3 bedroom, 3 bathroom linked villa in Fairviews Village with three separate furnished outdoor areas, to enjoy the sun and the views. The rear of the villa overlooks the first fairway of the beautiful Boavista 18 hole golf course,the Atlantic, Lagos and Serra de Monchique mountains. To the front is a well stocked garden and a furnished patio which enjoys the sun all afternoon.The villa is in a peaceful location and yet not more than 5 minutes walk to all the resorts facilities. There is a selection of both sports and beach equipment for guests free of charge, including beach towels and there is FREE wifi in the villa.

Guests must arrange departure time with the manager as she checks bbq, oven , breakages and collects the guest discount cards and keys in person.

Fiona was an excellent host, minor problems were taken care of of in a timely manner. The villa is well equipped, kitchen is small, but we made it work. Nice location on the golf course.

Villa was excellent - had everything we needed for our ten day stay, including fresh towels and cleaning half way through. Area felt safe and secure. Pool was always quiet, even in August, with plenty of sunbeds any time of day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We have stayed at Bia Vusta several times but this by far the best equipped accomadation.

Very smooth and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had some very tasty meals at the clubhouse.

Villa was wonderful in a lovely peaceful setting Very clean and tidy with all mod cons although a safe would be preferable. Roberta the property manager was 1st class and extremely helpful with information and tips galore. Highly recommend this property.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Fiona's villa on Boavista. The property was clean, spacious and had everything for two families with 3 young children. Beach towels, beach and pool toys and ice boxes an added bonus. Ideally situated with views over the course, lovely outside space and next to a super pool with kiddies splash pool. Fiona was extremely helpful and answered any questions promptly. We would return without hesitation.

Outstanding Villa

Wonderful Villa at Boavista Golf & Spa. Excellent facilities on site for all ages. A very high standard Villa, with everything you need and more. The Property manager is available throughout your stay to answer any questions. We have stayed at Boavista on four occasions and really rate the location of this Villa to the swimming, club house and other amenities.

Great Late Summer Break

The villa was pefect for 4 of us, both couples had large upstairs bedrooms with shared balcony and it was very spacious and comfy. Villa is very convenient for the super pool which we used a lot. Both Fiona and Roberta (who looked after checkin and checkout) were wonderful to communicate with - very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay - thank you.

Perfect family holiday

Hey had just a wonderful family holiday at Fiona's place. The resort is very clean and well maintained. The pool, that is just on our door step was never Crowded, with plenty of space and sunbeds. The location is wonderful, just 6 minutes by car to the beach. And last but not least, Fiona's place was just wonderful, very clean, with a very Nice backyard and with everthing we needed to enjoy a stress free family holiday. Fiona was also a great host, always very responsive and kind 5*

Fantastic stay in wonderful, peaceful villa

This is our second stay at Fiona’s lovely villa and we had an amazing time. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and set in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Lovely pool and never busy (even in August). We hired a car but you could easily rely on Ubers to get around (often under €5 to Lagos town). Fiona was great and answered any questions we had very quickly. Check in was also very easy with the lovely Roberta. Thank you once again Fiona for a lovely stay!

We are just home after a week in this lovely villa , a home away from home with the holiday extras of the sun ,sea and pool . Community pool was top standard ,literally right on the door step with ample room for all guests . Great cleanliness and security . All five of our family enjoyed every minute . 10 /10

Lovely house in a great location

The house had everything we needed, and more. The beds were really comfortable and we loved being just across from the pool, and walking distance to the gym, tennis courts and clubhouse! The supermarkets were 5 mins drive away, and the beach and town were 10 mins drive. Fiona was really helpful and quick to respond to any queries and it was reassuring to be met on arrival and shown around by Roberta, who was around if needed. We had a wonderful week, and would recommend this property!

A relaxing week at Boavista

Excellent property overlooking the 1st Fairway of the Boavista Golf Course. The Villa was very clean and had all the amenities required. Lots of outside seating to enjoy the sunshine! Suitable for families and multiple adults. We had our extended family (21 people) staying in 4 Villas across the Boavista site and we had a wonderful time playing Golf and enjoying the Club House hospitality. A lovely week all round with very friendly and helpful staff across the whole site.

Exceptional

No negatives, we stayed the last week in June and the first week of July, the setting is fabulous and the owner Fiona gave plenty of suggestions for places to eat and walks in the surrounding area which was a real bonus. Favourites of ours were Fortaleza da Luz, Campimar and Jacaranda. We had a car which we found beneficial but it is an easy walk into Luz and Lagos. The resort golf course and facilities are excellent and will definitely return.

Nice clean villa in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at Boavista, it's in a great location (you need a car though), and the views are great. The grounds are very well kept and clean and tidy. Be mindful the two upstairs bedrooms are very large, but the bedroom downstairs, although a double, has a lot less room if you want to use the extra bed (eg for a child). The property was very clean on arrival. Roberta the caretaker was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped us out with a minor medical emergency that we had.

Second visit to this fab villa.

Back again for the second year running. What's not to like! Fabulous villa in a beautiful location. Everything you could possibly need is all there for you. A wonderful relaxed holiday was had by all. We have booked up for 2018 already! Lagos is a great place to be whith lots to see and do and so many wonderful beaches you're spoilt for choice. Lovely, well-equipped villa set in a superb resort

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa, which was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The golf resort was beautifully maintained and the facilities at the complex were excellent. The breakfast in the club restaurant was great with a good variety of cooked breakfast and continental style offerings. We also attended a bbq at the club which served excellent food accompanied by live music. The resort is ideally situated within a short distance of several lovely beaches. This was my first visit to Portugal and I was impressed with the food, the beaches, the climate and the friendly people. I would definitely return to this villa and hope to explore more areas of this lovely region.

We have stayed on the Boavista Golf Resort 8 times over the last 10 years and this proved to be our most enjoyable trip so far. The villa felt like home from home with everything supplied that a family of four could need. It was clean,comfortable and spacious with the pool on your doorstep at the front and a wonderful patio area at the rear. When we arrived we were met by Roberta who made us feel most welcome and was available should we need anything. The owner Fiona is a joy to deal with and I have no reservations recommending this property. Hope to return in 2017. The Burnett family.

Fabulous Villa

This Villa had everything we needed plus more, spacious accommodation for 5 adults plus an infant. A High Chair and Cot was provided along with a chest of toys, buckets and spades etc which our granddaughter had hours of fun with. Excellent location close to the swimming pool which also has a baby / child section. 5-10 mins drive to the beautiful beach in Praia da luz and a short drive into Lagos. Stunning views from the balcony’s and terrace where we enjoyed a number of barbecue’s. We have visited the area most years and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. Booking was very easy with Fiona answering our queries quickly. Whilst we were on holiday Roberta who manages the apartment was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa.
