El 2 dormitorios / 2 baños bellamente decoradas se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la fantástica playa de arena, con zonas de juegos infantiles y una amplia elección de cafés, bares y restaurantes. También hay supermercados, bares y restaurantes y un pequeño parque de atracciones de verano a pocos pasos de distancia. El apartamento es ideal para familias y parejas que buscan unas vacaciones relajantes pero con todas las comodidades a sólo unos minutos de distancia. Hay una gran terraza para comer al aire libre y tomar el sol, con vistas a un bulevar con zona infantil, así como un jardín trasero con una puerta que conduce directamente a la piscina, piscina para niños y jardines. Hay un montón de aparcamiento en las inmediaciones y un espacio subterráneo privado con apartamento. 1 hora de los aeropuertos de Alicante y Valencia, a 30 minutos de Benidorm y sus parques temáticos.

Hemos tenido muy buena estancia en este apartamento. Muy recomendable.El apartamento es amplio, acogedor, bien equipado, y todo muy cuidado.La urbanización está muy bien. Buenos vecinos, respetando las horas de descanso.Está muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos andando de la playa. El trato con Sarah muy fácil, siempre ha contestado muy rápido a mis dudas, y fue flexible con la hora de entrada y salida.

Great location, close to everything you need but nice and quiet too. Has its own parking space in underground carpark. Air conditioning was great. Whole apartment was very clean. It is getting ready for a bit of an update.

Brilliant location, close to the shops, beach and restaurants. Beautiful apartment everything you need, back door straight to the pool lovely terrace to relax on. Underground car park with lift straight to the front door for easy packing and unloading the car. Was a lovely stay definitely booking again.

Fabulous apartment and great location. Sarah is very helpful and Kim who manages the apartment was amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks and the apartment had everything we needed would definitely go back to Sarahs apartment. Thank you Sarah and Kim for making our holiday enjoyable

Does what is says on the tin!

This apartment is very spacious and very well equipped for all your needs. Anything can be used and we were just asked to replace it if it was finished. There are chairs and loungers for use by the pool. The supermarket is a few minutes walk from the apartment and there is shopping trolley which helped when carrying heavier items. It’s about 10 mins to the beach and many of the restaurants and bars. However, there are many of these around the apartment area. We were able to access the apartment earlier than the time stated. The pool is lovely, it is so warm, like a bath. Ensure all the doors and windows are shut as the mozzies will find their way in. We bought plug in repellents to put in the living area and bedroom. It is a very peaceful complex and people respected siesta time. Will definitely look to book again next year as it met all our needs.

Einfache Wohnung

Leider klappte es mit den Schlüsseln und der Fernbedienung der Garage nicht gut. So dass wir unser Auto erst nach 10 Tagen in die Tiefgarage fahren konnten. Als Luxus würde ich die Wohnung nicht bezeichnen. Die Möbel sind total abgewohnt. Die Kiste mit Spielzeug ist total voller schwarzem Schimmel. Wir haben sie auf die Terrasse gestellt. Die Gartenstühle sind verrostet.Auflagen dafür nicht vorhanden. Barbeque war auch nicht da. Die Auflagen für die Terassenliegen verschlissen. Ebenfalls sind die Blumenkästen nicht bepflanzt. Und am Pool keine Liegen. Wir würden dort keinen Urlaub mehr verbringen.

Excellent apartment

Stayed here in the summer with the family as friends were in Same complex, my wife was worried at first being a ground floor apartment but complex is so secure, also the advantage was use of toilet and fridge when sitting around pool (friends were 2nd floor 😩) the apartment was clean and had everything that you required! Location was great and I’ll definitely come back!! Communication from owner and key keeper were 10/10. What a little gem this is 💙

Beautiful complex and only 2 streets back from the front. Only drawback was that the next door neighbours had a dog that barked continually.

Amazing location

Apartment and entire complex super clean and wonderful. The pool is fantastic and clean. All equipment you would need is there and more. Quiet neighborhood and location is perfect. Close to the beach with a lot of good restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. The host is lovely and very easy to communicate with her. I hope we will be able to return in the near future!

