Miraflores est une spacieuse villa de style rustique dans une ruelle tranquille de Los Mojones. En interne redĂ©corĂ© en permanence Ă  un niveau exceptionnel. L'intĂ©rieur mĂȘle modernes, caractĂ©ristiques de bon goĂ»t avec des meubles d'Ă©poque comme une grande cheminĂ©e en pierre volcanique et impressionnant plafond en bois au sommet. Il ya 4 chambres spacieuses, toutes avec salle de bains, et encore une autre salle de bain pour les invitĂ©s. Une des chambres doubles dispose d'une console Wii U de jeux et jeux sont fournis. ExtĂ©rieurement il ya 3 terrasses avec barbecue, table de ping-pong, des zones ombragĂ©es, 6m x 8m piscine chauffĂ©e, jacuzzi extĂ©rieur (Ă©quipĂ© 2012), un jardin paysager avec UK herbe (inhabituel pour Lanzarote), une table de salle Ă  manger extĂ©rieure pour la soirĂ©e, et de nombreux confortable canapĂ©s pour se dĂ©tendre. Juillet 2015, un salle de jeux extĂ©rieure a Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©e pour les enfants. Cela comprend habiller les installations, la salle de spectacle, baby-foot, etc. La villa est Ă  seulement 10 minutes Ă  pied de la vieille ville de Puerto del Carmen et zone portuaire avec de nombreux bars et restaurants. La villa est idĂ©ale pour les familles ou pour ceux intĂ©ressĂ©s par les sports d'eau / Ă©quitation.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. In a nice area with a great view. The villa is huge and had everything you needed and only a short walk to a couple of supermarkets. The pool temperature was warm and the jacuzzi a gerat feature too. Fab communiction with the owner as well. We were happy vacationers!

Fabulous!

I booked to stay here for my mum's 60th birthday and we were not disappointed!! The villa was beautiful. Loads of space for us all - 4 adults, a teenager, child and toddler. Each bedroom had its own massive ensuite which was a bonus. Two lovely bedrooms opening up to the garden. The hot tub was brilliant for evenings when the temperatures dropped. The walk downhill into town might be too much for those with mobility issues like one of our party but it was so easy to hire a mobility scooter. The company deliver and collected without a problem. Ranch Texas was close by which was a great day out. Also the welcome pack was great, especially if arriving at night! We couldn't fault the villa or communication with the owner Deborah/caretaker Hilary. We would love to book again!

Fabulous villa in a great area

Debbie the owner was so helpful and accommodating, especially as we had to change dates. The villa is in a lovely quiet, residential area, a 10 min walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about 15 mins to play chica beach. The property was great, massive rooms, all with ensuite, the heated pool was great

Fabulous property

We had an amazing week in this property. We went as a family, and the lads also brought a friend each. Very spacious villa close to bars, restaurants etc. Pool and hot tub really clean. Debbie was a brilliant host, making suggestions of things to do before we arrived, so we could make the most of our week there. Definite five stars from us!!

Great spacious villa with sea views

Fantastic spacious villa with everything you could want or need readily available. Jacuzzi was great, and the heated pool was actually heated! Anne the housekeeper was amazing too, even helped source and delivered to us a birthday cake, balloons and banners as we struggled to find a shop - Amazing! We would not hesitate to stop at this villa again and very much look forward to returning.

Miraflores

Great villa in a great location. The villa is easily one of the largest we have stayed in on the island. Great pool, we arrived Friday and departed follwing Saturday (8 days) - pool cleaned on Wednesday. All the amenities you would ever want. Debbie was a delight from beginning to end and tbere was nothing more she could have done for us to ensure we had an enjoyable break, thanks Debbie and team Miraflores.

Stunning villa, very spacious, en-suite bathrooms to every bedroom was amazing! Large pool and lots of outdoor space. Wonderful sea views. Perfect location, 10 min walk to supermarket, 15 min walk downhill to main strip for restaurants & beach. Taxi €3 to get back if you didn’t want to walk! Beaches very nice & sea crystal clear! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Villa

We’ve had an amazing holiday! The Villa is well located, a 15 minute walk to the main beach area and local shops. There are a couple of supermarkets to choose from - we used Lidl mostly. The Villa had everything we needed and we loved the pool. It’s heated and the temperature was great. The area was quiet and felt safe. Overall, a fab holiday and great Villa.

