Wonderful!

Perfect all round. Spacious both inside and out. Like staying in a villa. Great service from both Debbie and Jane. Very accommodating especially as our return flight was cancelled and we were able to stay an extra night. Mid stay clean. Excellently equipped kichen. Welcome pack included.

Lovely apartment

A friend recommended Kalkan as a great place to go on holiday and it didn't disappoint with great restaurants, beaches and things to do. This was made better by our host Debbie who organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport and a welcome pack with the essentials on arrival. The apartment is perfect in layout, location and facilities, we will be coming back in the future. Thank you so much.

Great Apartment-Unfair Neighbours

This apartment was lovely and had everything you would need. Furnished lovely and very clean. Lots of little touches like plastic crockery and beach towels, games and beanbags. Water-cooler and toiletries and towels were all provided. An easy 7min walk to town which has everything for you. My only gripe was the neighbours who complained unfairly about my sons music volume which I refute as the day before I was playing pop music and singing like noone was listening (letting my hair down n celebrating my belated 50th alone by the pool and enjoying the fact we got away amidst this crazy crisis) and didnt hear a dickiebird. I think they just didnt like the genre !!! Appreciate we all must respect each others space etc and we did because we are courteous like that but I've heard Kalkan can be anti kids but bring our 3rd yesr in a row Ive never 'frlt' it..but I wasn't happy about being unfairly accused:( Not the owners fault..just a warning.

Amazing Holiday

Where to begin??? The property was amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the pool is just lovely. Everything you need is nearby as well! You have all you need to cook your own meals and enjoy food outside or in. Every room is air conditioned, and you can set the temperature. The bathrooms are wonderful, with good showers in both. Kalkan itself is incredible. There is so much to do. We would certainly recommend the Sunken City boat trip! Eating in the area is an amazing experience. The food quality is very high, but the prices weren't at all. We loved mini bar for a few drinks, before heading to Alternatif for a fancy meal, which we did three evenings of our ten night stay. For cheap authentic Turkish food, Oz Adana is the place to go! The apartment is managed by a local, Jane, who is English. She's very helpful! Sheet with us on the Tuesday, first day after we landed, and told us about the area. Her family own a cafe, cafe Leon, which we would heartily recommend, especially their taste of turkey night in a Thursday, if they're still running it. It was the best gateway that a couple on honeymoon can have. We couldn't recommend it more!

Perfect in every way

Faultless wonderful apartment Just returned home from this amazing apartment. It has a great sized pool and the outside furniture is so so comfortable. The facilities inside the house are just perfect. The pool and outdoor areas were cleaned and maintained to a very high standard every morning and the mid stay clean of the apartment was exceptional. Just a short walk into the center of Kalkan with restaurant, supermarket, barber etc just around the corner. What more can I say, amazing, brilliant, superb we will be back in the future and highly recommend. 5 stars.

Quality and Comfort

There are a lot of rental properties in Kalkan, and having stayed in a number of them, this one rates very highly. Debbie has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome. The welcome pack is perfect if you don’t want to have to go straight back out to do a food shop. The beds are super comfortable with crisp clean sheets and decent sized bath towels. The pool area is lovely, making it seem more like a villa than an apartment, with private pool and luxurious sun lounger cushions plus an additional seating and dining area outside. If you want an easy walk into town without the need to hire a car or take a taxi then look no further, you won’t be disappointed.

FANTASTIC !

I cannot emphasise what a lovely property this is to stay in - the apartment is spotless and the outside space wonderful especially in the early evening. The property is about a 10 min walk to the centre and a further 10 mins to the sea. Debbie was brilliant to deal with and organised all our transfers which made the whole trip hassle free - I highly recommend this property.

Luxury apartment Kalkan

The apartment was well equipped, good layout and very comfortable. Having your own pool is a must which made the stay perfect. Could not have chosen a better location, a five minute walk down to the town and supermarkets, would advise to get a cab back. Had a few minor problems which were dealt with immediately. Owner and her team were available when needed and nothing was a hassle. Had a fantastic time.

