En fantastisk moderne fem soverom, en suite, villa som komfortabelt sover 10 med fantastisk utsikt over Kalkan havnen og Middelhavet kystlinjen. Privat, rolig beliggenhet med eget stort evighetsbasseng, utendørs levende opplevelse. Ligger like over havnen, er villaen en kort spasertur ned til sentrum, butikker, mange restauranter, barer, strand og strandklubber. Det er en rekke supermarkeder i byen (inkludert Tesco), bare en 10 minutters spasertur fra villaen.
For de som har en historisk / arkeologisk interesse, ligger villaen rett på toppen av den berømte Lycian Way, som dateres tilbake over 500 år f.Kr. Dette c. 540 km kjente kysttur strekker seg rundt den gamle Lycian-regionen, og har blitt vurdert av Sunday Times som en av de 10 beste turene i verden.

Lovely villa, beautiful terrace and pool, stunning view

Had a great time. Excellent property with amazing sea views. Short walk down the hill into town - taxi back up the hill! On quite a steep incline but worth it for the views.

Wonderful villa in excellent location

Great place to stay for our family group. Excellent facilities at the villa made it a very comfortable stay. Since the villa is in easy walking distance of all the entertainment and eating options in Kalkan it was very popular place to stay for both the teens and adults in our party. The manager Halis was easily contacted and always helpful and efficient in responding to anything we needed. We would certainly love to go back again.

Best vacation ever!!!!!

I was so skeptical of visiting here since I knew and heard nothing of this place coming from the states but this was literally beyond anything I could have ever expected. My family and I had the best time at this gorgeous villa. Best part about it was everything was so easy bc of Halis. He literally was the reason everything was so smooth and awesome! Halis is the greatest, we all love you and thank you for taking care of us. We did a few tours, the private boat tour our family chartered was by far the best experience. Darya and her family made us feel like we were at home her hospitality on the boat was beyond fantastic!!!! Her cooking is amazing and gives you a taste of the authenticity of Turkish cooking. We will definitely be back here at this villa best family vacation I ever had!

Very well equipped luxury villa with outstanding views,fabulous infinity pool and immaculate garden.

Villa Harika boasts one of the finest views of Kalkan Bay,facing due south it never disappoints. From dawn to dusk we were happy to sit and enjoy this fabulous vista. The villa is extremely comfortable and well designed. Five bedrooms with very effective air conditioning and luxury en suite bathrooms made for a truly relaxing experience. The kitchen is also very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and good quality saucepans. We loved making use of the outdoor kitchen with its gas barbecue and very useful fridge. The outdoor space is such a bonus, from the first floor terrace around the fabulous infinity pool to the beatifully kept garden which is kept in lovely condition thanks to the daily maintenance visits. The villa is also very well situated. For access to the old town of Kalkan and the harbour, we were able to walk to the harbour in less than 15 minutes. The return journeys by taxis were very cost effective and quick! Throughout our stay we were able to call on our local contact, Halis, who was very helpful, arranging comfortable efficient airport transfers, a trip to Patara Beach and advising on memorable boat trips. We enjoyed fabulous food throughout our two week holiday making use of some of Kalkan's fine restaurants that provided exceptional value. Our family party had a great holiday and would love to return to Kalkan. When we do, our first choice of villa will definitely be Villa Harika.

Relaxed chilled week in Kalkan at this gorgeous, great location Villa!

The whole trip was managed smoothly by Halis, from airport transfers, car hire to cleaning and maintenance of the Villa. We have stayed in Kalkan twice before and the location of the villa made it really useful for teenagers to make their own way safely into Kalkan and for older members of the group to have a lift or get a taxi in a few minutes. There is nothing lacking in the villa, pool is lovely and sun beds comfy - we would definitely recommend.

Fantastic villa with the most amazing view

This beautiful and spacious villa enjoys probably one of the best positions in Kalkan. Overlooking the town which is just a short walk away, the villa has spectacular views of the bay. This was our second visit to this villa and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Great villa with fantastic views over the Kalkan harbour. Very clean and well maintained. A short walk from local shops and restaurants. The villa comfortably accommodated all 7 of us, nice sized rooms and all with en suite. Fully enjoyed the stay and the location, and would certainly recommend this villa.

A beautiful house with stunning views

We loved this house, the views, the infinity pool and the facilities. The house, garden and pool is beautifully maintained, well-equipped and had provided everything we needed for a relaxing and lovely 2 weeks in Kalkan. Everything was immaculately clean and the housekeeping was to a very high standard. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and the manager, Halis, was on hand with excellent responsive help. (I was there with my children on my own and felt secure and completely happy). There is so much to see and do in Kalkan that I think we need to return to this lovely house. The hill on which the house is situated is steep but the taxis were cheap and plentiful and the views across the bay are nothing short of spectacular. Owners and manager friendly, professional and proactive. Top class house and top class service and a lovely area.

Beautiful!

The second time I have been to stay, absolutely gorgeous villa! The property was spotless and the air con throughout was an absolute joy at night! The views looking out over the harbour in the evening cannot be beaten. This is the perfect spot for a large group to relax and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about traveling to Kalkan!

Ultimate Bliss

Watching the sunrise from the end of the infinity pool over the bay is a feeling like no other. Every morning the view feels brand new, can't take your eyes off of it! The Villa is well appointed and beautifully finished. Spacious and airy with all rooms benefiting from views. Short walk to town (approximately 5 mins) and a shorter taxi ride up (the hills are certainly a good work out) it is easy access for all the great restaurants, bars and shopping Kalkan has to offer. The villa is so luxurious you certainly won't want to leave the peace and tranquillity it offers. This is certainly one place I would not hesitate to go back to.

Luxury

This was the 2nd time at the villa and it just gets better. Equipped with everything we could need ( 2 families of 5). The pool is amazing with stunning views across the bay to Mouse and Snake Island. If you want a well positioned, luxury villa in a beautiful area of Turkey then this is the place for you. It leaves you wanting nothing and relaxing is the key. However, if you want adventure then you can paraglide into Kalkan, kayak down the Xanthos river or explore the gorge of Saklikent.There is something for everyone of any age and I can guarantee you will want to return.

Amazing Holiday

Booked the villa on a recommendation and had the most amazing holiday. The villa is total luxury, with everything you could want for a great stay. Spacious, great outdoor living and amazing infinity pool with great views over the harbour, which is a short stroll down from the villa. Loads to do during our stay - sailing, kayaking, quad biking, water sports...!! Definitely go again - with friends and family
