Fabulosa y espaciosa villa de 3 dormitorios con piscina privada y jardín. Fantásticas vistas panorámicas al mar sobre Coral Bay hasta el faro de Paphos. Grandes terrazas del primer piso desde el área de comedor y cocina con acceso a la piscina y al jardín. Encantador lugar para sentarse y ver la puesta de sol sobre el mar. Gran área de barbacoa para cenar al aire libre situada al lado de la piscina. Las 3 habitaciones están en la planta baja. 3 habitaciones, todas con piscina, jardín y vistas al mar. Encantadora ubicación tranquila en una calle sin salida tranquila y segura, con la propiedad completamente cerrada Recién amueblado con un alto estándar en todas partes con TV, DVD, WiFi y NileSat. Amplia cocina moderna con todo lo que cabe esperar. Vivimos localmente, a la mano para cualquier consulta. Incluso ofrecemos un menú en la villa si elige no cenar por solo 40 euros para 4 personas, incluido el vino. Lovely Villa

Lovely clean villa with plenty of space inside and out, all the essentials, fantastic views. Close by there are great restaurants and brilliant beach.

Wonderful Stay

The Villa is in an idyllic setting with beautiful views across the Bay. I would highly recommend car hire unless you like walking steep roads. The view from the Villa is worth it! The Villa was very spacious for 6 adults. Sunbathing round the pool was tricky due to the beautiful plants and a lemon tree was a bonus. My only criticism is the bed in the main bedroom is not the bed in the picture and it is a metal frame therefore each time my partner and I moved it squeaked (not enough for me to contact owners to complain) but this does need addressing. Overall, a wonderful stay, the tranquility, setting and has everything you need.

Well-located villa at bottom end of cut-de-sac. Great views over towards Coral Bay and back inland. Easy to walk into Old Peyia, though car hire essential for getting about. Feel very fortunate to have found ourselves swimming with a turtle one morning, and had a great day driving an off-road buggy.

Fantastic location

Lovely and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. Amazing views of Coral Bay. Communication with Lisa was excellent, and we had everything we needed to cook and chill out at the villa, and lots of helpful ideas for amazing restaurants nearby. Our favourite was Porto Antico!

Warm and relaxing

Great views, loads of room and all the plates and cutlery you would ever need. It was nice and quiet and our Grandson loved the pool. It was too far to walk to the local restaurants so a car is essential Overall, we all had a great time.

Perfekter Ausblick, selbst vom Bett aus, ruhige Gegend

Wir verbrachten hier eine Woche in der Villa. Man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Pegeia - insbesondere bei Nacht. Und das sogar vom Bett aus. Dazu kommt noch die Ruhe, da diese Villa nicht an einer befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt. Der alte Ortskern von Pegeia ist gleich um die Ecke mit all den Tavernen, Bars und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Auch sonst kommt man schnell mit Auto in nur wenigen Minuten überall hin. Das Haus war sehr sauber, als wir ankamen. Die Küche hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und auch genug Platz für sämtliche Vorbereitungen. Den Esstisch draußen auf der Terrasse haben wir nicht benutzt, der die Stuhlauflagen mit Vogelkot beschmutzt waren. Es halten sich eben hin und wieder einige Vögel in unmittelbarer Gegend auf dem Dach auf. Aber die Loungemöbel im rechte Terrassenbereich waren in Ordnung und dort aßen wir auch meist unser Frühstück während wir die ersten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages genießten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hier absolut in Ordnung. Für Workation ist diese Villa nicht geeignet, da der Internetempfang weit unter Standard ist (ca. 10 MB Download, ca. 4 MB Upload). In einer anderen Villa hatten wir 300/120, also das 20- bis 30-fache. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit muss in der Beschreibung mit angegeben werden. Solche langsamen Verbindungen sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Würde das auch behoben werden, wäre diese Villa für uns perfekt gewesen. Denn die Ruhe, der Ausblick und der Komfort sind für den Preis einfach unschlagbar.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa gehabt. Die Lage oberhalb der Küste in den Hügeln mit dem Ausblick zum Meer ist superb. Die Villa liegt ruhig im Grünen und bietet samt Poolbereich super gute Privatssphäre. Natürlich ist ein Mietwagen unabdingbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tavernen mit traditionellem Essen gibt es jedoch in Laufnähe. Da die Villa am Hang liegt, ist sie zweistöckig. Die drei Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss haben Poolblick. Die Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer, beide mit großen Terrassen, liegen ebenerdig. Das Willkommens-Essenspaket hat uns sehr positiv überrascht.

