Newly updated, well appointed unit offers a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on one level (2nd story unit, 1 flight walk up). Featuring a deck and a sitting area on the veranda that are perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail, these airy and bright spaces will allow you to appreciate the Arizona climate and the view of Camelback Mountain.
The unit offers an open concept space and all the comforts of home, with a living room/conversation area including TV viewing, a fully functional kitchen stocked with the necessary tools to be able to make your favorite dishes, and a dedicated dining space. The spacious master bedroom includes a sitting area, TV, and en suite master bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a quiet space with a separate bath. The complex offers a central courtyard that includes a patio/barbeque area and a lovely pool. The grounds are well maintained and feature flowering bushes, palm trees and citrus fruit trees. A dedicated parking space is included with the unit. Guest parking is also available.

Perfect place

This condo is in the best location ever! It also is one of the nicest, up-to-date, clean condos there. It has everything in it you need and more Beds and furniture are very comfortable and it’s a nice quiet quad .

Great spot; will stay again!

The condo was EXTREMELY well-stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. It is very comfortable, beds are comfortable, furniture comfortable. I extended my stay and plan to go back. The complex itself is older, but the grounds are extremely neat and landscaping is beautiful. The neighbors are friendly, the location is great. The communication with the owner is good and I hope to be back again!

Very responsive owner. Good location. Comfortable furniture and mattress. Good wifi and TV. Fully stocked kitchen and ample paper products. Very small deck so hard to have 2 people comfortably. Fairly noisy complex and street noise.

Owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions and were great to work with. The condo complex has a fairly good setup and the location is right across from the mall. The condo itself matched the photos. The lock was a little troublesome at times, but it should be replaced now. Overall a great stay!

Great Location and Hosts

The property is conveniently located to all old town Scottsdale has to offer. The pool and the grills onsite were a huge plus as well as the fully stocked kitchen. The hosts were very good communicators and helpful whenever I had a questions. I would stay at this property again in the future.

Exactly what was Expected with FANTASTIC communication

First off, the communication with Karen (the unit owner) was ALWAYS amazing. She was always very quick to respond with any questions I had. She was also very communicative during the check in process. NEVER was there a lag in communication. Karen is an AMAZING host. As far as the property goes, everything was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing. My experience at this property was a fantastic one and I hope to rent this property in the future. Yes, perfect in every way. Perfect location for those who like to be close to a huge variety of activities yet be in a peaceful setting. Perfect lodging for those who like to be comfortable in an attractive place. Perfect for those who enjoy meeting new people-- the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Perfect for those who like to deal with good and honest folks; the owners were most accommodating and easy to work with. The little deck is perfect for sitting in the sun and just relaxing. We would very much want to stay here again next year, but, alas, it is already rented for Jan. to the end of March 2017. You hardly need a car as it is just a short walk to about a thousand restaurants, art shows free concerts, a zillion or so shops, etc.