A wonderful and relaxing holiday apartment

We were a party of 5 (4 adults and a child). Debbie the owner of the apartment gave us all the information we required prior to arrival and arranged airport transfers, a child’s car seat and bed guard. She couldn’t have been more helpful. We have had numerous holidays in Kalkan over the last few years but always in hotels, and this lovely apartment allowed three generations to have sufficient space without getting in each other’s way. It is within easy walking distance of the village and it’s fabulous restaurants (Korsan Meze, Fish Terrace, Kosk, Olive Garden, Sade etc.). A taxi back to the apartment cost us 10 TL during the first week and 15 TL in the second week due to increased fuel costs. However, this was still very reasonable. We love going out on a gulet and went on a couple of trips and loved the hospitality and great food on the Sunset boats. We have been on many boat trips and the food on these boats will take a lot of beating. The mid stay clean and pool maintenance which happened every day before 7 a.m. was excellent. All in all this was a superb holiday in a wonderful apartment and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Wonderful holiday in Kalkan!

We had a fantastic time staying in Debbie's apartment! My husband and I traveled with our 4 children for a two week holiday in Kalkan. The apartment was as described but more spacious than we had imagined from the photos. The property was cleaned a few times a week and was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped with really good quality equipment. The pool was fantastic and cleaned everyday, the kids had so much fun in there. We spent many a day lazing on the sunbeds, it was great that Debbie provided the beach towels as they can be rather bulky. The location of the villa is superb, it is only a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and bakery. There are many other shops in the area and a restaurants everywhere you look! It is only a 15 minute walk to the port where we went for cocktails every evening or caught our boat for a day out snorkelling and swimming around the bay. We would not hesitate in recommending this villa to anyone, it really was first class and Debbie was super helpful and great with advise and recommendations for places to eat out. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

Excellent property very well furnished & equipped

The property has been fitted & furnished to an exceptional standard. The kitchen is well equipped with all that one needs on holiday and more! It has a lovely, good-sized, private pool which is nicely secluded. Externally, the patio area has plenty of space for sun loungers & the provision of a dining table and sofa are an excellent touch. Internally, the air-con is a must in the warm summer months. The situation of the apartment in a residential area means it is quiet yet safe. Kalkan is a lovely, friendly village with excellent restaurants. Would have no hesitation in recommending Serena Apartment.

modern apartment with all accessories included, built to a high spec with own private pool. Located 10 mins walk into the centre of the old town, a further 5 mins to a stony beach with lovely crystal clear water, a small harbour is also located to the side of the beach which runs daily boat trips & excursions. plenty of friendly bars with fantastic rooftop restaurants & cocktail bars overlooking the sea. A good mixture of food choices from local Turkish cuisine, seafood, steaks, pizza etc. Prices are very reasonable ranging from £30 - £70 for a family of 3 adults including wine & other beverages. I would thoroughly recommend Kalkan and its stunning views the apartment was first class the owners are very friendly, approachable and well organised making for the perfect holiday experience.

A superb apartment in a great location

Serena is a wonderful apartment! We have stayed in many flats and villas in Kalkan and this is by far the best. In a quiet location, yet just off the Kalamar Road with its shops and restaurants, it is beautifully decorated and very well appointed with lovely furniture inside and pool-side, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The pool is a proper size, not one of those teensy, annoying little plunge-pools. There is street parking, powerful wifi and the coldest fridge on the Turquoise Coast! A pleasant downhill walk to town - and a 10 TL cab ride back - makes it easy to enjoy everything that this lovely town has to offer. We can't wait to go back again. Thanks to Debbie for a great stay!

Superb Apartment

This was our 10th visit to Kalkan and we stayed with our son and his girlfriend. The apartment was one of the best we have stayed in, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to the many restaurants and bars and 5 minutes away from a local supermarket. The apartment is beautifully furnished and the outside are with its own pool and loungers is fantastic and also cleaned everyday by the property management company. The cleaners also came several times to change towels and bed linen. This apartment has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Debbie the owner was very helpful and arranged pick up and drop off from Dalaman airport. Thank you Debbie for a great holiday we will be back. Xx

Superb apartment

Beautiful apartment.Description very accurate,in fact exceeded expectations.It was clean, beautifully maintained and very comfortable with a lovely pool and terrace.Lovely restaurants in Kalkan and around the beach and harbour. I would thoroughly recommend an all day boat trip..swimming in clear sea, great views and food ! I was only in Kalkan a few days and can't wait to return. highly recommended.

