We had a fantastic stay for 8 days at the villa. The property had all the facilities that we needed, clean and the salt water pool was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to all the amenities within the golf resort such as the padel courts and Spa supermarket. It was only a short walk to the boulevard where there are numerous bars and restaurants. We hope to book again next year.

Beautiful villa

Had a wonderful stay at villa rosa. The villa was Spotlessly clean and everything you needed for a wonderful stay. Pool area clean with nice plants and spacious. with sun all day very nice position close to restaurant along the Boulvard and paddle courts.

A quick 5 day visit to Mar Menor, the site is very well kept and secure. Villa was immaculate. Lovely pool with sun all day. Handy supermarket 2 minutes walk away and array of restaurants on the boulevard catering to a variety of tastes, would recommend the restaurant called No.6, superb food and service and Tasty Bites, super Indian cuisine. Property owner, Kathy, was quick to respond to messages and arrival instructions were sent in good time before we arrived. Overall, a 5 star stay at Villa Rosa and Mar Menor golf resort. Thanks for letting us stay Kathy.

Fantastic villa 10/10

Beautiful villa, nothing we needed it was all there. Great coms from Kathy & quick response to all my emails. Villa was clean & tidy & near the boulevard so easy reach to bars & restaurants. The spa supermarket was a 2 min walk so great for shopping The pool was lovely & clean & we will hopefully be returning again soon. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😊

El alojamiento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, con mucho detalle para hacer muy cómoda la estancia. Es como estar en tu casa con todas las comodidades. La piscina y la terraza una maravilla. Aire acondicionado en todas las zonas. Lo único la zona, a pesar de que la urbanización es de lujo y dentro se está muy bien, sin ruido y muy tranquilo. El pueblo y la localidad de Torre-Pacheco es bastante feo. Pero si lo que buscas es una propiedad de lujo, con un precio muy asequible, está muy bien.

Villa Rosa

The villa is superb! Location is perfect just behind the paddle courts and an easy walk to the Spa and Boulevard. The standard of cleanliness was second to none, both inside and outside of the villa. The garden and pool were just fabulous for the whole family with an orientation which meant we could sit in the sun from morning coffee to sundowners! We would, without a doubt recommend this villa, and very much hope to return. Thank you!

Perfect villa

My sister and I rented Villa Rosa for 4 nights in Aug 2020. We’ve stayed in many villas prior to this one but I can say whole heartedly that this one wasn’t absolute favourite. It’s in the perfect location with tons of outside space. The garden, massive roof terrace and pool area get day-long sunshine from sun rise to sunset which was exactly what we wanted. Communication from Kathy and the property managers was super and hassle-free. Quick responses and all the information given was very clear. Thanks for a lovely stay- we will most definitely be back X

Perfect family getaway

We really enjoyed our break at the Villa Rosa and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in comfortable accommodation. The kids particularly enjoyed the generously sized pool and we all appreciated having a kitchen that was large enough to make cooking an option when we didn’t feel like heading out to eat.

The property was more than we expected. Very well equipped and it had everything we required.

We have rented many properties in different parts of the world and this one is by far the best. The complex has a few restaurants and bars close by which suited us as we were only there to relax for one week. However, I would recommend hiring a car to sight-see as there are no buses nearby. We usually get local buses to go into nearby towns.

Lovely home from home villa

We stayed at the villa in October for 1 week. We have stayed on Mar Menor Golf Resort many times before and this has been one of the best villas we have stayed in. The villa itself is well decorated and very well maintained. The pool area is lovely and catches the sun beautifully. The location next to the boulevard gives easy access to the restaurants - The Shamrock and Route 66 being our favourites. It will also be ideally located for the new onsite supermarket opening soon. We have already booked up to go back again next year. Many thanks Kathy for letting us stay at your villa.

