Casas del Sol 17b, with its elevated south-facing position offering panoramic and sea views, is in an ideal position on Casas del Sol one of Playa Blanca's most prestigious complexes.

Casas del Sol is a beautifully maintained and peaceful complex and is highly sought after due to it's prime location being only a few minutes' walk to the town centre, beaches, port & harbour, promenade and bus station to name but a few. As all you need is virtually on your doorstep hiring a vehicle is not a necessity. The complex is surrounded by well maintained mature tropical gardens and has a small network of pathways. As well as excellent facilities including a solar-heated salt water swimming pool and splash pool (with resident lifeguard) and tennis & pétanque courts the reception area (also incorporating a small shop and guest lounge) is manned by very helpful multi-lingual staff. A well equipped villa with air conditioning (no additional costs) which can also be used as a heater on cooler winter nights.

Lovely villa with a beautiful sea view.

The owners of this lovely villa have clearly put a lot of careful thought into the internal design and layout of their property as you felt so comfortable within its surroundings. Incredible well equipped with a spacious private terrace affording beautiful sea views, simply stunning!

Fantastic Winter Sunshine Break

This has to be one of the best properties we have stayed in in terms of amenities and location. It was just as advertised and was perfect for us. The large terrace area was amazing and we loved spending each afternoon sitting there watching the ferries coming in and out of the port. Amazing property and we would love to return!

Superb Villa with fantastic views

Booked this villa for a few nights with my teenage daughter ahead of the rest of the family flying out and it did not disappoint! The views are fantastic of the sea and port, you can almost touch the Fred Olsen ferry as it’s reversing in. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The owners Sean and Denise are excellent communicators answering all my queries and was the reception at Casas del Sol. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Great stay!

Clean home, close to boulevard, quiet surrounding. Good facilities in the house. Very friendly staff in the resort. Wonderful all together!

Traumurlaub in Traumanlage

Wir waren jetzt das 9 mal auf Lanzarote, das 2 x in Playa Blanca und das 1.Mal in Casa del Sol. Die Anlage hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Das Haus liegt super ruhig mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen, morgens in der Sonne frühstücken und Schiffe gucken herrlich. Ruhige Nachbarn!! Die Casa ist sehr gut möbiliert und eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nix. Gutes wlan, gute Dusche, Geschirr etc alles da, Spiele, Dvds, Mückenstecker 2x die woche eine kleine Reinigung, mit Wäschewechsel. Einziges Manko, kein dt. TV. Der Toaster sollte nur bei geöffnetem Fenster benutzt werden, wir hatten 3x Rauchmelder Alarm :-) Waschmaschine ist super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um der Ecke. Empfehlenswert ist das Wasserboat,Taxi für 15€ zum Papagayo Strand, mit Ausstieg. Wir haben schon für 2018 gebucht. Wir sagen Danke !!!

Just keep on returning its that good

From our first visit back in Nov 14, we're now on our 4th visit, and the villa just keeps on getting better, new doors, windows, cooker, fridge, the improvements continue. This is a lovely place to relax, and take in all that PB and Lanzarote has to offer. Needless to say we will be back, if it's not all booked up !

Excellent Bungalow

This bungalow is home from home, everything you need for a self catering holiday. Spotless bungalow, ideal location & great views, towels changed on a regular basis. One of the best bungalows I have stayed in.

A fantastic holiday

This beautiful bungalow offers everything needed for a self catering break. The rooms are all of a good size and kitchen facilities are good. A good sized fridge freezer was a bonus for keeping the wine chilled! The bungalow's location is brilliant for an easy stroll to beaches, bars and restaurants. Towels were changed three times during our one week stay. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely be returning.

Harbour view

Our stay was very good and relaxing from the patio we could see the harbour . Complex was nice . Villa was clean and very comfortable . Every thing you wanted for a holiday home .

Perfect getaway

Great location on a lovely complex of little terraced bungalows. The view from the (earn and wind protected) terrace is wonderful - the sea of course, but also sailing boats and Furteventura, palm trees swaying. Quiet and relaxed complex too - never felt as if there were more than a few families around despite it being August. The pool was yards away and sunbeds always available, really clean with a lifeguard there all day and showers. Reception with ice creams, small shop and really helpful staff who were willing to help us book a car and an excursion, or direct us how to do it ourselves if we wanted - all of them were lovely. 3 mins walk from the waterfront bars and cafes, and the shopping streets. 2 min. from the bus stop and little port. Bike hire over the road from the house, a good supermarket and bank within 3 mins. (Really good location). House, sweet little 2 double bed with bathroom (full size bath and great shower, not the trickling sort!). Air con in the main bedroom was lovely. Small kitchen but had everything you need - full size fridge freezer. Some useful bits in the cupboards too like spices, salt, oil, quite helpful). Washing machine in cupboatd on terrace was really useful. Tv with dvd player was lovely for the kids, and wifi was well received! (Not fast but reception also have freely available with stronger signal if you need) We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend it. Lanzarote is such a lovely island too - I had never been and was so pleasantly surprised, really relaxed, easy to get around and so peaceful.

Great value, private & wonderful views!

The villa is in a great spot on Casas del Sol (very private & lovely views) and the complex is ideally located for Playa Blanca being only a short walk to everything you could need. 17b is clean, well equipped and has a good (free!) wifi signal. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. This is a place of peace and quiet, very good value for money and last but not least the owners are really helpful and professional.

Good choice

Casas del Sol is in an ideal position in Playa Blanca being right across from the port where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura. We spent many happy hours just watching the ferries come and go and looking across to the Island, sometimes hardly visible for one reason or another and other times crystal clear. The villa is well equipped, wifi signal is very good and the staff in reception were always helpful. The villa is also well located for restaurants and shops as in easy walking distance and if you wanted to go further the bus stop was just outside. The owners were really helpful both before we went and during our visit when we had a very minor problem.

Great location

Great location in Playa Blanca, only a short walk to everything you could need. The villa whilst a little dated, is exceptionally clean, it has a lovely sunny private patio, a raised position gives it good views. The villa is well equipped with a good wifi signal. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. This is a place of peace and quiet. Very good value for money. And last but not least the owners are really helpful and professional.
