Las fotos no están actualizadas

No te dejan entrar hasta las 16 horas por que necesitan 5 horas para limpiar, y todo estaba sucio,lleno de telarañas,pelusas bajo las camas,pintura desconchada,patio lleno de hojas,mobiliario de jardin en mal estado,la tv no funcionaba,ni la wii,el jacuzzi no hacía ni la mitad de funciones,de los 5 palos de billar solo 1 tenía taco,las luces de la piscina no funcionaban,la casa esta muy descuidada,las maderas de los baños están rotas,no creo para nada que la casa valga el dinero que se pide por ella y más teniendo en cuenta que hasta las 16 horas no puedes entrar

Preciosa Villa, toda la tranquilidad y comodidades en una maravillosa estancia!!

La Villa de Dave es preciosa, no le falta detalle, hemos disfrutado un fin de semana maravilloso descansando y disfrutando de la piscina y en general todas las comodidades de esta vivienda con nuestros amigos. Andy nos atendió siempre con rapidez y amabilidad, en general una experiencia maravillosa que nuestros amigos nunca olvidarán!!

Tranquulidad y descanso

Hemos pasado 6 dias en la villa y ha sido una maravilla. Unas vistas preciosas al campo de golf , todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar en la villa y la piscina ideal para refrescarnos en estos días de tanto calor. La comunucacion con el propietario rapida y ha intentado hacer nuestra estancia lo mas comoda posible. Muchas gracias por todo Dave

Good stay

We spent 15 days in this house and it was nice. Andy welcomed us very well when we arrived. The house is as announced even if the exterior pool and terrace start to require some work. This villa is perfect for golfers because it is located on the El Valle golf course, which is magnificent and the club house is very friendly. You need a car on the spot because everything is far away.

Perfect getaway

Large, well equipped villa to suit the needs of all ages. Dave was excellent throughout the whole booking procedure, Andy was great from day one of our arrival, giving us very useful information. The welcome pack was a lovely addition after a days travelling for the adults. There is a shop on site which had all of the essentials at a reasonable price and the clubhouse was a lovely place to go to enjoy a drink or meal. Very friendly. We hired a car for the first week to visit places such as Cartagena, then relaxed the 2nd week with lovely views over the golf course which was perfect to wake up to and sit watching if you decide not to go out. There were 7 adults ranging in ages from 20 to 50 with a 2 year old as well and everyone was so catered for they have asked to return and I did not want to leave! After staying in a variety of places I would definitely recommend this villa.

Superb villa. 5* in every way!

Due to our party size, we were limited to what villa we could book, on El Valle. This villa was slightly more expensive than others that would have suited our needs, but it was worth every penny! It may seem trivial, but just the fact that there was more than enough crockery and cutlery, was an absolute godsend! From the outset, the communication with owner, and then the key holder was second to none. Every question, and request, was answered and dealt with almost immediately. From start-to-finish, it was a completely stress-free booking and holiday. Wonderful villa, with wonderful people behind it. Without hesitation, I’d look to book this villa again!

Fantastic Weekend!

Having been to the villa before we knew what to expect and weren't left disappointed! The villa is in a fantastic location overlooking the 12th green at El Valle and the facilities are top class. The communication with Dave prior to arrival was great likewise on site with Andy the key holder. Would highly recommend to anyone - We will be looking to go back next year!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful Villa

My family and I had a fantastic stay at El Valle and the Villa was amazing! We spent a week and a half swimming in the pool, relaxing while watching golfers putt and then in the evenings after dinner we had an 8 pool competition which the kids loved. One of the best things about staying here is that you are able to do day trips to Murcia, Cartagena and the beaches of the Mar Menor. Coming back to such a relaxing, beautiful Villa was exactly what we needed. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely stay here again. The owner was very helpful and everything was very professionally done. Many thanks for a fantastic holiday.........