Family & Friends holiday Lanzarote

Debbie’s villa is exactly as advertised, an excellent option for families with teenagers as each bedroom has its own en suite! The villa is a very good size with a cracking pool and the jacuzzi is a great night option. It’s a in lovely neighbourhood which manages to be really quiet and peaceful whilst only being a 10 minute walk to all the major areas of Puerto del Carmen. Anne who manages the property is great to deal with and any queries / issues we had (very few) were dealt with promptly. You won’t regret booking this villa.

Villa Miraflores

We had an absolutely wonderful 10 days at this villa. The photos definitely do not do the place justice and it’s huge! Everything about the booking with Deborah was easy and quick. We met Anne who was looking after the villa who gave us the best welcome pack we have ever received. It was much appreciated and enjoyed. The villa is within easy walking distance of Lidl for shopping. We got taxis back. In fact we used taxis most of the time, less than 4euros to the sea front. The walk to the sea front is a little steep in places and after a minor accident involving a steep slope, flip flops and some of our party being a little more mature, a taxi was easier. The lovely Bert kept the swimming pool and jacuzzi immaculate. We used them most days. So lovely. We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone and hope to return in the future. Thank you everyone for making this a very enjoyable holiday.

Third Time Lucky

Due to Covid this was our third attempt to stay at this lovely villa and it definitely was worth waiting for. We had lovely family time and my granddaughters especially enjoyed the pool. We didn't hire a car and this wasn't a problem due to the location of the villa I would say a 15 - 20 min walk into town with a 7 and 9 year old. A really good addition I feel would be an outside loo, there were lots of wet feet going in and out of the villa, and being on tiled floors with little ones a little worrying. As a family we have stayed in a few villas and we put Miraflores at the top.

Superb villa, good location.

Everything about the process prior to arriving was really straightforward and easy. The villa is like a tardis, deceptively large inside with a good size terrace and pool. It’s an easy walk to the old harbour and sea front and all the local taxi drivers seem to know it so easy getting to/from.

What a fantastic villa, with every conceivable facility.

Perfectly located, with a relatively short walk to the main front (about 15-20 mins). It is a relatively hilly area though, like a lot of the island. The neighbourhood is upmarket and very quiet. There is a gated driveway, so should you hire a car, there is no stress in parking! Puerto del Carmen has plenty to offer in terms of restaurants & shopping, with all the usual bike & scooter hire shops too. We have been lucky to have fabulous weather over the Christmas break, which was just the icing on the cake. A top notch place to stay, with every bedroom having its own bathroom. Every room was huge, so extremely comfortable if 8 people were to stay. We may very well return in the future.

Absolutely beautiful Villa

Our family of seven stayed in this beautiful Villa earlier this month. The Villa has so much space inside and out and if you want a few minutes to yourself then this is the perfect place. Deborah the owner has obviously worked very hard and listened to all feedback over the years as there is everything you could wish for to make the stay enjoyable. The whole family loved the pool, hot tub, and the table tennis, by the time we left it was getting very competitive ! We also made use of the BBQ a couple of evenings. Anne the Villa Manager popped in to check we were all okay and is very friendly and helpful , we had no problems at all but it was reassuring to know if we did she was on hand. Lovely large villa in a quiet, scenic location

Quiet, private location. We were a party of 8 including 2 children under 6. Very spacious accommodation, good facilities including the lovely heated pool and hot tub which were used daily! BBQ used most evenings. Each bedroom has en suite. 6 Nations rugby live and plenty of cartoons for the kids. Fresh towels provided mid-week. A car is essential and there is secure parking.

