Villa de dos niveles dentro de 1. 8 acres jardín aislado, impresionantes vistas. Un faro, reliquias antiguas de la localidad, verdaderamente playas y comodidades a poca distancia increíbles.
Hay un supermercado a 5 minutos a pie y varios restaurantes y cafeterías junto al mar a 800 metros en Posidi. La casa es muy espaciosa y tiene cuatro habitaciones dobles, dos baños dentro y uno exterior.
Hay dos cocinas y varias zonas de comedor posibles. La cocina de la planta baja ha sido reformada en abril de 2019.
Uno a la barbacoa, uno en la terraza y una dentro de la zona de vida superior.

A huge house a little outside the village

Very nice stay, great equipment, barbeque also available, the most interessting destinations reachable. Enough space for families with two or more kids, also recomended for groups.

Peace and tranquillity

We are two Italian families for a total of 8 people. We spent 15 days in absolute tranquility. the house consists of two floors that allow the two families to be kept independent but sharing common areas. Wonderful the terrace for breakfasts and dinners admiring the stars. Great availability of the owner always ready to solve every little problem. Thanks for everything

spacious, quiet in need of TLC

nice and secluded, nice layout. looking a bit tired , plants need attention. kitchen not very well equipped,and we had a smell of drains from downstairs toilet. A good idea would be to have some instructions for items,ie tv, dishwasher, hot water etc. Access via the unsurfaced road is quite rough. If a place is advertised as laundry and towels supplied then at least an offer of a change during a 2 week stay would have been nice.

Thank you for the review. I think all is in proportion to the right fit and pricing. As you were just 2 people maybe a smaller and more luxurius flat would have been more appropriate. This ia a very big house, it is comfortable but not luxurious and it is a better fit for bigger families with kids at that price. The same house with all the luxuries that you suggest would have cost you the triple. Let's be fare.

Das Haus hat uns allen (6 Personen) sehr viel Freude gemacht. Es liegt umgeben von einem interessanten Garten und hat uns viel Platz geboten. Im Haus selbst war immer etwas zu entdecken wenn man Bilder und Literatur mag. Ich würde immer wieder gerne dieses Haus mieten. Auch wurden wir vor Ort sehr gut betreut.

Cozy home atmosphere

Gorgeous villa with huge garden. Well equipped with all different necessities you could ever wish. Spacious rooms. Two terraces, the one on the second floor offering breathtaking sunset view. A walk to the beach takes approximately 20 minutes, which sounds a lot, but actually it was quiet easy. Nearest small supermarket is in 5 minutes walking distance.

Wunderschönes Haus auf einem sehr großen Grundstück

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) verbrachten eine tolle Zeit in Kallandra im Juli 2018. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und ein Traum. Es fehlte an nichts! Küchen waren gut ausgestattet. Wir haben immer oben gekocht und auf der Terrasse gegessen.Unsere Ascienda haben wir das Haus liebevoll genannt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf Olivenbäume, Hügel und dem Meer war wunderschön. Die Kinder konnten sich ausserdem im Garten austoben und pflückten frische leckere Früchte. Alles was man zum Leben braucht war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Metzger, Fischgeschäft....Das Meer war mit dem Auto in 8 min erreichbar. Wir haben den Strand bei der Cocus-Bar bevorzugt, weil dort schöner Sand/Kies Strand war. Das Wasser war auch sehr sauber und warm. Wer es erholsam mag, fernab vom Massentourismus sein mag und die griechische Gelassenheit liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Mit der Besitzerin hatten wir eine gute Kommunikation und auch Andreas vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und werden sicher nochmal wieder dort die Ferien verbringen.

Good size with lots of character

Nice characterful house with loads of room, well laid out for a number of guests or a couple of families. Nicely set in it's own grounds with plenty of outside space with different eating areas, 2 BBQs and loads of fruit trees. Quiet area with a short walk to Posidi and an even shorter walk to Kalandra, a small quiet Greek village with a small but lovely taverna in the square. A bit difficult to find at first, so follow directions carefully, you will be greeted by the friendly gardener and his lovely family. Great house for a quiet holiday a car is recommended if you want to see more of Halkidi but easy to be self sufficient here with a couple of good supermarkets within easy walking distance. Lovely house to stay in.

