快適なソファと薄型スマートテレビを備えた居心地の良いスタイリッシュなリビングルーム。 1階のスイミングプールを見渡す明るいオープンキッチンダイニングルーム。
2階には3つのダブルベッドルームがあります。共有バルコニー付きの2ベッドルーム。ダブルベッド1台、2番目の部屋は必要に応じてダブル1台またはシングル2台にすることができます。 3番目のベッドルームにはシングルベッド2台があります。

Amazing Stay

Had a brilliant stay. The villa has everything you could need. The pool is a great size and the outdoor seating area is perfect for evenings. The upstairs terrace is great for watching the sunset. The pictures don't do the villa justice.

Lovely pool and outside area

Had a lovely stay great host and villa with lovely pool spent a lot of our time in the pool 5 min drive from beach which is tranquil and relaxing with water sports and 10-15 minute drive to supermarket

Ein großes, gut gepflegtes und schönes Haus mit tollem Pool in ruhiger Lage, dennoch gut gelegen für Ausflüge aller Art. Familienfreundlich und hilfsbereite, unkomplizierte Vermieter....gerne wieder!

Déception!

Malgré la gentillesse de Mona Bianca, que nous n'avons pas vue, nous sommes déçus de l'état général de la maison qui mériterait un bon coup de remise à neuf pour être au goût du jour! Les portes grincent, très pénible la nuit. Le portail ne ferme pas. Les fenêtres ne ferment pas. Les volets sont difficilement fermables. L'abbatant des toilettes du haut n'est pas adapté. Pas d'étagères dans les armoires et très peu de cintres. Pas d'étendoir pour les serviettes de toilette. Peu de place pour les produits d'hygiène. Salle de bain du bas inutilisable. Douche étriquée et remplie d'insecte. Cuisine sale et vétuste. Four sale. Machine à laver le linge sale. Hotte inutilisable au vu de la saleté dont elle est recouverte. Robinetterie défectueuse. Pas de lave vaisselle. Pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas de casserole. Pas de micro-ondes. Pas de cafetière, nous en avons trouvée une que nous avons laissée sur place. Électricité à revoir en urgence dans toute la maison, manque d'ampoule et prises qui ne fonctionnent pas. Pas de prise dans la salle de bain. Piscine verdâtre. Rien pour faire un peu de ménage. Et celui fait 2 fois dans le mois beaucoup trop rapide et avec des balais sales. Étendoir sur la terrasse beaucoup trop haut. Donc nous sommes déçus! Le coin est très beau mais très venteux. Maison bien placé mais mal entretenu

La maison est très bien placée. En revanche beaucoup de défauts et une maison mal entretenu : - toile d'araignée un peu partout - cuisine et vaisselles collantes - tissu de beaucoup de mobilier déchiré ou rouillé - le portail ne ferme pas ni à clef ni claqué avec des enfants c'est très dangereux - beaucoup d'ampoule manquante - porte bruyante ou défectueuse - les carreaux de la piscine sont verts L'hôte en a été informé réactivité pour changement des bains de soleil en revanche rien pour le reste. Le ménage en milieu de séjour à été fait en 45min pour changements de draps et léger ménage... Très dommage car l'emplacement est idéal et la maison a un super potentiel.

Nice property. Does what it says on the tin. Walking distance to the beach? All downhill but a good walk. Need a taxi back up those hills!! Swimming pool was cool but after a day on the beach in sweltering heat, it was fine. Rooms were clean although beds creaked with every movement or yawn. Mona was great and very helpful.

Lovely family villa

Nice location for this villa, quiet and residential but just 5 minutes in the car to Burgau or Luz beaches and restaurants. Big supermarkets nearby in Lagos. Villa well equipped for families especially with second apartment , ideal for teenagers. Owner was lovely and very welcoming, she kept in contact via WhatsApp and helped with all our questions in advance of our stay. Would stay again!!

Great spot for a family holiday

My family and I spent 8 days in June at this villa. The area was really quiet, bit far from the main part if Luz, so recommend a car. We drove everywhere. Easy to get to Lagos from the villa, where we spent most of our time in the evenings, you get a lot more choice of restaurants and things to do in Lagos. Mona was great, answered all my questions and was on hand to provide support during our stay. The swimming pool was too cold for us to use, wished we had booked this place in July/August when the pool would have been lovely. Would definitely book this place again.

Lovely terrace and swimming pool

We really enjoyed our stay in Praia da Luz. The house is quite spacious, perfect for 4-6 people. The facilities were just fine, we had everything we needed. Most of the time we spent in the swimming pool or on the terrace next to it, which is perfect for having a few drinks. It's a 10 minute walk going to the center and beach, and Lagos isn't far away either (by car). The host was nice and also helped us with a clogged sink.

Could not fault this perfect property

It was our first time to stay in Praia da Luz. We had a big family with us so decided to book a villa for the space and convenience of having everyone under the one roof. The villa was perfect. We could not fault it. From the time of booking to the day we left. Everyone involved made everything run so smoothly. So helpful and friendly. The villa was spotless clean on arrival, and even the essentials were left for us. Bread, milk, tea, coffee, bottled water, and even a bottle of wine. We would highly recommend this villa for its owner, how clean it is and it's location, which is very safe and secure.
