Ático de lujo a 100m de la playa con una gran terraza privada y con vista al mar

Ajuste :
 Nuestra espaciosa propiedad está situada en la zona de lujo, segura y frondosa de Elviria - 2 minutos a pie de playas doradas y el famoso hotel de 5 estrellas Don Carlos y Nikki Beach Club, además de un paseo de 5 minutos de tiendas, bancos y una amplia selección de bares Y restaurantes de pizzerías a restaurantes, incluyendo la Elviria Grill (50m) y The Playwright.

Alojamiento:
 El "factor sorpresa" de nuestro apartamento es que cuenta con vistas panorámicas al mar y la montaña y sol de todo el día desde nuestra enorme terraza de 2,000 pies cuadrados.

Con la reciente renovación, que incluye una cocina nueva con las instalaciones más modernas, todo el penthouse es de gusto moderno, en su interior encontrará una residencia muy cómoda, con mucho espacio comunitario y privado. Representa una excelente relación calidad-precio para una ubicación junto a la playa de Elviria.

Club de Alanda:
Una ventaja adicional de nuestro ático es que forma parte del lujoso complejo privado de Alanda Club. Tendrá acceso a una selección de dos piscinas exteriores más una piscina adecuada para niños pequeños.
Las recién renovadas instalaciones de bar y restaurante junto a la piscina ofrecen excelente comida durante todo el día y ofrecen entretenimiento nocturno. El complejo está situado dentro de un complejo seguro con seguridad las 24 horas, y cuenta con hermosos jardines maduros. Estos son muy bien mantenido. La piscina y los jardines circundantes son muy tranquilo, a pesar de estar a tiro de piedra de todo lo que puedas necesitar.

Great apartment - clean, well equipped, amazing roof terrace and great location. Olive, our host was so helpful with lots of suggestions for a celebration dinner, and very flexible on check-in/ checkout arrangements to fit with our flight times.

Stunning 3-Bed Apartment in prime location in Elviria with Breathtaking Sea Views!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Elviria. It is ideally located close to the beach with several lovely beach restaurants a short stroll away. It is also a short walk to Elviria Centre, again with a huge variety of shopping and restaurants available. However, the highlight was definitely the spacious terrace with incredible sea and mountain views, across to Morocco, down to Marbella or the mountains behind. A perfect location for morning coffees and sunset drinks, and large enough for the kids to play ball on. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped making our stay comfortable and convenient. Aircon worked efficiently. Loads of channels on the TV. It is located in the modern and well maintained Alanda Club, beside the Don Carlos hotel (and Nikki Beach for those who are interested) with lovely well maintained grounds and a dedicated swimming pool with lots of available loungers. We also had the use of the pool across the road beside the main Alanda reception, although we didn’t use it on this visit. The grounds are well secured, manicured and peaceful and, in my view, ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway. We found the owners to be incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all our questions. The apartment was immaculate and has recently been fully refurbished. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous location and apartment

Wonderful holiday. Exactly as described, great location with proximity to beach and shops / bars over the main road (not to mention the bar within the resort itself). Starting to prefer the east side of Marbella to the banus side. Definitely recommend lunch (and / or day beds) at Nikki beach and beach house, both a very short walk down the beach. A very relaxing holiday, communication from the hosts and greet / show around the facilities from paul was also spot on. Thank you. We’ll return for sure.

Wonderful apartment and holiday

Absolutely lovely apartment!! It is exactly as described on the website in fact the photographs don't do it justice. A really clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, bright and spacious apartment. And the stunning terrace was wonderful and made our holiday! The beach is less than a 5min walk and the pools were all great. Olive and Paul always replied immediately and Paul in Spain made contact several times to ensure everything was ok during our stay. A very professional process and booking. I would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to returning soon!

Awesome stay in Nikki Beach

So glad we picked this beautiful place!!! The apartment is as described on the website if not nicer! It has everything you need to have a wonderful time. We spent 9 awesome days by the pool(s) and beach and also taking daily trips to surrounding areas. Alanda Club has a great restaurant where we ate, as well as lots others within walking distance from the apartment ( El Laurel- beach side). There is a mini market 5 minutes away as well. Paul is Oliver’s agent on the Coast and he will meet and greet you and help you with anything you need. Our first time in Spain and on the Costa del Sol, and we had a great time! We will definitely be back and we would stay at Oliver’s place anytime!!!

Fantastic spacious apartment with an amazing view! Lovely new kitchen and bathrooms! Spectacular outside terrace perfect for relaxing and dining! Apartment extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need! Beautiful surroundings including pools with life guards and so close to the stunning elviera beach! Restaurants bars and supermarkets only a short stroll away! Olive was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to all of my messages and questions, as was her very helpful agent Paul. Fabulous apartment, fantastic location - perfect getaway!

