Aosta a few steps from the Roman city near the main historical monuments, newly furnished apartment, very bright with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, possibility of cot for children (4 beds +2 on sofa bed) large living room, bathroom with tub and separate shower box with bath linen included. TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and two balconies with a panoramic view of BECCA DI NONA, MONTE EMILIUS AND PILA. It is served by parking and elevator, post office, shops, food etc. under house including 3 stops of public transport. The apartment is located: 600 meters from the historic center, 1 km from the train station, 1.5 km from the Pila cable car (well-known ski resort), 34 km from Courmayeur, 42 km from la Thuile (valley of the small Saint-Bernard ), 30 km from the Grand San Bernardo, 27 km from the Valle di Cogne; excellent location for visiting the VALLE D'AOSTA. Check-in hours 2:00 pm onwards check-out time before 10:00

Sehr schöne Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung ist eine sehr schöne Stadtwohnung. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier allerdings fehl am Platz. Der Vermieter antwortet immer sehr schnell. Fabio und Christina haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Es verlief alles problemlos. Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt eine empfehlenswerte Wanderkarte mit Vorschlägen für normale Wandere im Tourismusbüro. Wir haben die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen benutzt. Man braucht nicht unbedingt das Auto. Teilweise ist der Bus kostenlos.

Parfait pour visiter Aoste et ses environs

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Aoste. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Fabio et son amie. L'appartement est propre, spacieux, lumineux et très bien situé, à peine 5 minutes à pied de l'arche d'Auguste et de l'entrée de la rue piétonne. Des places de stationnement gratuites se trouvent juste au pied de l'immeuble. Lors de la réservation, Fabio nous a annoncé que des travaux de rénovation de façade étaient en cours et nous a laissé le choix d'annuler gratuitement notre réservation. Finalement nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Great appartment, lots of space

Really good rental experience, Fabio was a great host and we loved the property. Lots of space and a good location although it would be near Impossible without a car. The only slight niggle was noisy neighbours above who were up very late making a lot of noise most nights.

Appartamento a due passi dal centro comodo a tutti i servizi, pulito e confortevole, spazioso , adatto a famiglie oppure a coppie. Situato al quinto piano gode di vista mozzafiato verso le montagne. Consigliatissimo.

Light, spacious family apartment an easy walk from the old town.

Fabio was really helpful and put himself out to make sure we were happy and comfortable. A good apartment which was very convenient for town and a short drive to the Pila ski lift. Ideal for a family vacation. The only additions we thought might be useful were a couple of wine glasses and some playing cards or similar to entertain the children. Thank you very much for a great New Year stay.

toute l'Italie, comme on l'aime !

Fabio, avec son accent chantant et son sourire, nous a réservé un accueil vraiment très chaleureux : bouteille de vin et biscuits italiens, conseils judicieux pour notre séjour, totale disponibilité, même le jour de notre départ (il est venu nous saluer alors qu'il travaillait et que sa maman était déjà là pour nous). L'appartement est vraiment magnifique et spacieux, avec une belle déco pour le grand salon, une cuisine moderne et fonctionnelle, des chambres avec de bonnes literies. Rien à redire, tout était parfait, avec en plus, une situation idéale pour visiter la ville d'Aoste, sans avoir à prendre sa voiture. Dommage que nous n'ayons pu y rester plus longtemps mais on espère revenir !

APARTAMENT MOLT RECOMANABLE

Hem estat una setmana a l'apartament del Sr. Fabio Farina. Des del primer contacte, el propietari ha estat sempre molt amable i atent. Respostes immediates als nostres correus. L'hem conegut a ell i a la seva família (Cristina i Lorenzo) i ha confirmat el que esperava: molt agradables i acollidors. L'apartament, gran, espaiós, còmode, amb molta claror, net i amb totes les coses necessàries. Es pot veure que ho havien preparat amb molta il·lusió. No és justament al centre del poble, però està en un lloc ideal per fer excursions a la resta de la Vall d'Aosta. Hem passat a casa seva la darrera setmana del mes d'agost, amb molta calor. Havíem de dormir amb els balcons oberts i hi havia una mica de soroll de la carretera propera, però potser que jo sigui massa sensible. Recomano molt l'apartament. Si hi aneu, pregunteu al Fabio i la Cristina on heu d'anar a comprar el pa i a quina hora ;). Moltes gràcies, família Farina. A reveure! ******************************************* Siamo stati in appartamento da Fabio per una settimana. Dal primo contatto, il proprietario è sempre stato molto gentile e attento. Sempre risposte immediate alle nostre e-mail. Abbiamo incontrato lui e la sua famiglia (Cristina e Lorenzo) e hanno confermato quello che si aspettava: molto piacevole e accogliente. L'appartamento, grande, comodo, spazioso, luminoso, pulito e con tutte le cose necessarie. Si può vedere che l'hanno preparata con grande entusiasmo. Non è esattamente nel centro del villaggio, ma è in un luogo ideale per escursioni al resto della Valle. Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze l'ultima settimana d'agosto a Aosta, ed era molto caldo. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con i balconi aperti e c'era un rumore dalla strada vicina, ma forse io sono troppo sensibile. Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento. Quando andate, chiedete a Fabio e Cristina dove andare a comprare pane e pasticcini e a che ora ;). Ciao, famiglia Farina, e grazie mille.
