This Traditional Thai Villa is tastefully furnished and comprises of 3 bedrooms, each with sumptuous beds and each with an en-suite private bathroom. The spacious villa offers a large living room with a 42’ flat screen TV, DVD, cable TV, plus a dining table seating 8. The living and dining rooms open directly onto a terrace and swimming pool, and a spacious private garden ideal for children or to relax and enjoy natures tranquillity. The open plan, fully fitted western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet you every need, including washing machine, dish washer, oven and microwave. Outside there is a large sun terrace with sun beds surrounding the infinity edged swimming pool with covered sala, containing another dining table, seating four. The Villa has WIFI internet, landline telephone, 42" TV, DVD player, offers a welcome pack on arrival and maid service all included. The villa itself is approximately 200 sq metres and the garden is 800 sq metres in size. The villa has air conditioning in all three bedroom, ceiling fans, WIFI, landline telephone and cable TV.

It is a lovely property in a convenient location, with many restaurants, activities, shops, good grocery stores, bars and nightlife all within easy access. However, it also provides the opportunity for you to relax privately in unspoiled Phuket. Luxury and comfort are offered, but not at high expense.

The villa is situated in a quiet secluded "Soi" (road), but easily accessible, just minutes from Nai Harn and Rawai beaches. The villa offers privacy, no road noise, and is safe and secure for adults and child friendly. It has been designed and furnished as a western family home (in Phuket) to give you all your home comforts while experiencing Thailand, and offering that Traditional Thai feel. The villa has a daily maid and Thai, Western and BBQ meals, as well as breakfast can be prepared and served upon request, at an additional cost. Additionally, the villa offers the support of being managed by an English owner who is experienced at traveling (with children) and living abroad, so can easily answer any of your questions, as well as a tour manager who can arrange a number of exciting excursions for you.
