This exclusive home is a haven set in the Majorcan countryside, providing the perfect holiday for all. The villa, set in 10000m2 of landscaped gardens, encompasses a combination of Majorcan architecture and modern technology, providing a comfortable lifestyle in luxurious, spacious surroundings.

The villa has two separate, spacious living areas with 6 en-suite bedrooms. Please enquire about extra accommodation for larger groups for which there is a surcharge.

Admire the breathtaking views across the Bay of Palma and the Tramuntana Mountains whilst sunbathing by the infinity pool or relaxing in the jacuzzi. Or work out in the fully fitted gym, enjoy a game of pool in the downstairs living room or play table tennis outside on the terrace. Golf lovers will appreciate the prestigious Son Gual Golf course which is only a short walk away. Children will be delighted with their own custom built play area out in the garden! The gourmet chefs will enjoy using the state of the art kitchen or the fully equipped barbecue areas. Enjoy the amazing sunsets dining alfresco on the various terraces after having enjoyed a glass of wine in your own wine cellar.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The gardens were immaculate and a pleasure to spend time in, and the pool was absolutely perfect – clear, well-kept, and surrounded by plenty of space to unwind. The setting was peaceful and private, yet still convenient for exploring the area with only a short taxi ride to Palma. The hosts were attentive and welcoming, making the whole experience seamless. The only criticism was the added charge for electricity. We were informed at the start of the stay that should we exceed the allowable weekly usage then we would be charged at 0.30 per kWh. This was not listed in the booking, in fact it clearly states no hidden charges, so this should really be added. We would however, happily return to this place and highly recommend this property for anyone visiting mallorca.

Fantastic Villa

I rented this place as a home base to visit Mallorca for a friend’s wedding. I was travelling with my children, 6 and 7 as well as my parents who are in their 70s. 6 other friends also joined. The property and the grounds are incredible and meticulously maintained. The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The entire group had plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy. The craftsmanship that went into the construction of the house is incredible, and there are thoughtful art pieces throughout the property. Gillian welcomed us on check in day with cold drinks and a friendly demeanor to give us the tour of the property and review various details of the villa. The sunsets from the patio were incredible and we enjoyed dinners on the large table out there. The location is quiet but central enough for easy access to many points in Mallorca. I hope to be back again one day! Thank you Gillian!

Wonderful Property

This property is wonderful. We stayed here as 2 families with children of all ages and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The facilities are great and owner was always available for any issues to support. There were a few minor areas in need of maintenance, but this did not affect our stay and I would highly recommend the villa.

Amazing place

We stayed at this beautiful and wonderfully maintained property with friends and had an amazing time. It’s a lovely place to relax, and the house, veranda, and garden with pool offer the perfect setting for both peaceful moments and cheerful gatherings. Our host Gillian was incredibly warm and always available to help with any questions. Simply perfect!

Wunderschöne Finca mit tollem Service!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser traumhaften Finca! Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, das Grundstück sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe gestaltet.Der Service der Besitzerin war top – als das Warmwasser kurzfristig ausfiel, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Großes Lob!Der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt, wodurch das Wasser Anfang Mai recht kalt war – aber das liegt in der Natur der Sache.Ansonsten: Das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem ich je war!Ein Leihwagen ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, um die Gegend flexibel zu erkunden.Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Magical wedding on that finca

We rented this finca for 16 people for a week. It was super nice, the garden and the pool were a dream. We celebrated our wedding here. Gillian (the owner) was very accommodating and offered her help. We would rent this finca again at any time. The only thing that didn't work so well was the air conditioning in the house, it was very slow and only cooled down very slowly. Everything else was great!

Bautiful Villa

Beautiful villa. I thought it was even better than the pictures. our family of 5 had ample room as this home is very large. Loved spending time by pool and barbecuing. Gillian was great. Very attentive and answered all our questions immediately. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils but the only complaint I have is that we had to purchase all cleaning equipment. There were only a couple garbage bags, one dish towel, one dishcloth, nothing to use to wipe counters, no paper towel etc. We stayed only 5 days and actually had to purchase these things. There was also only one bath towel and hand towel given for each person. In addition,there was limitations on the usage of the AC. It turned out ok but there were rooms we definitely could not use the AC because we would go over our allotment. I understand that AC can be expensive but some things just felt a bit frugal given the price you are paying. Overall, a lovely place though.

A fabulous villa for our family group of 12

On arrival at Son Gual, the villa exceeded expectations ... loads of space, great facilities, efficient aircon, a huge verandah for al fresco dining, and a lovely pool ... all the essentials for a hot-climate holiday. Gillian was a very welcoming hostess, taking time to explain how everything worked.

Great Villa for family holidays

I spent a week here with my family. The villa is constructed in a typical Mallorca style with beautiful stone cladding walls adding to the charm of this rural home. The house has plenty of room and areas to relax in, and almost all the bedrooms are very spacious. We loved the beautiful views from the terrace over the bay of Palma and enjoyed watching the planes coming in to land in the distance. The airport is very conveniently situated only 15 mins away. The garden is very pleasant to stroll around with olive, fig, avocado trees and more. We enjoyed the nights we stayed in with BBQ s on the upper terrace. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, plates, glasses, cups etc. Communication with the host was great, who responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. We made good use of the pool and enjoyed a birthday pool/ BBQ party for one of the guests. I would recommend this villa for a relaxing break for a large family or group holiday.

What a villa.

