The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has twin beds with lots of wardrobe space, and offers the option of a cot if needed. Adjacent to this, there is a bathroom with walk in shower and a separate utility room with washing machine.



Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, the second and main bedroom is very spacious and has large patio doors that open out on to the first floor terrace, with glass frontage. This is a great space to sit, relax and take in the views of the Mar Menor.

From the first floor landing there is separate access to the rooftop terrace, with sun loungers and a seating area, it’s the prefect place to relax and take in the amazing uninterrupted views of the Mar Menor.



The villa comes with a smart TV with channels from across the world including the UK and Wi-Fi internet is provided free of charge. It also offers the use of a beach cart and 2 adult bikes, allowing guests to travel a little further afield, taking advantage of the flat terrain of the surrounding areas.



Los Alcazares is a fantastic area for a family holiday with long sandy beaches and shallow waters on the Mar Menor. There is a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants along with over 20 tapas bars dotted along the beach.



There are two year round markets and in the summer you can take a visit to the nightly evening market and fun fair. If golf is your sport then Murcia is blessed with 22 courses and many within a 15 minute drive from the property, other sports in the area include tennis, padel, kite surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing and not far away you have diving off the coast at Cabo de Palos.