Zurückgelegen und doch zentral

ein etwas außerhalb des Zentrum liegendes, sehr geräumiges Domizil, alles ist von hier gut erreichbar, Auto sollte allerdings verfügbar sein. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Küchen, geräumiger Balkon und großer Grill runden den Aufenthalt ab. Wir waren mit 3 Erw und Kind (15) im Juli 2018 da und empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Auch für Gruppen ist diese Unterkunft empfehlenswert.

Lovely house in a very peaceful setting. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the cicadas.

The house is lovely, spacious well equipped, and comfortable. We loved the peace and the beautiful views across to the sea in the distance. Would definitely recommend a car as the sunset beach is much nicer than the main Posidi beach but a 3 K walk each way. My grown up children managed it fairly easily though! Would definitely recommend this accomodation

Heerlijke en ruime locatie om te relaxen.

De foto's en beschrijving op de website schiep grote verwachtingen maar de werkelijkheid maakte dit ook volledig waar. Het ruime huis, zeer grote tuin en meerdere terrassen, met of zonder zon, bood volop mogelijkheid om te relaxen. Onze aankomst was laat op de avond en in het donker, maar Despina Nikolakis had er voor gezorgd, dat we eten en drinken hadden voor de nacht en daaropvolgende morgen, erg attent. Hoewel het sanitair hier en daar wel wat onderhoud of vernieuwing mag hebben, hebben we ons er goed mee gered. Het was erg compleet en de gastvrouw informeerde tussentijds of alles naar wens was en of ze nog iets voor ons kon betekenen. Kortom: wij gaan in principe nooit 2 keer naar dezelfde locatie maar misschien moeten we hier wel een uitzondering maken.

Lovely house in peaceful setting

We have just returned from a relaxing week, in the middle of October, at this lovely house. Everything was exactly as described on the website. The house was clean and spacious, set in a large private garden and not overlooked. The photos depicting it on the site are very accurate. The location itself was peaceful and private yet within easy reach of many beautiful beaches and local tavernas. We would recommend hiring a car to make the most of exploring the area. The house offered everything needed for a simple self catering holiday, together with good internet access. Despina, the owner, was very helpful and informative and there was excellent communication throughout. We would love to return again one day.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus auf einem großen Grundstück, passt für eine große Familie, wir können es unbedingt empfehlen. Entfernung zum Strand 1,6 km.

Ruhiges großes Haus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr groß und bequem, der Garten ist riesig. Ich habe die großzügige Fenster geliebt. Wir mieteten das Haus für sechs Personen, es gab genug Raum für alle. Die Terasse oben ist super morgens zum Frühstücken. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, in Possidi eine gute Metzgerei, so dass abends auch oft gegrillt werden kann. In der Nähe, paar Autominten entfernt, befinden sich schöne, auch kindergerechte Strände. In Kallandra ist die schöne Kirche sehenswert, am Platz davor kann man mit den Dorfmännern eine Tasse griechischer Kaffe genießen. Vielen Dank, Despina, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Simply perfect!

We spent 7 magical days in the house. The house provided everything we were looking for- spacious and quiet place with big yard. My favorite spot in the house was the terrace-for a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening :) The house offers also everything for the people willing to cook, although it was not our case. Good internet connection was also a plus, especially for people like me who cannot escape from work even during the holidays. I would highly recommend this house for all people looking for relaxing and stress free holidays far from city noises. We will definitely return here. I would like to underline that communication with Despina and Christos was very easy and efficient. All our questions were answer within short time. Pictures available on the site are accurate and represent very well the house.

Tout parfait

Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire sympathique et accueillante, qui nous a donné de bons conseils. Maison très agréable, spacieuse et très bien équipée, tranquille dans un environnement verdoyant. We are a couple of professionals born in Greece and living in the UK.

Christos was born and grew up in the island of Corfu and the property was their summer home where he used to spend the holidays since childhood.

Despina is a native of Thessaloniki, in the north of Greece next to Halkidiki. This property was their summer holiday home for many years.

Both properties are now managed together. Despina will answer enquiries, take bookings and answer any questions.

The land was bought by Despina's parents in 1972.
They always wanted a holiday home in a
nice location with beautiful beaches nearby.
Despina's father worked hard on the grounds
and built the house in 1980.

The house is set in a spacious property fully covered by fruit orchard and an olive grove. The grounds are beautiful and the view from the house looking on the hills and the sea far in the distance, are stunning.
