A lovely bright open plan living/dining area for 4 people. TV with DVD player and Freeview, radio/CD player. Fully equipped kitchen including full size cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Relaxing double bedroom with standard double bed, wardrobe and TV with Freeview, a second bedroom with twin bunks and wardrobe, both have electric wall mounted panel heaters. There is a travel cot if required (please bring own bedding for cot.) There is an iron and table top ironing board available. Shower room/w.c. including wall mounted bathroom heater. A small selection of children's toys, books and DVDs are available. Plus buckets and spades and a beach mat. Ground floor only (i.e. no stairs). Outside is a small patio area with garden furniture. Parking space in front of chalet.
Heacham is a pretty coastal village close to the popular seaside resort of Hunstanton. It's just a 5 minute walk to Heacham’s North Beach, where you will find fish and chips, amusements, a bar and restaurant. After a leisurely stroll to South Beach, you can build up an appetite to enjoy a full cooked breakfast, lunch or roast dinner in the cafe, or pick up some seafood or fresh fish during peak season. In the evening relax and soak up the lovely sunsets that Heacham has to offer. Heacham Village has a varied collection of shops, restaurants and takeaways.
The Victorian resort of Hunstanton is a 5 minute journey by car, or a pleasant coastal walk from Heacham Beach. In Hunstanton you will find a beautiful extensive beach and promenade, with funfair, amusements, Sealife Centre, many restaurants and takeaways, a theatre, several bars and gift shops.
If you travel further round the coast, you will find more pretty coastal villages and resorts. Birdwatchers, walkers and golfers will be spoilt for choice. Sandringham Royal Estate is also well worth a visit.
