The house is new, was completed in 2012. It has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, utility room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room and the kitchen connected with a covered terrace, the kitchen connected to small covered terrace which leads you to the BBQ and the pool area. Upstairs we have two bedrooms NOW WITH AIR CONDITIONING ALL BED ROOMS, and a bathroom with shower connected to a small outdoor terrace, communicating with the bedrooms there is a covered terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and sunset. These floor has also an outdoor terrace with magnificent views.

Toni unser Host hat uns sehr Nett empfangen. Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 6 Frauen und haben die Unterkunft & Ruhe am Pool sehr genossen.

Family holiday

A wonderful stay with 5 adults and 1 toddler. Very hot at midday during August but plenty of shade and space inside the villa to keep a toddler happy and occupied during peak hours. Aircon good and we all slept well. Upper floors couldn't hear toddler crying at night if woke up. Kitchen very well equipped and we cooked meals at the villa every day. Pool and garden lovely, comfortable and relaxing. Great BBQ/grill area. The area is small, easy to access. Beach is relaxed and really family friendly, spent lots of time bere in the evening with toddler. Lots of other families. Nice local restaurants and shops. You would really benefit from a car in this area. It was my first time driving abroad and I didn't struggle. Our host Antonio could not have been more welcoming. We arrived late after a difficult journey and he made us feel calm and at home right away. His communication has been excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend or book again for a family holiday.

Urlaub im Paradies

Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön mit 3 klimatisierten Zimmern, vielen Balkonen, teils sogar mit Meerblick. Unseren Kindern hat der private Pool sehr gut gefallen, in dem wir gut schwimmen konnten. Handtücher im Haus und am Pool waren reichlich vorhanden. Der Pool war an der Treppe flacher bis zu 180 cm Wassertiefe. Der Tisch am Pool mit Kühlschrank und Ventilator war sehr praktisch und wurde oft genutzt. Einige schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ein Auto würden wir dringend empfehlen. Mit Kindern ist es zu Fuß zu weit um zum Strand zu laufen (ca 25 Minuten) Die Kommunikation mit Toni war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein insgesamt sehr schöner Urlaub!!!! Immer wieder gerne!!!

Fantastic accomodation.

Het was werkelijk een geweldig verblijf! Fijn ontvangst door Toni en zijn vrouw. Boven verwachting hoe mooi alles was. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en is een oase van rust iets wat ons enorm kon bekoren. We hopen graag een keer terug te komen! Echt een aanrader.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war top top. Die Kommunikation mit dem Toni war im Vorfeld und vor Ort einfach und unkompliziert. Es gab quasi keine negativen Punkte!

Maison idéale

Superbe maison dans la pinède au calme. le patio et la piscine sont très agréables. Tout est bien agencé,et on peut voir de supers couchers de soleil de la terrasse supérieure ..magique. Maison bien située pour visiter l'île et les belles plages de l'ouest. Petit bemol ,chemin d'accès un peu difficil mais tout à fait gérable. Toni est un super hôte, tres disponible et à l'écoute. A perfect 5-day getaway!

Our stay at Toni's villa in Ibiza was incredible! The beautiful villa with a pool and its surrounding nature was the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun time with friends. Toni, our host, was incredibly hospitable and made sure we would arrive in a nice clean villa and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this to others and we are also already thinking about returning next year!

La villa est géniale

Mes amis et moi avons passé un très bon moment dans la villa de Antonio. L’endroit est tres bien à 15mn en voiture de la ville de St Antoni de Portmany et à seulement 15mn à pied de la plage de Cala bassa. Antonio est tres sympathique et disponible si besoin. Je recommande.

The villa was beautiful and the pictures just don’t do it justice. Toni was a perfect host, very helpful and communication was great. Please don’t be put off by the location, the bus stop is only a short walk away. We spent all of our time around the pool area, it is fantastic. You will not be disappointed if you book. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay at Toni’s place. The house was perfect for 2 couples and one toddler! It was in a great location and we were able to explore so much of the island. The pool area was amazing to come home to each afternoon and Toni was so lovely to communicate with! We will definitely come back to this house and stay longer next time. Gracias Toni!!!

Quiet lovely Place to relax

High quality stay with friends in this quiet Finka a little outside of San Antoni. We had the most relaxing vacation you could get. Though the action was never further away than a short drive to town. We will definitly do it again.

Lokatie en huis was geweldig! Aanrader, mooier dan op het plaatsje!

Top plek, mooi huis, vlak bij het strand, fijn zwembad. Enig puntje van kritiek is dat in beide badkamers de douche bak aan vervanging toe is! Zouden wij nog eens gaan, JA ZEKER!!

Mooie woning voor een rustig verblijf in Ibiza

Heerlijke week gehad in dit mooie huis. Ligt verscholen in de bossen en is goed bereikbaar via een zandweg. Keuken is compleet, en eigenaar erg vriendelijk.

Why they chose this property

A few years ago I had the opportunity to buy the land where the house is located which I had always liked by the pine forest around and especially by the sea and the islands of the west, for its tranquillity and its proximity to the coast and populations there are around: San Agustin, San Jose, San Antonio, and being located close to the best beaches on the island: Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta etc. where you have walking trails along the coast and enjoy the scenery, being an area where in the environment have supermarkets, restaurants, etc. but not within a town.
