This a Family owned, Family friendly, luxury villa located in a highly sought after and beautiful area with incredible sea and mountain views and quick access to the beach and all of your beach amenities.

This home is cared for like it's your own! Walk into a comfortable and clean luxury home to just relax and enjoy your holiday!

This luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa stands alone (detached) on its own private grounds, sleeps a maximum of 6 people (in proper full size extremely comfortable and sinfully sumptuous beds imported specially from the U.S.A. to Lanzarote,  as opposed to the back breaking, uncomfortable & cheap camping or "pilgrim" type beds, which are the standard fare throughout the Islands), awake refreshed and re-invigorated after a great nights sleep to a villa that is finished, furnished and appointed to the highest standards, full air conditioning throughout (metered & payable locally), have brekkie al- fresco on your spacious and extremely private sun terrace and courtyard which is not overlooked, swim in your private pool or sit and relax in your large hot-tub while enjoying the villas mesmerising, panoramic sea views overlooking the old town harbour, mountains and Fuerteventura in the distance. The villa also has flat screen TVs throughout and full Sky package included. Movies. Free wi fiPrivate on-site car parking behind the villa's automatic gates, though car hire is not necessary as all amenities are close-by.
Premier and most sought after location within easy walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. Even though close to all amenities, villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area. The villa is furnished and appointed to the highest standards, far above and in excess of what is considered the "NORM" on Lanzarote.


For all peak demand dates Except Christmas/New Years week, ie, any dates containing school holidays, the rate is as posted €328 per night ( €2300 per week) This is the actual rate whether the occupancy is for 2 people or up to 6 people maximum.

The weeks of Christmas week and the New Years week is charged at €2780 per week.
To clarify & confirm, even though the peak demand rate is €2300 per week, any reservation request sent will show a rate that adds 4 extra people, once we receive the reservation request, the extra people addition will be removed and the rate will be corrected to the accurate peak demand rate of €2300 per week or the relevant Christmas /New Years week rate.
For all other dates not containing school holidays and apart from the quietest low season dates, the lowest minimum 1 bedroom rate available is €1185. The 2 bedroom rate over these same dates is €1485 and the 3 bedroom rate is €1785.
Please kindly note that all of the above owner quoted rates will be subject to website fees and booking charges which are extra.

Beautiful Villa

Just returned from staying at the villa for 11 days, the villa is in a good area to the old town harbour, and also the strip if you know shortcuts. Just down the hill there is the fabulous Highlander Too fab food and games days / night.The pool at the villa was cold to begin with but so refreshing, we also loved the hot tub in the evenings.The villa was spotless with all amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.Communication was good, I especially liked the Spanish directions for taxi driver. We had an early flight home so booked a taxi online via Taxilanz.com for 4.30an they actually appeared 5 mins early.

Holiday ruined by owners disgraceful behaviour

Good: Villa is spacious and clean with great ocean views. The private pool and hot tub are great and cleaned regularly. Close to shop and taxi rank. Peaceful at night. Bad: Front door of the villa is about 3 metres from a road. Noise from the road can be heard in the villa and we were woken around 5.30am some mornings by traffic. The villa is also close to 2 hotels and music and pool noise can be heard in the daytime. Communal pool can be quite noisy. Horrific: A situation occurred which led to the owner swearing, insulting and threatening to deny access to the villa. This would be bad enough but to do this to two females in a vulnerable position was disgraceful. Not only was his behaviour reprehensible, his actions afterwards were proven to be wrongful and he knows this as he was held to account. Any claims against us were not backed up by any evidence or proof. No amount of blame shifting (see another review where owner attempted this) will alter the truth. Don't make the same mistake we did of not believing the other bad review. Vile sums the owner up perfectly. We take no pleasure in writing this as we'd love to have happy memories of this trip but the owners actions have forever tainted it for us.

Fab Villa

This villa is excellent and absolutely surpassed its website description. The owners, whom were very nice people to deal with all the way through the booking process are clearly very modest in that they could really have gone overboard on the villas description and I don't think anybody could or would complain, both the villa and its location are simply priceless. The villa is large, spacious and very roomy in all areas, very very comfy and is equipped with all possible home comforts. The pool is just fab and so is the hot-tub. The views over the sea and mountains is mind boggling and you literally have to drag yourself away. The whole place is so peaceful and private yet so close to all of the shops, etc. This is deffo top of my favorite list and so glad to have found it.

Lovely Villa, Vile hosts

We had a couple of issues mainly that the toilet wouldn’t flush and the hot tub wasn’t clean, instead of sending someone to assist we were told to leave the Villa day 2, we also had to pay a damage security deposit direct and now they ignoring emails. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Best holiday ever,

Villa was excellent, roomy, comfortable and had all the necessities. Pool was great as was the hot tub. Location was convenient. Walked down to everywhere and took taxis back which only cost around 3euros. Were not overlooked at all. Will be returning.

