Villa Astaria A is a cozy and welcoming two-story apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Astaria A you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Procida island, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. Villa Astaria A is 95 square meters (1020 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Sorrento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), the stop for the SITA bus at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marina Grande of Sorrento Beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Astaria A from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Astaria A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Bottom FloorSwimming Pool
The swimming pool is 2.5 meters (8 feet) large by 2.5 meter (8.2 feet) long, 1.1 meters (3.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Sorrento coast and of the Bay of Naples, of Mount Vesuvius and of the sea. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.

Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a bathtub with shower wand.

The second terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.

The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
