Valencia Golfing Trip

The property is in a lovely location, slightly isolated but that was a positive. The new BBQ and outside kitchen area are great. We where disappointed with the cleanliness of most rooms. The hosts need to point out that their is a need for both UK 3 pin type plugs and European 2 pin plugs. Overall an excellent property, spacious with only 7 of us but could accommodate a larger number easily. We where confused as to why the pool robot was still in the pool during our stay.

Does not accommodate 20 people

We picked this place specifically because it said it could accommodate 20 people but really it does not. 4 sofa-beds made of hard metal bars and a thin “mattress” are located in the 2 kitchens of the house. They must be second hand coming from a gulag. The house can actually accommodate 12 people in tiny beds spread across 6 tiny bedrooms with no AC. Not a small detail to be aware of when you go in the middle of the summer and outside temperature is 40°C. 4 of us ended up having to go to a hotel in Valencia. Don’t rent this house if you are more than 12 people and are not used to sleep in a sauna.

This house can easily accommodate 20 and has done on numerous occasions. We have sofa beds in each lounge and most rooms are double rooms with ensuite. Guests did not request air conditioning, and if thats what they required then should have gone to a villa that advertises air conditioning. Guests did not go to a hotel snd stayed the entire time. They also left the villa in an absolute state.

communication with Errol and Sylena was excellent, both were very friendly and helpful. House was excellent, lots of space, every room had tv's, excellent internet etc. and the pool was the best we've ever had, very private, large and quite deep in parts (between approx. 5ft and 7ft throughout), however air conditioning is an absolute must as fans simply didn't do enough to cool us down, especially at night. Note that this is only available in the downstairs section of the house, albeit being able to move the extra fans upstairs did help significantly. A car / hire car is also essential as the property is well outside the town and away from shops / restaurants etc. the house is well situated just off the main motorway between Valencia and Alicante so travel is very easy when you are there. The nearby town (about 3km) has some decent supermarkets and a selection of restaurants / bars

Hemos ido un fin de semana un grupo de 20 amigos. El acceso a la casa y el contacto en todo momento fue bueno. La casa para ir con amigos es perfecta, no molestas a los vecinos y tienes un poco de todo. Está un poco descuidada, pero en estos casos se agradece, ya que el plan así lo pedía. Por poner algo negativo, el sitio para 20 no es apto. En camas hay sitios para 14, el resto tienen que dormir en sofás y no son muy cómodos.

The pictures don't do this property justice!

The property is fantastic, the views from the pool are breathtaking. There are two kitchens available which is perfect for a bigger group. The property manager was really lovely and understanding. She made our stay easy and we had a lot of fun. Would definitely book again.