Quelques déconvenues ….

Arrivée tardive un samedi soir, l’agence ferme du jeudi au lundi…et l’accès à la boîte à clés est rouillé donc difficile à ouvrir : nous avons cru rester à la porte ! Logement très chaud nous avons voulu mettre la Clim et avons découvert qu’elle était payante (monnaie). Par ailleurs micro ondes HS, pas de cafetière électrique, filtration piscine inefficace car trop haute et pas de salle de bains attenante pour la 3ème chambre. Ceci dit, la vue est à couper le souffle, le jaccuzi agréable bien que très chaud (réglage température par technicien à notre charge), literie assez bonne (creux et bosse dans un lit 2 pers, et matelas 1 pers trop hauts), accès centre ville à 20’ à pieds (très très pentus mais ça c’est Lanzarote !). Bref, bien qu’ayant rencontré ces quelques soucis,nous recommandons ce logement très ensoleillé et agréable à vivre. NB : nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la Clim à part le premier soir…

Good Location

Prior to our 1 week break, the communication with the owners was excellent. On entering the property, it was as described and very clean. The location and proximity to the old town harbour was excellent with lots of choice of restaurants. The bed was comfy and it was a very peaceful location with no noise. I think the only negative point would be the heating/AC, which was an additional cost and it's not clear how much it would cost to use per hour especially with prices changing, the additional cost would be taken out of the security deposit, we never used the oven or washing machine so cannot comment on these. Water pressure for the shower was good with plenty of hot water. The local agent was very accommodating on our last day and let us stay in the property until the taxi pick up at 1230pm which was really appreciated. The security deposit was returned 2 days after arriving home, thank you. We would return to the property again if going back to Old Town Puerto Del Carmen, but would like clearer pricing on using the heating and Air Conditioning.

Fantastique et répondant exactement à sa desciption

Super villa, vue magnifique, idéalement située. Propriétaire en Irlande et manager sur place tous deux à l'écoute. Disponibles l'un comme l'autre et réponses extrêmement rapides si besoin. Nous pensons déjà réserver pour l'année prochaine. En outre nous sommes une famille de plongeurs et la villa est proche de Playa chica dont partent toutes les plongées.

Lovely holiday in old town.

Villa was very good. Blender would be useful in kitchen to make smoothies. Surprised air conditioning was an extra charge on a meter. We went October/November so not essential but would add considerable cost to holiday rental during Summer months. Pool could do with renovation because smooth coating around edge of pool has worn away. Old town is lovely with many excellent restaurants. Very steep hills to walk up and down which could be difficult for someone infirm or disabled. The sea view was what attracted me to the villa and this did not disappoint. We did not hire a car and whilst not essential nearest large supermarket is 1 mile and local shops have limited food stocks if you plan to cook / self cater.

Would recommend this property 100%. It is an amazing villa with amazing views and location. It was our first time in Lanzarote and we loved it for which the villa played a significant part! We would highly recommend staying here and wished we could have stayed longer! We would also highly recommend Marios restaurant which is just around the corner and thank you to Johanna for excellent communication both before and after booking!

A most enjoyable stay.

My wife and I are just back after a most enjoyable stay at this villa. It had everything we needed, was lovely and clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. The air conditioning was great to have and only cost a few Euro. The terrace with pool and hot tub was fantastic. We relaxed there every day and enjoyed the peace and quiet. I was delighted with the WiFi, but after day one I was forced to "detox" from my mobile as herself put it !! It is located very near a supermarket, restaurant and bars. We will definitely return, hopefully before the year end, and we will not hesitate in recommending this villa to our families and friends. Tim Russell

The place was amazing handy for shops and bars

Property was advertised as luxury with air con throughout ... I found it quite basic and a little tired looking especially the pool which had a few cracks in bottom and the hot tub which controls lights were broke only get blue no other colours. Toilet dripped into bowl constantly which didn’t bother us in day but throughout the night when it was quiet it drove me mad. Also we didn’t realise we were hiring just one bedroom I quite often go in another room throughout the night due to partners snoring but was unable to do this as other bedrooms were locked so had to sleep on couch some nights . Also air condition you had to pay for which you dont state in the write up which is misleading Accommodation was good in our opinion but it certainly wasn’t luxurious we wouldn’t stay in the villa again although the view was amazing and certainly the best feature of the villa , however we would stay in Tias .