My family and I stayed in this gorgeous villa for the duration of our time in Mallorca for our wedding. It couldn’t have been anymore perfect. Gillian was a fantastic host, meeting us to check us in late at night and was on hand any time of day/night if we needed anything (even to get my sons ball that went over a wall we couldn’t get access to) we had everything we could possibly need there, we had a pool party on the Friday with our friends and family who were all blown away with how stunning the house and surroundings were. We would 100% love to go back again one day and would recommend the same to anyone!

Wonderful Villa with wide area

We were allowed to move into this gorgeous villa for a week with 14 people, including 5 children. Many thanks also once again to Gillian for the good and fast communication also during our stay. The view over Palma and the bay is indescribably beautiful. Just like the villa itself. The photos on the booking page do not even begin to show how beautiful the property is in reality. There is enough space and the pool with its almost 14m length is just terrific. There are enough activities in the house itself, like pool billiards or table tennis. And due to the size of the garden we could even play "hide and seek". Young and old should have tried that once. It was very funny ;-) Unfortunately, the double beds with a maximum width of 1.60m are not really "king-size" beds (except for the master bedroom). But for that they were amazingly comfortable, so that we all could start every day well refreshed. Unfortunately, the waterfall and the bubble system at the large pool did not work during our stay. But these are all just little things. Because overall, we were all flashed and more than satisfied with our vacation. We will never forget this week and would like to thank you again Gillian. And who knows. Maybe we will see each other again soon ;-)

We had a fantastic time staying at this great Villa this August for a week. In total, there were 11 of us and the Villa was perfect with lots of room. The gardens are amazing and the kids spent most of the time in the pool. Gillian was a great host and we would definitely like to go and stay there again. Highly recommended and perfect for a large group holiday. We didnt want to leave and now have holiday blues x

This is an INCREDIBLE property with a fantastic host! I can’t even begin to explain how fabulous this home is and what an amazing time our group of 11 had during our stay. So close to a 5 star

I would first like to say that the Villa is beautiful and In a lovely location. Communication with the host was fantastic. Taxi to Palma centre is approx 30euros. The layout and the build of the villa really is outstanding, along with the wonderful decor and artwork. I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable, however younger members of the group thought the pillows were too hard. We are a family of 10 with a new born and our intention was to have a relaxing two weeks in the villa, with home cooked and BBQ food most nights, which we achieved. During the day the time was spent with everyone in and around the pool area. The garden, pool and loungers were perfect, but the surrounding decking was loose in places, and could do with a little makeover. When doing a review I think it is important to put things into perspective. when you take into account that you have paid for 5 star luxury (20,000euros for 2 weeks) then we should expect a 5 star villa, however it was let down by a couple of little issues that spoilt it. Plates, many chipped and mis matched, same with knives and forks. Cheap glasses with no pint glasses. When we arrived there was a set of rules told to us. 1 only use bottled water in the kettle, this is just to prevent limescale build up, this would make sense. however it costs 20 euros for a new kettle which is a damn sight less cheaper than the amount of money we spent on bottled water for the kettle. in two weeks there would be very little build up to warrant even buying a new kettle. also descaling is an option. This was made even more inconvenient as the advertised chilled water and ice from the machine was broken and out of use, this was a real big one as not only do we now have to double the amount of water we are buying but also the ice, you can only fit so much in the boot of a car and a trolly. 2 please place throws over sofas if you use them, using covid as the reason does not make sense when there are not throws for sofas in the bedrooms. pointless having nice furniture if it is covered up. 3 open doors very carefully as they come off the rails. we took great care in opening the gym door to find it would not close again, we made no attempt to force based on previous instruction , however after departure I received an email to say we had broken the door. Advise you do not open either Gym or blue bedroom door. 4 You have to carry your rubbish up the hill, in nearly 40c heat, this was tough.

Exceeded all expectations

Our group of 16-17 stayed at this property in mid-May and were blown away in every way. We could not believe we found this amazing, custom-built villa in the hills above Palma. All of the other properties I looked at were simply too far off the beaten path to enjoy the area around Palma. We stayed a week and left without any complaints that the owners could have handled or fixed. The infinity pool and deck area was mostly where we stayed, so we barely utilized many of the other top perks of the layout, such as the coal grill and lower level dining table, the wine cellar, the indoor jacuzzi, etc. Every bedroom occupant said they slept soundly and never woke up sore. As other reviews have mentioned, there is at least one neighbor with early-rising animals, but bring a white noise machine or phone app and you'll never hear them. We slept with the doors and windows open in some rooms and paid the price with a few bug bites from flying pests, but this again is something that we likely brought on ourselves. The owners were beyond helpful, easy to communicate with on issues, and exceptionally prudent on time. If they said they were coming by at 5:30 AM for a key exchange, they pulled up at 5:30 on the dot. We really appreciated them. No hidden fees, no surprises on amenities being different, nothing to complain about from our side. We utilized their insight for planning other activities and their recommendations were all professional and also arrived right on time. If and when we return to Mallorca with a group, we do not want to stay anywhere else!

We love Son Gual because of its breathtaking, panoramic coastal and mountain views. Set in a rural area yet only 15 minutes away from the centre of Palma and beaches. There really is something for everyone here.

Ideally situated just 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach, great restaurants and shops. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of the proximity of the nearby Son Gual Golf course. However the villa has something for everybody. Sun worshipers can relax by the beautiful pool or relax in the jacuzzi whilst admiring the stunning panoramic coastal and mountain views. Children have their own play park area and for the more sporty there is the fully equipped gym, table-tennis table and pool table. Dining alfresco on the various terraces whilst admiring the incredible sunsets is a must. Gourmet chefs have the choice of using the fully equipped barbecue area or the state of the art kitchen. And don't forget to have pre-dinner drinks in your very own wine celler!
