Nestled in the green hills of Umbria, in panoramic view, between Perugia and Assisi, ours is an ancient farmhouse of 1200 completely renovated and surrounded by an incredible rose and olives, inside of which there is a rooftop pool. The house is located in a strategic position near many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc.). We are also a few steps from the S. Egidio become recently port of call of international lines low cost (Ryanair, etc.).

Located on the first floor, it overlooks the picturesque courtyard of the castle
Very bright and panoramic, it is a three-room apartment of approx. 65, well-furnished and is constituted by a double room where you can add a single bed; a room with 2 or 3 single beds (on request can become another double), bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make you enjoy your holiday (crockery, towels, bed, table, ceiling fans, heating, WiFi, etc.).

The price includes: the towels, bed, table, and all expenses for water, electricity, cooking gas. Also included is the use of our wood-fired oven, built-in barbecue located in the garden (with available tables and chairs), the entry in our rooftop swimming pool with deck chairs / beds and beach umbrella, use for children outdoor play area. Then we have a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board and iron (free of charge).

If you need an internet connection to the apartment it is equipped with WiFi system so you can connect to the Internet.

Umbria is the ideal place for those who want to take a dip in the story as it is a rich testimony to Medieval territory; There you will find several medieval villages more or less famous but all of great historical interest and very characteristic, remained intact over time. Many then are the places "to savor" and "living" as well as to visit. There are numerous food festivals (from May to September they alternate for everyone) around the various villages and folk events. And finally, wanting to also enjoy the pleasure of being in our house together, often organize evenings around the wood-burning oven or large barbecue located in the garden, where guests from all over the world and managers work together to create pizzas every genre or grilled to enjoy with a glass of wine, all gathered at a single long table. If you want to challenge themselves in a demanding test, we inform you that we are on the road to a beautiful path to a national race 42 km in length through all the hills surrounding our facilities, including the ford near the river Chiascio. We have some bikes for free to our customers. As for the meals, then we have an agreement with two nearby restaurants / pizzerias where you can dine at reasonable prices and you can taste the typical Umbrian cuisine. WE WAIT !!!!!!!
