Villa Pcela est une spacieuse villa de luxe, restaurée en 2014 à partir d'une maison de village abandonnée, offrant maintenant un hébergement confortable, élégant et meublé de façon unique sur trois étages. Parfait pour les familles et les groupes d'amis.

Immense suite parentale au dernier Ă©tage avec lit superking, des siĂšges confortables et des balcons Ă  trois aspects, offrant une vue sur la baie de Tivat, le mont Lovcen et l'Adriatique.

Dressing attenant et salle de bain avec baignoire et douche à l'italienne. Trois autres chambres doubles au rez-de-chaussée avec salle de bains attenante / dédiée.

Beautiful well equipped villa with fabulous pool

The best villa we have stayed in to date. Very well equipped, the kitchen is a cooks dream. Lovely large pool, big enough for a proper swim, and plenty of space for a large party both inside and out. Quietly located but very easy access to coast and mountains. A perfect base for day trips. We plan to return with friends next year. Daisy H

Belle maison, trĂšs propre ,bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e . Superbe piscine . Un petit bĂ©mol pour la climatisation , la magnifique suite du haut n’est pas climatisĂ©e , pour les chambres du bas, une climatisation dans le couloir commun aux 3 chambres .

wonderful villa

We had an amazing stay at the villa. We went for 2 weeks and there was a clean and laundry change halfway through our stay. The pool was cleaned twice a week. I would say you definitely need a car to get around and there are lots of places to visit such as Kotor which we loved. I would agree with other reviews that even with a fan the top 2 floors without air con were hot as there was a low of 30 degrees at night. However we were aware of this before going. We only had a party of 5 so all slept on the ground floor where there was air con. The villa had everything you needed and the kids LOVED the pool! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely villa for a family

This villa is fantastic, and has so much space both indoors and outdoors. The big pool was the star of the show for us, and the house is very well equipped. It’s situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, you really need to drive to go anywhere, but the shops and the beach are less than 5 mins and the big supermarket 10mins. There’s also the Lustica peninsula to explore, and the beautiful towns of Tivat and Kotor are only a short drive. The A/C is only on the ground floor where the 3 smaller bedrooms are (all with doors directly out into the pool area), but there are fans provided in the bedroom on the top floor, and it’s nice and airy if there is a breeze.

Sehr guter Gesamteindruck, super nette Vermieter, sehr zuvorkommend und pro-aktiv in der Kommunikation. Selbst mit 8 Personen großzĂŒgig Platz mit ausreichend RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten. FĂŒr uns ungewohnte Lage mitten im Dorf.

Perfekt ausgestattete Villa

Die Villa war vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet mit sehr viel Platz und großem Pool. Sally war ein super Gastgeberin, es standen einige GetrĂ€nke bei unserer Ankunft zur BegrĂŒĂŸung bereit. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super! Die Lage nahe Tivat / Kotor ist super. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen!

Wonderful

It's tempting to keep to yourself something that is special, but that would be unfair on Sally. The place is exactly as described and is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It's definitely a place to chill and relax. We were an adult family group and it was large enough for everyone to have their own space but small enough to enjoy shared social moments and dining. Everyone wants to return and hopefully we will one day.

Fantastic villa in a wonderful area of Montenegro

Villa Pcela is a wonderfully spacious, refurbished property with well thought out living areas. The master bedroom suite on the top floor is vast. All other bedrooms are on the ground floor and they have the benefit of airconditioning which was a real bonus for sleeping at the time we were there. The downstairs bedrooms have their own separate entrance and are connected to the lounge and kitchen area by 2 sets of outside steps. The pool is fantastic, extremely clean and well looked after. Shops and amenities are only a 5 minute drive away and the nearest beach only a little bit further. Tivat airport is about 10 minutes. We absolutely loved the area and will definitely be coming back in the near future!

A truly lovely Villa and a great family holiday destination

Villa Pcela is a wonderful spacious home that is very well equipped with everything you might want. Very clean, the comfortable bedrooms, cooking/dining/living room and big balcony are very attractively furnished while the well maintained garden with the large pool and games area are just great. The location of the Villa offers easy access to the very beautiful and picturesque towns of Tivat and Kotor and is a few minutes to the village of Popavici where there are two supermarkets. There is also a great little cafe where the locals meet up for a drink and snack; we kept going back as the food was lovely and there was a nice evening atmosphere. The beautiful Lustica peninsular is nearby and the local sandy beach popular with families is only a short car ride away or a 25 minute walk via a footpath and then road. Information provided offered enticing trips to places further a field which we must save for another visit. A small mix up on our arrival was readily and successfully sorted out due to the ease of being able to contact Sally who owns two villas in the hamlet. We are family of six, and each very happy to highly recommend Villa Pcela.

