Private, quiet location with own large infinity pool, outdoor living experience. Located just above the harbour, the villa is a short walk down to the town centre, shops, numerous restaurants, bars, beach and beach clubs. There are a number of supermarkets in the town (including Carrefour just a 5 minute stroll from the villa).
For those who have a historical/archeological interest, the villa sits right on top of the famous Lycian Way, which dates back beyond 500 years BC. This c. 540km famous coastal walk extends around the ancient Lycian region, and has been rated by the Sunday Times as one of the top 10 walks in the world. Please note that a new property has recently been built in front of the villa, which has partially affected the sea views from the dining terrace. However, the villa still enjoys lovely sea views towards Kalkan Harbour from the pool area, along with views across Kalkan town from the BBQ terrace.

To enhance the outdoor experience and make the most of the remaining sea views, we have also added a new raised seating platform by the pool - the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery of Mouse and Snake island. Please see the updated photos attached.