Perfect holiday apartment for family holiday with toddler

Absolutely great apartment - with everything you need - for a holiday with our 15 month old child. Great pool outside the back gate and quick walk down to the beach - with plenty of nice bars and restaurants. Sarah was great at contacting and responding to our queries! Thanks!

Loved it!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed, was very clean with plenty of towels/bedding/crockery and glasses. There is loads of space to sit or sunbathe outside in private or by the pool (which is cleaned everyday). Its only 5 mins walk down to the Arenal where there are loads of bars and restauarants. The paella in Chabada was superb and the cocktails in Tango are the best! We also took a cab down to the old town (12-15 Euro) for authentic Tapas restaurants which were good value for money. we will book again!

PERFECT

This was our 4th yr at this amazing apartment which is spotlessly clean and had a lovely little welcome hamper 2 tide us over. Everything u could possibly need this apartment has. It is situated in the most amazing position with restaurants, shops, chemist, beach front and port all on your door step 2 enjoy. It really is perfect in everyway. Sarah is so helpful and easy to deal with she goes above and beyond. For the last 4 yrs this apartment has given us many happy holiday memories and we will definitely be back next yr. it’s totaly faultless and perfect in everway I would highly recommend this apartment and Sarah to anyone that is looking for the perfect hol.

WoW, what a nice, clean and well situated apartment.

We had a lovely stay in this Well looked after apartment. Everything we expected and more. Even some welcoming refreshments in the fridge. Very friendly communication with the owner and the caretaker. We highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment wonderful holiday

This is a lovely apartment on a lovely complex. We really did have the most relaxing holiday, Sarah was very helpful via email before hand and we have since been in contact to book again. We were welcomed with a lovely lunch and arrival essentials. Very home from home feel with all you need!!! Clean and very spacious! Great location to the arenal for lots of restaurants and the beach! We will 100% be returning!

AMAZING

We loved Golden Beach, the apartment is perfect, very clean, well stocked, good wifi and much bigger than it looks. The best part is its perfect if you have kids, from the back step you can see the whole pool and you are perfectly placed to walk in and out (as you tend to do on holiday) without having to use stairs or lifts. We were really impressed with the value for money, the owner had even left a bottle of wine and some beers in the fridge which were well received on arrival. Java itself is great, lots to do and plenty of amazing places to eat. Underground parking keeps the car nice and cool. All in all are great holiday, we have 2 boys aged 12 and 9 and they ranked it as their best holiday ever!! no hight recommendation can be given. Andy

Lovely Apartment, great facilities and top location made a great holiday

lovely clean. modern apartment with all the facilities you need and the things you have forgotten to take on holiday with you. Great communications from the owner in the UK and greeting from local rep at the property. Nice touch to have a cold beer & cava waiting on arrival (and milk, water, food etc!). Clean communal pool in quiet surroundings and only 5 minute walk to a clean and safe (sandy) beach. Plenty of close by restaurants/shops and only a short taxi ride to the old town for fantastic Tapas restaurants for a more local ambiance. Thanks for making our holiday super relaxing we will be booking again!

We have enjoyed many family holidays here in Javea. The atmosphere in Javea is very family oriented, the beach being a giant playground for kids, with climbing frames, boat hire, pedalos, water sports and lovely soft sand for building sandcastles. The beach is very clean and has gently shelving water so it's perfect for paddling in. There is great choice of bars and restaurants of all kinds of cuisines, more than enough to eat in a different one every night for a few weeks! From Javea you can take some fabulous trips to other local towns and beaches, or head to Benidorm for theme parks. There is hiking, golf, cycling, surfing, kayaking and other water sports nearby.

We loved this apartment from the beginning due to its proximity to everything. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach area, and the supermarket, pharmacy and a few restaurants are just around the corner! The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the fact that the master bedroom and lounge open out onto a large sunny terrace and that there is an electric sun shade outside if the sun gets too much! There is a small garden at the rear leading directly to the attractive pool, gardens and children's paddling pool. It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and everything you need to make it a home from home.
