Superbe villa située dans un endroit idyllique. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 plus 2 bébés avec 5 chambres réparties sur 3 niveaux. Il a un appartement d'hôtes au rez-de-chaussée avec une grande chambre double, une salle de bains et sa propre cuisine / salle à manger et salon. Il offre un salon spacieux et dispose de tout le confort moderne, y compris de grandes télévisions intelligentes et Sky plus multi-pièces (package complet comprenant sport et films), lecteurs DVD, wifi, console Nintendo Wii. Propre piscine privée, WC extérieur, tennis de table et table de billard. De quoi ravir tout le monde, quel que soit son âge. Adapté aux enfants - de nouvelles portes d'escalier ont été installées sur les escaliers du niveau principal, (qui peuvent être retirées si elles ne sont pas nécessaires). Il y a aussi une porte menant à la piscine avec un verrou à ressort.

Nice house for a big family

House big enough for eleven people. The pool was great. The kids loved it. It is a little far thought from the beach (30 minutes). You definitely need a car.

Excellent Villa in the mountains

Lovely stay for our group of 50+ guys out in Spain for a football tour. Property was large, comfortable with an excellent pool and all mod cons. Was in need of a better pre tenancy clean but perhaps it hadn’t been used for a while?

Family Holiday 2024

The property is spacious and comfortable perfect for our family to kick back and relax. The layout of the rooms is great along with the pool and garden areas which are perfect for a family to enjoy a fun time together. Every destination we traveled to from the villa was an average of 30 minutes drive with a few over a hour away. Coín shops was 5 minutes by car where you can access everything from supermarkets to bars and restaurants. The property is off of the main roads down a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the mountains allowing for a peaceful and private family holiday with plenty of parking for 3-4 cars. A car is absolutely a must to be able to get around and shop for your stay at the villa. The host Jude was amazing with answers to any questions and dealing with any issues quickly and professionally. I would definitely stay at this property again with my family which gave us everything we needed to have a fantastic holiday. Many thanks Richard.

Great space, but could have been cleaner

The villa is spacious and rooms were comfortable and cosy, lots of pots pans, plates, cups etc and there were cool boxes and ice blocks for picnics which was perfect for a large family on a budget. Air con worked well and fans were provided (we went in August) pool area, pool table and table tennis kept kids and adults very entertained. The box of pool and beach toys was good- but I'll be honest, most of it was broken and not useable- perhaps it needs sorting every month or so so guests could benefit. All of these positives were a little overshadowed by the fact that the floors were very gritty and dirty on arrival (our feet were black) and the utensils in the kitchen, although plentiful, needed a pre-wash before use (not something you should ever have to do on holiday!) A real shame as the space and location is ideal for a large family of 8. Perhaps a welcome hamper of essentials (bread, water, fruit, crisps) would be a nice touch for those families with young children who can't stop at a shop on the way to villa and have been awake since 4am. It must be said though that Julia's responses were swift and helpful. Honestly, if it was cleaner it would have been full stars from us. 👍

Thanks for leaving a good review. We have taken on board about the box of inflatables and are going to remove them. We leave it full at the start of the season and ask people to feel free to use but please replace if anything is broken. Sadly this doesn’t happen and not something we have time to sort through between guests. As for the utensils, a deep clean is done at the start of every season and can only assume guests are putting things away grubby. Again, the cleaner cannot be expected to go through all the drawers and cupboards every change over. I have spoken the cleaner about the floors though, as we have never had complaints over the cleanliness. The only thing that she can think is it was cleaned a couple of days prior and not on same day as arrival. Kind Regards Jude

On se sent comme à la maison

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ! La maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille. Elle est grande avec beaucoup d'espace pour être au calme si on a besoin d'un moment de solitude. Nous avons plus que profité de la piscine qui est très propre et des nombreux jeux à disposition. Il fallait se faire violence pour sortir de la maison pour voir autre chose dans la région tellement nous y étions bien. Pour ma part elle est idéalement située (30min en voiture) pour rejoindre la plage (il y'en a tellement qu'on à l'embarras du choix).Jude a été très disponible pour nous et très réactive a nos questions. Je recommande ++++

Fab stay!