Beautiful Villa - Perfect Relaxing Holiday

We only have positive comments to say about this beautiful villa. My husband, my teenage daughter and I have just returned from a relaxing 10 night stay at Villa Rosa and we have already booked up to go again next year! The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained - it has everything you could possible need during you stay – home from home. The salt water pool was just the icing on the cake – many lovely refreshing dips in hot July sunshine were to be had. The garden area provides both sunshine and shade all day long whilst the roof terrace is ideal for true sun worshippers, although, it did get extremely hot during our stay but was perfect for observing some lovely sunsets. The accommodation is all located on the ground floor and completely accessible, particularly important for those with disabilities and mobility impairment, like myself. The villa really suited all of our needs – a truly memorable holiday and we really were sad to leave. Additionally, the resort is mostly flat and suitable for wheelchair users. The villa is also, in our opinion, perfectly located. The paddle tennis courts are a stone’s throw away and the supermarket as well as the various bars and restaurants on site is approximately a 5-minute walk away. There are also a number of bars and restaurants located on the boulevard which is also a short walking distance from the villa – Route 66, an American Diner, was visited by us on a few occasions purely for the monstrous sized burgers! Kathy has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and the whole process from booking through to checking out has been smooth. The property managers, who are located very near to the villa, are also on hand and incredibly responsive and helpful. An information folder is also provided within the villa which was particularly useful. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Villa Rosa provides the base for a really relaxing holiday regardless of whether you are a golfer or not!

Five Star complex! Five Star Villa!

My family and I stayed here for a week in January, the villa was in excellent condition, was fully kitted out for a family's needs and has beautiful pool. The golf complex the villa is set in is immaculate with excellent amenities including 5* hotel & spa, choice of bars, resturants and a small supermarket. We will definitely be back

Superb Villa with great facilities

The villa is a credit to the owners. The villa has everything you would need for a great relaxing holiday regardless of whether you play golf or not. The addition of the pool is further reasons why we will be looking to return next year. The Property Manager is local and is very helpful should you have any issues and booking the villa was easy as the owners are great at ensuring you have everything you need prior to your arrival.

fabulous break

we stayed at the villa rosa for two weeks beggining of September , the villa has all amenities like living home from home , lovely garden for soaking up the sun very relaxing . Travelled to plenty of nice beaches all down the coast line within twenty minutes of the villa easily accessible to the motorway that runs down the coast in all directions , good restaurants on the golf resort , good local shop on the resort for catering for yourself if you don't want to travel out of the resort . Would definitely book again , hassle free booking well informed by Kathy via email or telephone also in the villa there is lots of local information for your stay . Very relaxing stay

Beautiful villa Rosa

We have just returned from this lovely villa on the securely gated mar menor resort.The resort is great and has everything you need,although the supermarkets off site are much cheaper and if you venture out down to los Alcazarez (10 min drive),or one of the nearby towns you will find lots of nice restaurants for either fine dining or to just grab a quick bite! The villa is very calm and relaxing environment which would suit anyone's taste,there is no pool(which we preferred),but a nice sized garden to relax in(there are a choice of communal pools onsite for a small fee). When travelling with our two toddlers,we look for somewhere that accommodates all of our needs and Villa Rosa had all of the equipment we needed as well as being spotlessly clean for a great price too. Kathy was very helpful when enquiring,and we found everything to be just as described. We have family that live on the resort and will always choose to stay here from now on!

We are Rob and Kathy and live in south west Wales. We love the great outdoors and Rob is a keen golfer (Kathy is still learning!). We bought our villa in this particular region to make the most of its lovely climate and the ability to enjoy outdoor activities more often than we can at home. This superb Resort offers so much, it will keep everyone entertained for the whole length of your stay. It is a very friendly Resort with like minded people enjoying its facilities from all over Europe. The staff are very helpful too. Kathy lived in the Valencia region for four years and owned holiday rental properties as well as managing other properties. Having been in the hospitality industry for over twenty years Kathy has the knowledge and experience to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