We had a lovely holiday!

The villa is really nice. We loved every part of it. A lovely pool where we (4 adults and 4 children) lovend to swim. A table tennis table and table football where hours were spent. The location of the villa is also perfect. Close to the airport of Tivat, close to Kotor (a must see City), Budva and Mount Lovcen. Magnificent views from this mountain. The villa is also close to nice beaches and fine restaurants! I would recommand this villa to everyone. We loved our stay and I’m 100% sure that everybody does. We’d like to come back once. We fell in love with Montenegro and with this villa.

Geweldig!

Het huis is nog mooier dan op de foto’s. We hebben hier enorm genoten, alles wat je nodig hebt is in het huis aanwezig en het zwembad is heerlijk! Groot genoeg om echt lekker te zwemmen. elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer is ook erg fijn met een groot gezelschap. De huiseigenaresse is vriendelijk en beantwoord alle vragen snel. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens teruggaan. Klein minpuntje: de hanen in de omgeving kraaien vroeg. Lichte slapers kunnen er last van hebben. Maar het zal je vakantie echt niet bederven. Voor ons was het in ieder geval perfect!

The villa exceeded all expectations in every way!

This beautiful property was luxuriously equipped with everything we could possibly need or want. Delightful position in a village setting about 15 minutes from Tivat, The villa was very clean, well maintained; the gardens and pool were also immaculate. The green Lustica Peninsula is well worth exploring with olive farms and pretty coastal villages. It is also easy to drive further afield for more sightseeing. We would strongly recommend this villa to everyone, the owners providing helpful information and excellent customer service.

Another fabulous stay!

This was our second stay in villa Pcela, and it's certainly doesn't disappoint. The villa itself is a beautiful large open building that lends itself brilliantly to groups or family's. Numerous balconys that look over fantastic views (especially in the top bedroom!) the pool is big and prefect for lazy villa days relaxing in the sun. The bedrooms are a good size with lovely comfy beds and the kitchen is very well stocked with every utensil you could wish for! Sally and John have obviously put a lot of time and thought in to creating this gorgeous villa. Montenegro is a beautiful country and the local beach (5 min drive) is family friendly with a great beach bar! A 5* holiday and villa, that we have already booked again for next year!! Much more than your average holiday villa.

Beautifully furnished and very well equipped, this feels more like staying in someone's home rather than a holiday villa. There is plenty of space to find a quiet corner so with four bedrooms it is ideal for larger groups without everyone feeling on top of each other. This is a quiet location and the property is clean and very well maintained with plenty of useful information provided by the owner. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful villa with a great pool!

The villa has everything you could ask for. Including a table tennis table and table football! It's really well maintained and the cooking facilities are brilliant, both the really high spec kitchen and the BBQ outside. Lovely views across the mountains and easy access to the local tourist spots. There's a lovely church up the hill with great views at sunset. We went on a few day trips to Kotor and Tivat which are really close. Definitely go down to the beach too, which is an easy walk. We had a lovely time and can't wait to visit again!

Stort hus i liten by, ca 1,5 km till affÀrer. Fint poolomrÄde med stor pool. Ett stort sovrum pÄ övervÄningen med badrum, det var superfint. MellanvÄningen var stor gemensam yta med kök, matrum och sittgrupp. HÀrlig terass utan för. NedervÄningen kunde inte nÄs frÄn övriga huset utan hade en ingÄng utifrÄn. Vi hade barn med oss sÄ det vara mindre bra. Vi hade en superbra semester.

The most amazing holiday

We had an amazing time in villa Pcela, such a gorgeous location in a totally stunning country. Lots to do within a small radius from beech visits to Porto Montenegro. The local villagers were very friendly. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool kept the children and adults entertained for hours on end. Stunning views from the master bedroom over to Porto Montenegro and into the mountains, we experienced many dramatic thunder storms from here. There were lots of lovely restaurants on the waters edge where ever you drove, which were all family friendly. We could easily have stayed for much longer so therefore we hope to return one day. Beautiful and has everything

Fantastic villa with a fabulous pool. Good Wi-fi and has every facility. Very comfortable stay and I’d thoroughly recommend staying there. Easy to get around and to go on day trips to Kotor or the mountains. Nearby beach can be reached on foot. What’s not to like?

