the time.

Great location

The apartment is a good size, clean & had lots of kitchen equipment. It’s in a great location with the supermarket only 2 mins drive or 5 mins walk. It takes about 10 mins to walk to the centre where all the bars & restaurants are. It’s also close to the bus station where you can easily get buses to Alcúdia Old Town or Pollença town - they are regular, air conditioned & cheaper than taxis. The only things that I would ask for is a bin in each bathroom & a slightly cooler pool.

Holiday

We had a lovely holiday we loved Puerto Pollença. Loved the food and bars. The apartment was nice and had all amenities inside. However, we did think that the outside area could have been better. It is looking a little tired. We like to lie by the pool but the sun beds are very uncomfortable and dated. We just think this could have been better for the price we paid.

Superb Holiday !

What a super holiday we enjoyed at Edifico 7 ….the apartment is within a small two storey complex, set just on the edge of town against a backdrop of beautiful hills. This modern and contemporary apartment, a family owned establishment (excellent customer service in the booking), is situated in a secluded position providing privacy and peace within comfortable, well-equipped surroundings. The apartment, situated on the ground floor with all mod cons, benefits from its own pool, private garden, parking allocation and is within a 5 minute walk of a local supermarket. Pollensa itself surprised us, large enough to avoid being twee but small enough to wander round in a morning, and it has none of the feel of other towns which have succumbed under the sheer weight of tourism. The resort centre, has an attractive yachting marina and long promenade, where we witnessed a hive of activity during the day. Behind the promenade the narrow lanes lead to a multitude of restaurants and shops (not for me!), these just a 10 minute stroll away from the apartment. At night, we found the town takes on a totally different atmosphere, with restaurants of all nationalities and an excellent choice of bars (for us!)….we will definitely be back to this little gem!

Lovely apartment

Check in process very eas. The apartment was very well stocked with appliances and everything you could need. Very clean and modern. A short walk to the centre and very close to a large supermarket. Great pool area and in a nice quiet location. Definitely would revisit and recommend.

The apartment is in a good location - really near to the supermarket and about a 15 minute walk from the beach so no need for a car. The apartment was as advertised, and the garden is very private. The only minus point is that we didn’t see any evidence of the pool being cleaned, other than the chemicals being topped up.

Super fast communication with owner ++++ Apartment is excellently equipped, all appliances to good standard, no need to worry about cooking facilities Check in easy, property was really clean, and everything ready to go Layout was more than adequate for 2 on cycling break Supermarket is short walk, centre of town a little further, but no more than 10mins We would definitely want to use again :-)

Good but with some things to improve

Big and nice modern apartment. However the equipment in the kitchen was old and dirty and not enough for 4 persons. No coffee machine. The grass of the garden was dry and not cut since a long time. The swimming pool was smaller than expected. Nobody received us to give us the keys and explain the basic of the apartment but good indications were given by email. Quite area, 10min walk to the port and with a big supermarket quite close. Good location to travel around In the north of Mallorca.

We purchased our apartment in 2012, we have been holidaying in Majorca since our children were small and love the Island and the area of Puerto Pollensa.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We have visited Majorca lots of times and love the Island. We have stayed all over the island, however we fell in love with Puerto Pollensa for its quietness, the square and its many bars and restaurants. We looked at lots of apartments in Puerto Pollensa however we chose this one because of the large outdoor space - the garden and terrace and also because it is modern in style. Its great to throw open the patio doors to step out onto the large terrace to relax in the beautiful sunshine. We adore our second home and look forward to returning each time.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love that everything is within walking distance so hiring a car is not a necessity. The main square is just a 10 minute stroll, and the lovely sandy beach is only a 15 minute walk. The nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes away. The large terrace and garden is perfect for bbq's and alfresco dining or relaxing in the warm sunshine. The square and the promenade are perfect to sit and relax day or night watching the world go by.
