Perfectly situated 10 minutes drive from the stunning historic centre of Ostuni, and 10-15 minutes from the towns of San Michele Salentino, Carovigno, San Vito dei Normanni and Ceglie Messapica, as well as being only a 20 minute drive to a host of beautiful sandy Puglian beaches.

Brindisi Airport is 30 minutes drive and Bari Airport just over an hour.

What a lovely and peaceful location. The Trullo was very well equipped and the pool was private and welcome in the heat of the day. Ed the owner was very approachable and knowledgeable about the local and further afield towns and areas of Italy And questions asked were answered with care and advice on best routes etc. We will give this property 10/10 and will recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Puglia.

Perfect stay in a perfect location

If you like privacy but still close to a great town, this is the place for you ! Top location in terms of privacy. Everything you could possible need is available! Ed is the perfect host. Respons is immediately of you need him otherwise he let's you do your thing. The infinity pool is fantastic !!

Lovely Trullo

Confortable well appointed Trullo, nice spaces, snacks and bottle of wine were appreciated, pool was lovely to cool off in, Ed was friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to shop and restaurants to try. Good communication both prior to and during our stay. Interesting region with many beautiful towns to explore, we loved Ostuni, Locorotondo and Ceglie Messcipica. We would love to come back!

The trullo is just what we had hoped for-a character property with modern comforts.

Even though it was a chilly February stay, we were cozy and warm in the trullo with its underfloor heating. The WiFi is excellent as was the Bose speaker. We enjoyed being in such a remote spot, but within proximity of the very pleasant and helpful owners.

Perfect break

My wife and I spent 2 lovely weeks at Ed's trullo. It was perfect for a quiet break as in a rural area but only 15 mins to Ostuni with all its restaurants and not too far from the beaches and tourist spots. The trullo was well maintained and the pool was a bonus for the hot days. Would definitely spend 2 weeks here again . Thanks Ed

Happy Memories...

Our family (2 adults and 2 children, aged 6 and 9) just returned from a great holiday staying here. We spent many relaxing days just hanging out around the beautiful Trullo and immaculate pool and enjoying the peaceful scenery, mixed up with trips to town and the lovely nearby beaches. The Trulli itself is decorated beautifully and we couldnt have wished for a better place to stay. Ed and Gemma and the children are perfect hosts...thanks for making our holiday great!

What an absolute gem of a property. A little slice of Puglian heaven, it’s glorious. The pool is superb, excellent for kids and we spent evenings in the water, watching the sun set overlooking the olive grove. Kitchen was extremely well stocked, we cooked there a few nights with ease. BBQ was also an excellent addition. Ed was on site at his place and always on hand to help or answer questions. He even brought us some plums from their trees. The Trullo is so quirky and homely, we didn’t want to leave. You do have to have a car as there’s really nothing to walk to, but the drive into Ostuni is very straight forward, and is a bustling town with gorgeous restaurants & many supermarkets. Overall a superb stay. We’d love to come back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, which tells a story. Ed is the perfect genial host, always very helpful & attentive. The location is idyllic, with lots of interesting places to visit within easy driving distance. When the weather is hot, as it was, you have the luxury of dividing your time between lazing on the patio, sploshing & cooling in your own private pool, or going into the air-conditioned Trullo.

A dreamlike escape from city life

The Trullo Annunziato was a magical escape from the big city life for us. The property and the building was even better than we expected. And Ed is an amazing host. Perfect, quiet and romantic!

The perfect place to have our first holiday without children for over 10 years! The Trullo is beautiful and quaint, so traditional inside and the added bonus of a bath! Location is so quiet and peaceful, you can hear the donkey and cows from the nearby farm as a reminder you are not farm from civilisation! The pool is a good size (8m x 4m), so you can get a few lengths in and also get out of the heat and n the cool of the pool! Ed is fantastic, totally in touch all the time and pass all the right details across - the directions were totally perfect! A complete recommendation to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

A little gem of a Trullo

We were travelling for a family celebration event and had four day's to chill beforehand. The trullo was just perfect for two of us. Perfectly kitted out kitchen and immaculately clean. The pool was amazing and just what we needed as temperatures were on the mid to high 30c. Ed was so helpful and nothing was any trouble. He made us very welcome and would highly recommend this to family and friends when visiting the area.Will definitely be returning. Thank you Ed you are a wonderful host. trouble

Perfect start of our holiday

The first part of our holiday started at Ed’s Trullo Annuziata and what a great start to make! It was an amazing time in Ed’s Trullo. Ed is great, always helpful and willing to give advice with a big smile. The charming accommodation has all the comfort so you feel instantly at home. We loved the swimming pool (sun or no sun 😉) and the barbecue. It’s property is also surrounded by fresh herbs and olive trees which produce a terrific olive oil. We took some fresh sage and rosemary with us for further use. Don’t miss out the practical tips and tricks provided in the red map! Thank you so much Ed for starting off at your place!

In 2014 my wife and I took a gigantic leap of faith to change our lifestyles and leave the UK to start a new life with our two young children in the south of Italy. We now focus on letting out a fantastic town house in Ostuni centro storico and a luxurious trullo in the countryside just outside the town. As well as trying to farm olives, grapes and a variety of fruits and vegetables (with varying degrees of success!!) on our patch of land in this most beautiful part of the world....

Why they chose this property

With vague ideas of one day relocating to Italy we came across Puglia almost by accident, but we fell in love with the region, Ostuni in particular, and spent the following few years determined to make the move over.

The scenery, the food and most importantly the people make this the most magnificent place on earth (in our opinion!!!). We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Puglia is the only place in the world where you can stay in one of the iconic trulli, and Trullo Annunziata offers a taste of this unique lifestyle combined with luxury.
With all mod-cons the accommodation is more than comfortable, and it benefits from a private patio area and private swimming pool, all set within the tranquility of olive and almond groves. White sandy beaches and towns bursting with culture are just a stones throw away.