Perfect holiday home

What a great holiday home this is for families and groups of friends. Only 15 minutes by car from Tivat international airport, it has four double bedrooms with their own bathrooms, three ensuite, and a large open-plan living area. There's a terrace where you can breakfast in the morning sun or dine under the stars but we spent most of our time relaxing by the generous-sized pool, which is big enough to swim proper lengths. Our favourite place to eat turned out to be the vine-covered barbecue area, which overlooks the pool, and the kids loved the covered play area, which has table football and a ping-pong table. When you fancy a break from cooking in the well-equipped, modern kitchen - there are supermarkets, and shops selling fresh fish and good quality fruit and veg within a 20-minute drive - there are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. There's also plenty to see. Highly recommended are the medieval old town of Kotor, the ultra-modern marina of Porto Montenegro near Tivat, and the charming town of Perast on the Bay of Kotor. We can't wait to go back.

Well equipped villa but rather remote. Car essential for your stay unless you are walkers/ hikers

The villa was very comfortable for us 8 ladies however the 3 downstairs bedrooms could only be accessed by the outside steps which was an issue when retiring for the night due to it raining on 2 of the nights during our stay!! Internal stairs would make life much easier. Despite this little hiccup we did enjoy our stay. Car is a must if you want to get out and about- we hired one in Tivat on our first day which was very reasonable.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful week in this lovely villa. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool, the grown-ups sitting in the sun on the terrace. A lot of space for all! The villa had everything we could wish. Amazing property in a beautiful location

A wonderful property in a great location. Perfect for a relaxing holiday and within a short drive of all the popular towns. The bedrooms are immaculate, homely are very comfortable. The owners have created a brilliant living area to relax and socialise. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ever need. Choose from the dining area, balcony or outdoor dining area to eat your meals. The outdoor area was a personal favourite, close to the BBQ and the area is covered by vines. I'm sure each visitor will enjoy the spectacular views of the nearby mountains. I must also mention the swimming pool, which is very large compared with other pools in the area. There is plenty of room around the pool area to relax with a beer, or a book if you'd prefer. The property is also equipped with table tennis and table football. The owners provided directions to the property before we departed, which were easy to follow. We had no problems accessing the property on our arrival. It is essential to hire a car for your stay in Montenegro, as there are many wonderful places to visit. I personally recommend Tivat / Porto Montenegro and Kotor. Tivat / Porto Montenegro both have many wonderful places to eat. Kotor is full of culture and you must head there for a visit. Be brave and climb the hill up to Kotor’s Castle of San Giovanni. You won't regret it. The views are amazing. Just remember to take some water if you visit on a hot day.

Fantastic week in villa Pcela

We spent a fantastic week in villa Pcela which is finished to a really high standard with a beatifully equipped kitchen. We spent most of the time in the extensive garden which includes a shaded games area, BBQ and amazing pool (reputedly the largest private pool in the area). Though set in a quiet location,beach bars, restaurants and supermarkets are minutes away. The old town of Kotor is a major attraction as is the marina complex at Tivat, both 20 minutes away. There are photo opportunities galore in the mountains and along the stunning coastline.

We are a couple with grown up families, based in the south of England. We visited Montenegro in 2013 for a family holiday, fell in love with the Lustica area, and Bogisici in particular, and returned one month later to buy a derelict house in the village.

Villa Pcela is the result of a year long very successful and well managed project which has created a comfortable and stylish home. We visit frequently and are keen cooks! You will find a great kitchen, equipped with everything you need. The villa has been furnished with love and care for our own use, so it's definitely a home from home. It is a perfect base, whether you prefer to relax by the pool or beach, or explore the stunning mountain and coastal areas of this fabulous country.

Bogisici is a working village, mostly local residents with a handful of high quality holiday villas.

It lies at the entrance to the Lustica peninsula, a sparsely populated area of winding lanes, olives groves, secluded coves and spectacular views.

We love the peace and beauty of the area, and the proximity and ease of access to beautiful beaches, local towns and the mountainous interior. Day trips to Lovcen National Park, Lake Skadar and the ancient capital of Cetinje are all perfectly possible by car.

Montenegro is a country of spectacular scenery, much of it as yet relatively undeveloped. Food and wine is simple, good and inexpensive and we have always found locals to be friendly and helpful. We think it's the perfect holiday destination.

The villa is a lovely light and airy space where you will be very comfortable.
The large flat deck pool and sun terraces are bathed in sunshine all day.
The magnificent covered upper terrace leads directly off the living floor and provides a very spacious extra room with dining table and comfortable seating.
The master bedroom encompasses the whole of the top floor, making a peaceful retreat that has a sitting area with TV and mini fridge, and beautiful views from balconies to three aspects.
