• Notes on accommodation: All the bedrooms are large enough to fit in extra beds if required and the downstairs yoga room can be converted into a bedroom. Outside: The grounds extend to 13 acres, with approximately one acre of gardens, two acres of paddock, and ten acres of ancient woodland. The woodland borders National Trust woodland. Two wooden tables in the garden each seat eight, and there is a barbecue for the use of guests, as well as a croquet set. There is ample parking. Utility Room: A large entrance vestibule with original tiled floor provides the perfect place to hang up your coats and boots after a day on the moor or beach, and a laundry room upstairs is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, electric heated dryer and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and bath towels are included. The property is professionally cleaned and linen and bath towels changed weekly. Other: Yogis will love the yoga room (space for three mats) with original wooden parquet flooring. Alternatively this would make a lovely children's play room (the wooden floor is perfect for a train set or a jigsaw), or nursery.