Wunderschöne Tage in dieser Villa,

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus an diesem Ort rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage oberhalb der Küste ist sehr ruhig und bietet eine tolle Aussicht weit bis nach Paphos und auch in die andere Richtung. Gute Bademöglickeiten sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar (z. Bsp. Olive Tree Beach). Das Haus und der Pool sind gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin Lisa hat uns mit einem “early check in” sehr geholfen. Außerdem sorgt sie für die Rücksendung von uns vergessener Kleidungsstûcke. Vielen Dank !! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wonderful stay

After a nightmare holiday in Cyprus in 2022 At a different Villa, where we were robbed and the standard of the villa was poor at best, we were very nervous about going back, but we decided to try again, as we did like Cyprus in the whole and didn’t want to let that experience stop us. After searching we found this Villa in Peyia, which we immediately liked and decided to book. This time the communication with Lisa was excellent from the beginning to the end. Even helping when we realised that we had not booked a late check out and would have been “homeless” for an entire day. Not only did Lisa point this out but she stepped in and arranged for a day rental for us. The Villa was very clean and everything in very good working condition (no ovens falling out of the kitchen units this time…), the beds are clean and comfortable, and the AC worked well in each room, the showers are strong and certainly hot. The BBQ and pool area are very good, and the pool was cleaned on a regular basis, as with all villas we had to sweep it out for leaves and bugs everyday but this it to be expected in a private rent. The garden is well kept and there was room for all 6 of us. The large bonus is the stunning views out of the villa overlooking the bay, both through the day and night, it just gave a nice backdrop to a very enjoyable and chilled holiday, to the point that we are considering rebooking for next year.

Stunning!

Just spent 2 wonderful weeks in Villa Zalakia! Villa was clean and welcoming, the view was stunning. I spent many mornings drinking my coffee watching the sun rise on that view and many evenings watching the sunset. Didn't venture too far from the pool, there was a heatwave! Definitely needed the car, only managed 2 walks, far too hot. We will be back. Thank you Lisa & Felix!

Good & bad

Lovely villa. Beautiful views overlooking Coral Bay. Plenty of space within the propoerty. Lisa & Felix very helpful. Essential amenities available. Perfect for couples. Outside space limited by the pool with no where around the pool to sit or sunbath. Overpopulated with flowers and greenery which brings many insects such as spiders, ants and wasps. Was stung a few times. Also everyday the pool is full of insects and leafs. Location of the villa is high in the montains which as mentioned gives great views however as a consequence, get a lot of cloud coverage. Finding the villa using a satnav is simple and once you do the trip up from Coral Bay, your remember for next time. Car is required. Beds and sofa are very low and are in need of updating as the matress is fin and springs are coming through and sofa padding is thin but is ok. Safety and security of the property is great. Property is surrounded by neighbours and has locks on every door so you never feel unsafe. Local food is cheap but is ok however would suggest driving down to Coral bay to the good restaurants. Overal the villa is good but ideally for a couple, not a young family. Garden needs addressing and some new furniture but would recommend this if your looking for the above points.

Great time

A great, spacious Villa with lovely views across Peyia, Coral Bay and on towards Paphos. The pool is a good size with privacy afforded to you by both the Villa location and the plants /bushes providing a natural screen to the Villa next door. The Villa itself was very clean on arrival and we appreciated the complimentary water, bread etc left for us. Like many villas in upper Peyia a car is required although you can walk to some of the nearer restaurants. Thanks to Lisa for allowing us to stay a bit longer on our final day. Can highly recommend this Villa and also the service provided by Lisa & Felix.

Absolutely incredible

Ok firstly Lisa and Felix are amazing! They were so lovely when we got a little lost on the way. The villa is beautiful clean and so spacious. It has everything you need for an amazing holiday. The view I have absolutely no words for. It’s simply breathtaking and we spent many an evening watching the sunset on the balcony. The little care package was a lovely thought and all the recommendations in the book they left were ever so amazing. Top tip for anyone who is going to Cyprus for the first time. Don’t eat for the whole day because the dinners are HUGE lol. Thank you so so so much guys for giving us an opportunity to stay at your villa we will definitely be back!

Pool area could have done with a sweep round.

Pool water became very cloudy on second day, contacted host and issue was resolved quickly. Happy overall with stay, would book again.

Everyrhing we'd hoped & More

This gorgeous villa has an abundance of space, large bedrooms on the ground floor that all lead out to the large pool and stunning flowering garden & open plan living on the first floor with views that can only be described as breath taking. Very clean & modern and had clearly had a recent paint job throughout. A few minor maintenance issues were bought to the hosts attention but they were dealt with promptly and didn't interfere with our stay whatsoever. The welcome pack of Bread, milk, Ham, cheese etc was a welcome delight, as was the villa and surrounding area information folder. 100% recommend a car as the villa is in a quiet hillside cul de sac. Lisa recommended u2carhire, and they supplied a lovely little fiesta plus a meet and greet service at the airport and took us to the villa. From start to finish everything about this villa and the hosts Lisa & Felix was absolutely amazing, I would recommend it in a heartbeat and will undoubtedly return. Best Villa we have stayed in

We have been coming to Peyia for the past 10 years and this is by far the best Villa. The views are outstanding. The pool is totally private which our grandson made full use of. The villa was exceptionally well equipped and spotless . The lights being put on and the welcome pack on arrival are just the small touches that make all the difference. We will most definitely be booking again Lisa you havnt seen the last of us

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