Lovely spacious villa with everything you need to enjoy your holiday

We were 4 adults (parents and grandparents) and a 7 year old, on holiday for a week in late October. First impressions “wow!”. The villa is really spacious. Big enough to have your own space and places to sit together if you want to. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the mod cons. The pool is lovely and warm and the hot tub is great (try the massage setting). As other have said, Lidl is the closest and best supermarket (decent wine 1euro!). Didn’t venture out that much as we enjoyed staying at the villa! But there are dozens of places to eat around 10 mins walk away. Would love to visit Miraflores again but it’s booked up the weeks we want! A couple of things- the booking process is very easy and the villa owner very helpful - watch out for the one way system round Puerto del Carmen! - the road to the harbour is steep so not best for those unsteady on their feet, but 2 euros each way in a taxi

Have no complaints about this lovely Villa. What you see and read in the broucher is what it is.

Went with my family of son and daughter and their spouses and two teenager granddaughters. We all enjoyed our 10 days in this nice Villa. Plenty of space in doors and out doors with eating area,pool, hot tub, sun loungers and garden settee. Kitchen/diner was well equipped with everything that was needed. Was good that all bedrooms had ensuite. Went out to a few Restaurants that we recommended : Buda Bar, McSorley, Scotch Corner and best meal was at Puerto Bahia Restaurant. Also wasn't far from Supermarket Lidl ,but coming back was up hill so taxi was required. Taxis service was good. Overall very enjoyable holiday. Hope to return at some other time.

A cut above

Overall impressions were very positive. There were 6 adults (my wife and I with our two children and their partners with their two under ones). It immediately felt a home from home even though the property and interior design/finishing were on the luxurious side. Everything you could possibly need was there, from bottle openers to pool inflatables, even BBQ utensils.There was even space for all of us to sit together, (sunbeds, lounge, outside dining) but there was also enough space to have your own area and time to yourself. We could go on praising the villa and fill this review with how much we all loved and enjoyed our stay so we'll add a few points that might help. The villa is close to the town, bars and supermarkets but it is a steep ascent back so we would consider a small hire car next time especially as the villa has ample gated parking. There was 6 adults and two infants so we soon accumulated recycling and rubbish which needed to be carted to communal collection bins which could be an issue for some groups. Wi-fi was spotty but unless you're constantly requiring a signal it was good enough. Sky sports is only available in local bars by local government decree but a few English channels (BBC 1,2,& 4, ITV etc) are available at the villa. There are supermarkets nearby but none within 10 minutes walk so worth barring in mind when carrying 8 litre water containers/milk etc unless you use taxis' every trip. The manager, Anne, introduced herself early during our stay so it was nice to know if we had any issues who we were dealing with and that she was only a phone call away. Before we went on the holiday any queries we had were promptly answered helpfully through good communications with the owner. In summary we had a wonderful time, we would recommend the villa and also the Tapas at Puerto Bahia! We'll just add that taxis are readily available at the airport and cheaper than pre-booking. We chose the latter (Suntransfer) and would recommend these too, especially for big parties if you all want to arrive together. Thank you for letting us share your home.

My name is Dr Deborah Corker. I'm a property manager in Oxford, UK and fell in love with Miraflores the first time I saw it. Purchasing it around 14 years ago, I try to get there 2 or 3 times a year. I consider it my second home, have renovated many aspects of it, and love the staff who maintain it whilst I'm not there. The team of Hilary, Derek and Bert keep pool immaculate, the garden in bloom and the cleaning gleaming.

I bought the property, not just for the property itself, which is unusual, but also due to its perfect location. Just a 10 min walk from the sea and watersports, a short drive from the horses, but at the same time the area of Los Mojones is quiet, safe and tranquil. A perfect combination. There are fantastic local restaurants, large supermarkets all in walking distance.

The villa is official registered with the tourist board VV-35-3-0003498 to provide added protection to holiday makers above their own holiday insurance.
The Los Mojones area is probably the most exclusive on the island and the property is totally unique in character.
The area of Los Mojones hosts large numbers of stray cats and guests may encounter some in the gardens. The owner is happy for guests to occasionally feed them, but although the cats are too frightened to enter the villa, Miraflores may not be appropriate for those with sever allergies to cats as they may have jumped on a sun bed in the night. The villa is very much suitable to animal lovers and many regulars actually return year after year to help look after the local cats. Miraflores is a responsible villa in the area and we are registered to catch and neuter the cats, thereby preventing stray females from enduring pregnancy after pregnancy.
