After years of vacationing in Navarre, we moved to the area in 2019. We live in a 1930's cottage in historic downtown Pensacola with our Airedale Terrier, Zephy. We enjoy sailing on The Gone Coastal, kayaking, diving and snorkeling the beautiful waters of the gulf and spending time with our five adult children and grandchildren and four precious grandkids. I (DeeAnna) manage twelve premier rental properties in Navarre and Perdido Key, Barry is a handyman. We work hard and we play hard. This condo is our family home and vacation spot that we share with friends, new and old. We look forward to adding you to our list of friends.

We fell in love with Navarre many years ago for it's unspoiled beaches and laid-back lifestyle. We chose Beach Colony West Resort because of the expansive balconies, larger unit sizes, multiple elevators, fitness center and the largest pool on the island. Both bedrooms of this unit have private attached bathrooms. This beautiful penthouse paradise is our personal home. We take great pride in the luxury accommodations for our guests and over 65% of our guest return year after year and many have become close personal friends.

We love our private front entrance and huge panoramic 18th floor balcony. From early morning coffee and a sunrise to evening cocktails and a sunset, this balcony won't disappoint. Panoramic waterfront views from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and even jacuzzi tub make this unit spectacular. We offer a unique concierge grocery service for our guests. Order and pay for your groceries on line and we will deliver to the unit, stocking the cabinets and refrigerator before you arrive for a small fee.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Guests traveling with a service animal (as defined by ADA) must advise at the time of booking & comply with policies that will be provided.