We stayed in this terrific villa in February/March 2019 and really enjoyed the holiday, very lucky with the weather, it was brill. The villa itself is terrific, very high standard of cleanliness and very comfortable and we did not want to leave even at mealtimes, the location of the villa is magic, within easy reach of all that could be necessary, but but but, the views from the villa are just majestic, both during the day and at night, totally priceless. Great villa

Would recommend this villa and location. Villa has everything you need and every possible amenity is near by, the views will leave you speechless. The owners are lovely, very kind, and very helpful throughout. We arrived late at night and gained entry to the villa without any trouble only to find the villa spotlessly clean & tidy, luxurious and in great order. The location is great, and we all thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had a hassle free late checkout on the last day, which was perfect for out late flight. Great location. Luxury. Very clean and well maintained

This property had everything that was described, our opinion is that the description is modestly understated. Luxuriously appointed. Great pool and hot-tub with smashing views over the sea and harbor. Very convenient to restaurants, supermarkets and all of the activities on Lanzarote that we wanted to do, and it is very clean and extremely comfortable. The owner was very helpful and obliging and answered all questions in a very prompt and efficient but friendly manner. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property, both it, and its owner deserve it. A real touch of class

Born pessimist I don't believe these hyped descriptions of properties, I was expecting it to be not quite as good as described. Well, suffice to say that I was wrong. We were, all 5 of us, pleasantly surprised to find that it exceeds its description and the website pictures do not reflect, or truly capture the setting. The villa and its amenities are first class! This was our first time on Lanzarote, we had planned to do the touristy things and tour the island, but we found this villa so relaxing with everything at hand or close-by, including the beach, bars and restaurants, that we couldn't be bothered, the weather was so fantastic we just relaxed, lounged in the hot-tub, swam in the lovely pool and generally roasted. This villa is the real thing and was very much exactly what we had hoped for, the sea and mountain views are terrific. The owner, is very kind and helpful, and was very obliging . providing some great advice and general information, she made us really feel at home. Thank you for the fabulous Christmas tree and decorations, a real touch of class, they helped create a great Christmassy feeling, home from home, Christmas in the sun. All in all, our time at this villa was absolutely great and each and every one of us agreed, we will come back. Favorite place in Lanzarote

Amazing amenities, facilities, location and view, with the best sleeps in the comfiest beds. Sunsets on the patio were our favorite. Heated pool and hot tub, with that view made it hard to leave. When we did dine out, with all the dining options nearby we didn’t even need or use our car the whole holiday. Truly luxurious

This is a lovely, luxuriously furnished villa in a beautiful location & position in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, with incredible sea & mountain views. The website description does not do justice to the villa in reality - it was truly luxurious and well appointed, with it's own private pool & jacuzzi, not even mentioned on the advert. The villa was spotlessly clean inside and out and the local agents, Adrianne and Peter, were very friendly and helpful - they called a few times to see that all was well and if we had a problem, Peter fixed it - excellent service. The area in which the villa is situated is nice & quiet and within 2 minutes walk there was a Spar supermarket for all of our shopping, a wonderful Italian restaurant named "Mario's", several English bars and a super British butcher, whose product was excellent. It was an easy 4 or 5 minutes walk down hill to the harbour and the centre of the Old Town, with all of its excellent restaurants, bars and shops. We found ourselves spending much more time at the villa than we normally do while on holiday, but the villa was so comfy, that we just didn't need to go out - it is a real home from home. Thank you very much to Johanna, with whom we spoke a lot during booking, a lovely lady, to whom nothing was a bother. We had lots of chats on the phone and via email and found her so very easy to get on with and she does have a great sense of humour. Thank you, you made the experience very easy. as for our next visit, it can't come soon enough.....!

We traveled in a party of 6 for my 50th birthday, we only ate out twice, simply because the villa was so comfortable and the large kitchen was so well equipped spacious and easy to use, with plenty of outside terrace space which enjoyed Sun all day, magnificent sea views and a large swimming pool and giant hot-tub, we had no reason to go out, as somebody once said, why go out for hamburger when you have steak at home, when we did go out it was to a lovely restaurant named Marios only a minutes walk away and we ate here twice, great food and very friendly service also the nearby bars and supermarkets catered for everything we needed. Very relaxing holiday which we all enjoyed in great villa !! Thank you. Will be back for sure, it's very hard to beat. Joe Tyler

Memorable holiday

This villa is great. It's fully equipped with everything you could ask for and spotlessly clean. It's location is perfect and we couldn't get over how quiet the locale was although the old town itself was very full and packed every night. There are some lovely restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by and easy to walk to with no hills and all on the flat level about 1 minutes walk away. Johanna kept us up to date with everything we needed to know and everywhere we needed to go...(thanks you very much)... . It was great to get up in the morning and come out on the terrace with such fabulous blue skys and beautiful views of the harbor & sea the other islands across the water in the distance, fabulous. The sun shines on the terrace all day with a fab sunset every evening, and we really spoiled with the pool and giant hot-tub. The owners, Peter and Adrianne are right on hand to sort everything out, they also do a super job maintaining the villa, many thanks to you both. We will make a return visit soon.
