This is a wonderful villa in a great location. It's a 7 minute walk to the marina although is very hilly. The villa is clean and airy and the pool pleasantly warm. Kalkan offers much and the roof top restaurants and bars are delightful. Rudi (resort manager) was always on hand and very helpful. This was our first visit to Turkey and will not be our last. I can't recomend this villa enough.

Amazing house

Fantastic house. As per some of the other reviews the pictures don’t actually do it justice. The pool is quite small but perfectly adequate and the house have unrestricted views of the bay means it has a breeze (which many don’t) and it’s a lovely place to sit at night. The stroll into town takes about 5 minutes.Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in this beautiful villa. Its location was perfect with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Only a short walk into town where there are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. A lovely touch was the fresh bread that was delivered to us daily plus locally made towels for us to take home at the end of our stay. The management team were great too! Overall, a really relaxing holiday.

Great couple of weeks

Lovely property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk into town and lovely villa with amazing views of the bay. The description on VRBO doesn’t really do it justice. We had a welcome hamper and a mid stay clean included (standard in Kalkan and a nice touch). Wonderful owner who dropped off freshly baked sourdough bread !

Lovely Property but in need of some care

This is the 2nd time were have stayed in this villa. We noticed some deterioration in the overall look of the property and I even got stuck in the downstairs en-suite shower room when I tried to exit this room and the handle came out of its fitting and I was unable to get out of the shower room. I spent around 45 minutes locked in and eventually the whole handle and locking mechanism had to be removed which was never replaced whilst we were staying in the property so had a large hole in the door where the handle should have been. Apart from that incident the property served us well, we were a party of Mum, Dad, Son, Daughter in law and grandson and the property suited us well and was in close proximity to the restaurants and services in the town which is a beautiful location.

Lovely villa within easy walk of restaurants and amenities

This property is lovely, the owner was very helpful and a lovely lady. We had a couple of problems usually with regard to the water supply but these problems were dealt with. the views from the villa are outstanding and you are not too close to the noise of the town. Overall we would book this villa again

Absolutely top shelf!

This is an amazing, clean and comfortable villa with an ideal view of Kalkan harbor. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The private pool is perfectly maintained, and the patio areas give both shade and sun depending on where you sit or recline. The kitchen is fully equipped and located adjacent to the patio door. All in all, this is the best villa I have ever had to pleasure to rent, and I have rented many all over the world. You will be very glad you rented this villa.

Great Stay - great place

Perfect stay - loved the villa in our favourite area of Kalkan. The attention of the local team and cleaners was so appreciated. May I suggest a map is in the details to enable taxi and transfers to find the Villa

Beautiful villa walking distance from town

My husband, his parents and our baby stayed at the villa. The photos are very accurate and it has a lovely view and is bright white and clean. Great kitchen and two outside dinning facilities plus inside. Also small pool to take a dip in. We almost didn't book the place as there is only one double bed listed but the downstairs bedroom has wedges to connect two twin beds. Also a highchair and cot were provided for us and there is aircon throughout the house. I also recommend the location due to unobstructed views and easy walk to town in the August heat. Highly recommend for a week or two of relaxation.

Ideal family accommodation

This was a beautiful place in a great location just a short walks from the town centre but quiet enough not to be disturbed. The kitchen was really well equipped and the rooms and bathrooms were all lovely. We didn’t sit inside much but the space is great.