We had an amazing week. The apartment is excellent, very bright and airy with a wonderful terrace area. The complex is super and the pool area is great. Supermarkets, beach and a huge choice of restaurants within walking distance - absolutely superb. We will definitely be back.

Great location with the most amazing outside terrace

After reading previous reviews we were pleased on arrival that the apartment met our expectations. It is well equipped spacious but the outside terrace is amazing with a view out to sea. We spent most days on the terrace as it wasn’t overlooked and had a cool breeze and areas of shade. We did hire a car but walked everywhere as the police are always on the lookout for drivers over the limit. We all are into fitness so joined a gym very close by. The beach is about a 3 minute walk. Highly recommend this apartment nd we hope to return next summer

Everything spot on, ideal apartment in ideal location, and perfect communication and service from the owner and team. Apartment well decorated, lovely and clean, also great amenities, well equipped kitchen with good instructions on how to use everything, my husband very impressed with a filter coffee machine. Great outdoor space. Perfect location in Elviria as walking distance to the town and many of the beaches. Very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend

Lovely apartment in a great location

This is a lovely apartment in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. It has everything that a family needs: kitchen area with washing machine, cooker, fridge, freezer etc. Wi-Fi and English TV (Not that we used the TV) .The rooftop terrace is a great space to enjoy an evening meal with mountain and sea views, there is even enough space to play a game bowls! There are lots of good restaurants, bars and a selection of shops & supermarkets within walking distance. One night we booked a seafront table at the restaurant on the beach. We enjoyed our meal with the sound of waves lapping on the shore, it was a lovely evening. The pool area is very impressive, it is immaculately clean, even the quality of the sun loungers are excellent, the best we have seen. The pool in the grounds is very large and ideal for adults or older children. If however you have small children there is another pool that can be used in the other complex, it also has a bar plus ice cream facilities. Marbella is just a short bus journey away from the bus stop on the other side of the bridge on the main road. We had a couple of trips to Marbella as it was easy to get to and offered an alternative side to the holiday for ourselves and our older children. I would definitely recommend the apartment and the location. We hope to return again soon.

Stunning apartment in a brilliant location

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment recently. We were met by the agent who showed us around and answered any questions we had. As per the previous review, the description and photographs are 100% accurate and the place was spotless. The photographs on the listing do not show fully the surroundings of the apartment. We were quite taken aback by the terrace and scenery. The views from the terrace of the sea and mountains out behind were unbelievable and definitely made the holiday. We even spotted the mountains of Morocco early one morning above the haze! Our kids loved the swimming pool and facilities provided at the club and we loved the fact that the property had everything we could need (washing machine, cooker, fridge, freezer etc.). The apartment has underground parking facilities and is very close to shops and restaurants, as well as a local bus which stops about every half an hour either side of the motorway. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk down the road, though we would advise going early to get a good spot as it can get crowded in the afternoon. The apartment is obviously well loved by the owners and has a family feel to it, unlike other properties we have stayed in around Malaga and Marbella before. The booking process is very straightforward and the owner fully answered any queries we had quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here and have booked again to stay next August. The kids are looking forward to their next visit!

Spacious, well equipped, beautiful apartment

The listing description is very accurate. We arrived to be met by the property manager with the keys. The apartment was spotless and he explained how everything worked and that he was on hand in case of any problems (there were none). The rooms were spacious and just right for 6 of us. The apartment has all that you could need for your holiday. I would recommend it to adult travellers or equally those with children. The panoramic views were beautiful. The pool was lovely. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Lots of good restaurants, bars and a selection of shops/supermarkets closeby. The short taxi ride or bus ride into Marbella old town was well worth it for a change of scenery (if you want it). The bars and nightclubs of Marbella are within easy reach. This is definitely the spot to be far enough away from the usual touristy things and relax but close enough if you want them. Highly recommended. The owners were also very easy to book with - nothing complicated. Very responsive with lots of information and all our questions answered accurately.

Spain and so we finally decided to buy our own property overlooking the beautiful coast. We have never looked back and we feel so at home in the Alanda Club, Elviria.

We love the location of our apartment: its proximity to the beaches, to the restaurants and shops, to Marbella and to the white washed villages of Andalusia when we want a break form the pool and the beach.

The Alanda Club is safe and quiet and we enjoy the exclusive facilities and mature gardens. We have had many happy family holidays here over the years and hope to continue to do so.

The exceptionally large terrace with far reaching 360 degree views getting all year round and all day sun and natural light are what we love about our property, aswell as the convenience of the property to fantastic local restaurants, supermarkets and the beach.