Fabulous holiday with an objective overview

Our family group which included teenage foster boys was fabulous and we stayed for 4 weeks. The villa has everything required but the lower ground floor has 2-toned steps and the bottom step merges with the ground floor, we had 3 people misjudge and slip with my wife falling heavily. After a few days we got this bottom step taped with white bonding tape and that did the trick. The floors of the interior need a good clean and then polished/buffered to bring back some shine and colour to the lovely spacious lounge/diner. The information for renters contains info. re bugs and they are outside at night attracted by the lights it seems so make sure you buy a selection of insect sprays on first visit to supermarket. It was very bad initially but we dealt with the problem and quickly learnt how to avoid "fright night". Cockroaches were a problem on the lower ground floor but again not unexpected and a good spray every few days took care of that problem. Was it worth it, yes it was because the villa gave us everything we needed and the pool was well maintained regularly by a pleasant "pool boy".The golf clubhouse was outstanding, with the best restaurant in the area, fantastic staff and a whole range of evening activities with lots of live music during our stay and it was very affordable and very, very busy. The bedrooms were excellent, by personal choice the master bed was far to hard for me and i could not get comfortable so i tried several of the other beds which were better and the whole layout of the property very good with 3 excellent bathroom facilities. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed and only comment would be that drinking tea or coffee out of huge, thick pot mugs was not enjoyable, some thinner, porcelain type mugs are needed (we bought 2). As with any rental property it is easy to find fault but this villa fully deserves it 4 star rating from us.

5* Stay at this fabulous proprty

From the minute we made our initial enquiry, the owner, Dave was most helpful. He responded by return to any questions we had, and couldn't have done more to help. On our arrival, the villa was even more than we could have hoped for. The photos and reviews quite simply do not do it justice. It was clean and welcoming, and extremely well equipped. The attention to detail was superb, the interior was spacious and cool, and beautifully decorated, and the pool area was just outstanding. There is a lovely covered area for al-fresco dining, and a separate barbeque area, with all the tools needed to cook up a delicious meal. There are 8 comfortable sun loungers round the poolside, and the garden has full advantage of all day sunshine. The views over the golf course are stunning, and the garden is private and not over-looked. We took full advantage of this beautiful villa, and enjoyed relaxing days by the pool, and drinks and dinner at the clubhouse. Our children enjoyed going up to one of the big pools by the apartments, where they could meet up with friends. There is a Spar next to the clubhouse, but we tended to visit some of the bigger Spanish supermarkets in Murcia, which have a great variety of fresh produce at competitive prices. We hired 2 cars, and ventured out the resort to some lovely beaches, where the kids enjoyed snorkelling and water activities. The nearby towns of Murcia and Cartagena had lots to do, and lovely places to eat. We also did white-water rafting in Blanca, which was a great family day out. We had an amazing holiday here, made so special by the gorgeous villa we called home for the 3 weeks of our stay. I can honestly say, none of us were ready to leave, and we have already got our dates in the diary for next year! Don't hesitate to book here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Dave for a FANTASTIC holiday!

Not great needs a lot of work

We have been to The resort before so location was what we were expecting. The Villa was ok it def needs some improvements the smell from the main shower was grim there was a hole in the ceiling on there and it just emanated through the Villa. The hot tub never worked when we stayed which was a shame as this was one of the extras above other villas and was apparently due to the broken controller. There was cockroaches in the basement area the hot tub wasn't working and the gym equipment all had bits missing so we didn't use it at all again which was a shame given what we had paid as well. The outside furniture was very moth eaten and covered in fur of some sort which was really grim. The cleaning when we arrived was very very minimal rubbish in drawers and dirty kitchen cuboards where bits of food had fallen in. The shower floors look liked they had not been cleaned in a long time and the BBQ was full of ash which meant we were cleaning it before we started. The electrics in the Villa were a little scary some of the plug litterally coming out the wall and with toddlers that was esp difficult. We raised the issues with the key holder and the appliance got fixed that was also broken but the other bits were beyond doing when we were there but it was def cleaner when we left just not really what we wanted to be doing on our holiday ! .

I bought this property because of the year round climate, i also like to play golf so this is ideal with the amount of courses nearby, I wanted a villa that was in a secure location and on a resort that was not over developed, but that was also near enough to towns and villages so we could explore the local area and have places to visit when we are over
