Our condo is located on the 5th floor directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast nook with seating for 6 and amazing views of the entire peninsula.

The kitchen looks into the dining room and living room and onward to the 360 sq/ft terrace that overlooks the pool and then the white sandy beaches and turquoise green ocean that awaits your visit. The dining room has seating for 6 and there is also 3 stools for additional seating at the bar. The living room can easily accommodate seating for 6 to sit back and relax in the evening after those long sunny days to watch a movie, a game or a little tv on the 55 inch LCD. The couch can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate those extra guest needing a place to lie down for the night.

The spacious terrace has lounge seating for 4 and table seating for an additional 4. The terrace/balcony provides astonishing views of the entire peninsula, which includes the sound, the bridge, the gulf's longest pier, the largest pool in Navarre and of course the ocean.
