lungomare diretto, proprietà boschiva / casa-tutto l'anno! Venite a gustare la nostra casa 3BR completamente arredati sul bellissimo lago di Newfound nel centro di New Hampshire. 20 minuti per Laconia / Meredith e solo 2 ore da Boston. Andare a trovare tra le giostre se siete in su per settimana in bicicletta sul ponte 15 piedi dall'acqua e godere di una bevanda fredda o nuotare. Godere di un incendio sul bordo dell'acqua e ascoltare le svassi in un ambiente tranquillo a guardare il tramonto o fare un giro in kayak (kayak del previsto) intorno Mayhew Island. In entrambi i casi, vi innamorerete di Newfound Lake.

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Bristol e vanta una posizione strategica sul litorale. Museum of the White Mountains e The Flying Monkey Movie House & Performance Center sono due delle principali attrazioni culturali della zona. Per gli amanti delle attività, invece, due tappe fondamentali sono Organizzazione no profit per la tutela dell'ambiente New Hampshire Audubon e Welton Falls. My family's been vacationing on Newfound Lake for over 50 years and we were fortunate to buy our home in 2000. Since then we've cleaned and fixed it up and we now live here part-time throughout the year. Everything is in good working condition and well cared for. The ideal time to visit is during the warm summer months to best enjoy the lake as well as the areas incredibly beautiful roads.
I do a lot of bicycling and motorcycling in the area and have been attending BIke Week for 40+ years but this year we plan to visit our daughter in Scotland and so we're hoping to rent our home to a responsible family or group up to enjoy bike week. Newfound Lake is far enough away from Laconia to be relaxing and quiet but less than 1/2 hour to The Weirs with all the action. We have a number of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes and we're only 10 minutes from Interstate 93.

Newfound Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in the US and, until recently it was considered one of the Top 10 cleanest in the world.You can still see 20 feet to the bottom of the lake on a sunny day, in part due to the springs and streams that feed the lake but also the sandy bottom acts as a filter.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
We have one of only 2 (that we know of) rope swings on the lake. We're also located across from Mayhew Island which has a no wake zone between us and the island - no boats whipping past our shoreline creating damaging waves - making it very safe for young children to play in the water.
