Kamala Beach is approximately 350 metres from the property. Restaurants, cafés and everyday conveniences are within easy walking distance.

Villa Market, Tops, Big C and several dining options are located nearby. Oceana’s commercial area also includes a French bakery and coffee shop, spa, pharmacy, hairdresser and car-rental service.

ARRIVAL AND ACCESS

Self check-in is available. Detailed illustrated arrival instructions and a short route video are sent before check-in.

Guests carrying luggage should use the recommended no-stairs route through the main building and Parking C to the Tower C lift. The alternative route near the swimming pool includes stairs and is best suited to guests carrying light luggage.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Airport transportation and additional cleaning during longer stays can be arranged for an additional charge and subject to availability.

The apartment is set up perfectly! Love the view and location. The beach is a quick walk, plenty of restaurants and food places nearby. Patong is a quick 10-15 minute drive (depending on traffic). The pool is awesome, we loved staying there!

Great views!

We just spent 8 days at Christophe’s condo in south Kamala beach. The property was modern and clean. A few things would have been nice like more pillows (there were only 4 total with pillow cases) and hand and bath towels. For the three of us we found it spacious and comfortable. The views from the large wrap around balcony were very nice. It was nice to have a table and many chairs out there. It’s definitely more than 3 minutes to a beach you can swim at. I would say a solid 10-15 minutes. You can take a cut through just to the left of the Big C market. The water nearest the condo is near the canal with gross, dirty water and the beach is very rocky. We were there in June so we were aware the ocean isn’t as clean due to all the rain. We were a bit disappointed that the resort restaurant was closed (maybe for low season) but not a big deal. We used the Grab app for cars the whole time and they picked us up right in front of the condo. The Green Elephant Sanctuary is not to be missed. We took a boat from the marina on the other side of the island to the Phi Phi Islands and have never seen anything so beautiful. Be sure and take Phuket Thai cooking class with VJ in Kata Beach. We made four dishes and they were the best we had since being in Thailand for two weeks. Also, try the French taco place you can walk to from the condo.

Great view ! The place was clean and cozy. Very accommodating when messaging and helping with any questions that was needed.
