Fabulosa y espaciosa villa de 3 dormitorios con piscina privada y jardín. Fantásticas vistas panorámicas al mar sobre Coral Bay hasta el faro de Paphos. Grandes terrazas del primer piso desde el área de comedor y cocina con acceso a la piscina y al jardín. Encantador lugar para sentarse y ver la puesta de sol sobre el mar. Gran área de barbacoa para cenar al aire libre situada al lado de la piscina. Las 3 habitaciones están en la planta baja. 3 habitaciones, todas con piscina, jardín y vistas al mar. Encantadora ubicación tranquila en una calle sin salida tranquila y segura, con la propiedad completamente cerrada Recién amueblado con un alto estándar en todas partes con TV, DVD, WiFi y NileSat. Amplia cocina moderna con todo lo que cabe esperar. Vivimos localmente, a la mano para cualquier consulta. Incluso ofrecemos un menú en la villa si elige no cenar por solo 40 euros para 4 personas, incluido el vino. Alojarse con nosotros es elegible para descuentos en muchas atracciones turísticas y restaurantes.

Lovely Villa

Fantastic location

Lovely and quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. Amazing views of Coral Bay. Communication with Lisa was excellent, and we had everything we needed to cook and chill out at the villa, and lots of helpful ideas for amazing restaurants nearby. Our favourite was Porto Antico!

Warm and relaxing

Great views, loads of room and all the plates and cutlery you would ever need. It was nice and quiet and our Grandson loved the pool. It was too far to walk to the local restaurants so a car is essential Overall, we all had a great time.

Fantastic stay at Lisa's villa, the views are to die for. Lisa is a great and generous host. The welcome pack was much appreciated. The villa very was clean with plenty of room and space for all. A great holiday, we hope return.

Views that will never disappoint

This was our second time to the villa this year and it was very relaxing and what ever the time of day or night the views were amazing. The villa had everything we wanted and more.

Well-located villa at bottom end of cut-de-sac. Great views over towards Coral Bay and back inland. Easy to walk into Old Peyia, though car hire essential for getting about. Feel very fortunate to have found ourselves swimming with a turtle one morning, and had a great day driving an off-road buggy.

Amazing!!

Really lovely villa with breathtaking views of the sea. Pool was lovely and village locals are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ive been home 4 days now and miss it terribly. Take me back!!!!!

Lovely villa in great position

We were very pleased with this villa. Very private with lovely views. Everything was clean and in very good condition. The pool was wonderful and very good size. All questions answered quickly and any little issues deal with excellently. For the price I think this villa is a excellent choice .

Wonderful Stay

The Villa is in an idyllic setting with beautiful views across the Bay. I would highly recommend car hire unless you like walking steep roads. The view from the Villa is worth it! The Villa was very spacious for 6 adults. Sunbathing round the pool was tricky due to the beautiful plants and a lemon tree was a bonus. My only criticism is the bed in the main bedroom is not the bed in the picture and it is a metal frame therefore each time my partner and I moved it squeaked (not enough for me to contact owners to complain) but this does need addressing. Overall, a wonderful stay, the tranquility, setting and has everything you need.

Amazing Villa

This was our 2nd stay in Villa Zalakia and it never fails to impress. It’s spotlessly clean and spacious and the views are amazing. We got to meet Felix who went out of his way to help us out. We have already booked this villa for September 2024. Thanks again Lisa & Felix

Pool area could have done with a sweep round.

Pool water became very cloudy on second day, contacted host and issue was resolved quickly. Happy overall with stay, would book again.

Fantastic Villa and View

First trip to Cyprus – stayed in a wonderful villa that has everything that you need to enjoy your holiday. The welcome pack was an added bonus, especially as we arrived after midnight, also the recommendation of U2 car hire, Michalis was very helpful and friendly, picking us up at the airport and taking us straight to the villa, much appreciated. The villa was clean throughout, peaceful and has fantastic views. Definitely one to recommend.

Best Villa we have stayed in

We have been coming to Peyia for the past 10 years and this is by far the best Villa. The views are outstanding. The pool is totally private which our grandson made full use of. The villa was exceptionally well equipped and spotless . The lights being put on and the welcome pack on arrival are just the small touches that make all the difference. We will most definitely be booking again Lisa you havnt seen the last of us

Stunning!

Just spent 2 wonderful weeks in Villa Zalakia! Villa was clean and welcoming, the view was stunning. I spent many mornings drinking my coffee watching the sun rise on that view and many evenings watching the sunset. Didn't venture too far from the pool, there was a heatwave! Definitely needed the car, only managed 2 walks, far too hot. We will be back. Thank you Lisa & Felix!

All of us really enjoyed this fantastic villa , quite ,secluded and spacious, if your intentions are to venture out on your vacation you will need a hire vehicle. Thank you for the welcome pack, much appreciated as a starter pre our supermarket shopping trip!! The pool was a fantastic refresher on the hot days ,also loads of beds for all off us to relax and sunbath. One moan from the ladies,perhaps a mirror in each bedroom would be a positive extra. On the whole a really enjoyable stay .

Great time

A great, spacious Villa with lovely views across Peyia, Coral Bay and on towards Paphos. The pool is a good size with privacy afforded to you by both the Villa location and the plants /bushes providing a natural screen to the Villa next door. The Villa itself was very clean on arrival and we appreciated the complimentary water, bread etc left for us. Like many villas in upper Peyia a car is required although you can walk to some of the nearer restaurants. Thanks to Lisa for allowing us to stay a bit longer on our final day. Can highly recommend this Villa and also the service provided by Lisa & Felix.

Lovely Secluded Villa.....and gluten free bread !

We stayed for 10 days at the end of July and had a wonderful stay. The photos of the pool are dated, and the garden has matured and is well looked after The villa was clean and we had the most wonderful welcome pack including a fresh gluten free loaf which was a lovely thought The kids and us loved the warm pool and the space the villa offered. We would definitely return Only two negatives (which didn’t affect our holiday in the slightest) were the umbrellas that needed replacing, and the steep walk up the cul de sac, but we tended to dive down to the sea cave restaurants in the evening. Excellent property

Everything was OK. The welcome pack was appreciated as we arrived after dark. The property was a little difficult to find in the dark as the landmarks mentioned were difficult to see; a little map would be useful. Enjoyed a morning cuppa and breakfast outside in the sun (except at the end of our stay when we had some interesting weather- thunder, lightning and hailstones! Did not realise Cyprus has UK type 13amp sockets and had taken European style leads with us!

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