Stunning, peacefull ,great location

My husband and I stayed for 8 days in this amazing apartment, we loved in that much we have booked 15 nights in September. Fantastic location, a short stroll into centre to the amazing roof top restaurants.the apartment is contemporary and has everything to need. The pool area is very spacious and we loved the ratan corner sofa for early evening drinks. Correspondence with Debbie was a breath of fresh air and we really appreciated the transfers she arranged. Looking forward to returning in thirteen weeks. The countdown has begun Lesley and John McAloon

Second visit, lovely apartment

Once again we had a lovely stay, the apartment being very suitable for the four of us. We had all the facilities we needed, and the cleaning of the apartment and pool was excellent. We enjoyed lovely meals in the various restaurants. Highly recommended.

Brilliant holiday in excellent property

It is an excellent, clean and well appointed property situated in beautiful Kalkan. Lovely pool and surrounds with spacious outside dining area. Good comfortable internal areas with large sitting room and kitchen. Beautiful bedrooms with excellent efficient air conditioning. Nice bathrooms with fine showers. Walking distance to Kalkan's many restaurants (with some of the best cooking I've seen in Turkey), it's beautiful harbour and shopping and the Thursday market. Lots of good trip locations, such as Patara, Xanthos and Salkikent Gorge quite close. Excellent cleaning and maid service with very efficient taxi connection from airport arranged with letting. Highly recommended and we will be back !

Lovely apartment in a great location

A relaxing holiday in a lovely apartment which provides all you could need. A great location, peaceful and private but close to all amenities. We were very grateful for the air-conditioning and the pool was brilliant. Debbie made sure we had all we needed and offered much useful advice before and during our stay.Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home-from-home. Kalkan is a lovely town with so many fantastic restaurants to choose from, we didn't find one we didn't love. We had some great trips out, we especially enjoyed the boat trip, swimming in clear water in beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful villa in great location

We had another lovely stay here this year. The location is fantastic - only a short walk to the town center but set back enough to be away from any noise. The apartment itself has been finished to a very high standard and has a fantastic private pool. The owner was very helpful and accommodating as ever. Will certainly be coming back again!

High quality apartment

Having stayed at the apartment before, we were looking forward to returning and we were not disappointed. It is still as good as new and the owner is careful to keep everything looking that way. This was the first time we had stayed in this apartment in August and we were grateful for the easy walk down to the town and back, as opposed to the villas set up on the hillsides. There was no need for a taxi! We tried some new restaurants as well as visiting some old favourites, all gave us a warm welcome and a delicious meal. We had a thoroughly relaxing time and highly recommend this apartment .

'gorgeous'

This was our second visit to turkey and also to this gorgeous apartment in kalkan as we had had such a wonderful time last year we decided to return and we were not disappointed. The weather was hot hot hot and the accommodation was just as we had remembered it , its superb location of being just far enough away from the main town of kalkan allows complete relaxation by the wonderful private pool with all the luxury of sunbeds and relaxing seating. There is a bbq if you prefer to stay in to dine but if like us you like to try different restaurants then a short walk to the center of kalkan offers over 100 places to eat. The owner of this apartment can also arrange transport to and from dalaman airport (Using a very reliable taxi company) which is yet another plus to booking this lovely apartment you will be left wanting for nothing if you book this holiday apartment absolutely superb!

Great Apartment !

Lovely apartment, lovely location! If you are looking to stay in Kalkan, this apartment is ideally located. It is under a ten minute walk into town, with the nearest restaurant only 5 mins away. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and everything is very well thought out. There are homely touches in each room. The pool is a lovely size and there is shade if you want it. This was the first time we had booked an apartment and the whole process was easy and the owners were a pleasure to do business with. Would certainly book again.

Fabulous Apartment

We have just returned from a lovely chilled 2 week stay at the apartment. The owners have thought of everything it is like home from home. The apartment is furnished beautifully throughout right down to the pool towels and the latest books and magazines. The outside space & furnishings are fantastic with a fabulous pool which you need with the heat. It is lovely in the evening to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the town which was great and not too hilly.
