VILLA CHIANTI is a Tuscan-inspired Villa in the private gated Cuscowilla Resort community.

We care about the safety of our guests and therefore have instituted extra sanitizing cleaning procedures at Villa Chianti.

Strict No Pets Policy -If you are traveling with a service dog, you must advise us prior to booking. Verified Service Pet Registration required. We do not allow emotional support pets.

Please note: NO POOL ACCESS WITH THIS RENTAL - Renters will not have access to Cuscowilla's private pool or restaurant with this rental.

In the warmer months, you can cool off with a swim in the lake right in your backyard. Feel free to bring rafts, floaties and noodles for your enjoyment.

BOATERS - We offer one assigned private dock slip for our guests - #469.

GOLFERS - There are two public golf courses close to our villa.
Uncle Remus is a 9 hole public golf course. It is at 120 Hambone Holle Dr. Eatonton. 706-485-6850.
Harbor Club Golf Course is at 1031 Carriage Ridge Dr. Greensboro 30642 - phone number 706-453-9690. Please call for available tee times.

For watersports enthusiasts, pontoon rentals and jetski rentals are available from Oconee Wild Water sports or Anchors Marina to name a couple.

Local marinas and watercraft rental companies offer delivery to our private dock and pick up for a fee. If you are bringing your own boat, I will be happy to refer you to a local Marina for your trailer storage and ramp fees.

Our villa has been nicely appointed with everything to make your stay a comfortable home away from home.

Our villa is a 4 bedroom and 4 bath home that sleeps 12 in beds. Each of the 4 units has it's own entrance/privacy door off the main center foyer. The washer and dryer are on the lower level between units A & B which are adjoined via privacy doors.

Our Villa has two king size bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The combined dining room and living room areas are comfortable with a cozy fireplace. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room. Private bathroom in each suite, dual vanity sinks with granite tops and oversized showers. Our king suite offers a jetted tub for a great way to relax! All of our mattresses are plush pillow top.

The Villa also offers two nicely appointed jr. suites with two queen beds and convenient kitchenettes in each unit. The bathrooms in our jr. suites are large with granite counter tops.

There are plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas on the upper and lower levels with gorgeous views of the lakefront and golf course.

The upper balcony offers a spectacular panoramic view of the lake with seating for everyone. The lower level offers a screened in patio and an outdoor patio with plenty of seating and chaise lounges.

Villa Chianti is great for large families or multiple couples to enjoy time together, while offering enough privacy when desired. We hope Villa Chianti is a place you will want to return to year after year!

Villa Chianti is a lovely place to spend a vacation enjoying the beautiful water view during the day and later relaxing with a glass of wine as you watch a beautiful sunset with your friends and family.

There are lots of great restaurants in the Eatonton area such as Sweet Kneads, The Silver Moon and Lakehouse and Tap. The town of Madison is close by for a great place to visit during your stay.

Drip coffeemakers in all units, Keurig style in Unit A, hair dryers in all bathrooms and Free WIFI.

We provide linens, towels, soap and start-up paper towels and toilet paper.

Wheelchair guests - There is one small step at the tiled entry front which is visible in our photos. The guest will need help with that one step and then the lower floor is fully accessible.

Our villa has a 12 person maximum and 5 maximum vehicle allowance per stay. Booking guest must sign a liability waiver.
