Perfectly formed.

The apartment has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Andrea was very welcoming and has plenty of local knowledge. Also a good location for visiting many local attractions and within easy reach of many of the beaches.

Received a very warm welcome from Andrea on arrival. Milk & biscuits much appreciated. Exceptionally clean, very comfy bed, good WiFi & TV. A full length mirror would be useful. Good location for easy drive to beaches & supermarkets. It is a busy road so not a good place if you're looking for peace & quiet. Andrea is a perfect host.

Hi de Hide !

Just a quick visit, 2 nights, to Littlehampton. Did not arrive till the evening but Andrea had texted to say that as no one had stayed the night before I could arrive before the check in time. We collected the key and found the studio apartment very clean and comfortable, tea, coffee, sugar and milk were supplied with a welcome gift of a nice box of cookies which went nicely with a cuppa. Andrea is very welcoming, friendly, was in contact before our visit and approachable if needed during our stay. There is also 3 bedroom lodge - Hunters Lodge next door also available from Andrea which is worth knowing. Highly recommend !

Very clean and comfortable.

A lovely little retreat with everything you need for a short break in this beautiful area. Near to the sea and the South Downs. Very friendly hosts. The only problem for us was traffic noise from the busy A284. As we are not used to it we had difficulty sleeping. Otherwise perfect.

Cosy little hideaway for two

Visiting friends in the area and needed a place just to sleep, and this studio flat was ideal. We were met by Andrea the owner who lives across from the flat, so is on hand if required. The studio is furnished to a high standard, with lovely on-suite bathroom, and well equipped kitchen area, and a large comfy bed. Andrea also has another larger property next door, sleeping 6, which she kindly let us look at, again furnished throughout to a very high standard, so if you are looking to visit this area these two properties are well worth considering. We will definitely use this accommodation again when we visit our friends.

Beautifully presented, modern and spotless accommodation

I stayed with my young son in the studio flat during the school summer holidays and it was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Andrea was extremely welcoming and the milk and chocolates in the fridge a very nice surprise after a long, hot journey! The accommodation was beautifully decorated and we felt at home immediately. We slept really well (comfy bed!) and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning soon! Thank you.

A fantastic stay for south coast access

We booked a short notice stay for a week and Andrea & Terry were hugely accommodating for us in their wonderful little studio. Everything is well kept, clean and contemporary just as the photography shows. This is a perfect Writers' retreat for authors looking to hide away and bang out the next novel; couples looking to get lost (happily) in the South Downs; and beach go-ers not wanting to pay pricey hotel fees.