The villa was faultless and had everything we needed and more! The pool was incredible and a lot bigger than we thought it would be! Check in process was simple and hassle free. Car hire is a must. Local shops were under a 10 min drive away. We visited lots of different towns during our stay; Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella and Coin itself. All lovely places with plenty to do and see! A really fantastic holiday!!

Casa bastante completa!

Casa ubicada en una urbanización un poco apartada pero tranquila, con habitaciones y espacios comunes amplios. La zona de la piscina y la barbacoa estaba muy bien equipada. Cuando necesitamos a Steve, nos atendió muy bien. Intentó atendernos en castellano. Las dos únicas pegas serían los electrodomésticos pequeños (más pensados para huespedes ingleses) y un poco la limpieza de la cocina. En general, muy buena semana de vacaciones.

Perfect family holiday retreat.

We've had a perfect 10 days in this wonderful villa. So well equipped, with wonderful outdoor space and a real sense of privacy. The grandchildren loved the pool....never out of it ! Air con in each room is a blessing and fridges in different localities is great idea. Our party of 11 loved the holiday. Well located for the coast and Malaga. Excellent communication with Jude and support from Steve on site. Won't hesitate to recommend to friends.

Lovely spacious villa ideal for large groups

A large group of 17 of us stayed at Jude’s 2 villas, as we were attending a family wedding. The villas were clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Communication was great with Jude and Steve, who looks after the villas in Coín was on hand to deal with anything we needed or to answer any questions we had. The outdoor space is ideal with many dining areas to choose from and pool table / tennis tables were a great bonus. Highly recommended.

Great house!

The house is in great condition and is well-equiped. The pool is very nice and the children played with the table-tennis and pool-table. We can recommend anyone who has plans to stay in Andalusia and is looking for a rental with a few people. We will love to visit again!

What a stunning villa!!!!!

Well what can I say.... a stunning villa!! We had such a lovely time!! Not only is the villa beautiful, large and very accommodating it's also excellently equipped and there's lots of bit and bobs for children to do/play with to. The outside area is brilliant - what an amazing pool! Our little ones absolutely loved all of the blow up toys and the BBQ area (well - we want one!) Big thanks to Jude and Jim 😊 Our only negative (and this certainly isn't of any fault to Jude and Jim at all) is next doors dogs! What a pain they are... daytime was fine - but as soon as evening came (when you want to spend time by the BBQ area with a glass of wine) they just barked continuously - one evening it was until 1.30 am (baring in mind we had gone inside at 22.00) it's such a shame as it kind of ruined two of our evenings there... also a baby gate on the top floor (on the stairs) would complete the full safety element of the villa! We still give it a 5 out of 5 though... Many thanks, Gabi, Ross, Milo, Lara, Alex, Theo and Barnaby

Hi Gabrielle, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are glad you had a great time at the villa. It is such a shame you had an issue with barking dogs, I was quite surprised as the as this hasn't been an issue for a good few years. The urbanisation as a whole has cracked down on noise pollution which covered loud music and dogs barking excessively. We are across soon and if we find it to be a problem we will take it up with the President of the urbanisation. Hopefully can accommodate you again in the future. Best wishes Jude

Outstanding villa, loads of room, outstanding help when needed, the perfect place to spend a holiday

Can't fault the place or the owners, simply beautiful. We had 12 of us here and I can honestly say we had bags of room. The pool was outstanding and was complemented with an excellent outside space.The pool table and games area proved a missive success. The villas location was within reach of all major attractions whilst keeping the tourist trappings at arms length. Steve the caretaker was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and thanks for the loan of the paella pans. Everything you could think of was there or available, if it's not just ask. 10 out of 10.

My husband and I fell in love with Costa Del Sol 10 years ago. We now have 3 children and find that renting a villa provides us with the perfect family holiday. After renting for so many years decided that it would be ideal to own our own villa and aim to provide everything that we ourselves would be looking for.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We enjoy being slightly inland away from the hustle and bustle of the coast and love the mountain views. The shops, restaurants and bars are only 5 mins away and being more traditional that the coastal towns offer much better value for money. The beach at Fuengirola is only a 20 minute drive and La Cala beach is 15 mins.
It has 3 golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

With the large private pool and other amenities including table tennis, pool table and full sky to name but a few you don't actually have to leave the villa if you don't want to. There is enough to entertain young and old alike. For those wanting to experience what Spain has to offer the villa is in an excellent location to explore.
