Perfect located for exploring the Riviera

We’d a perfect week. The house is modern and has all you need. Very clean and tidy at arrival and the owner Cedrick was very serviceminded and helpful. The location makes it easy to go by car to explore the Riviera - from St Tropez to Antibes.

We stayed with 2 families in this nice house. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is perfectly equipped, everything you need! Cedrick is a great host, everything worked out uncomplicated. We had a lovely stay!

Super stay in a wonderful villa, which was very clean, spacious, well featured,- infact it had more items than were mentioned in the "blurb"! We had a super welcome from Cédrick who explained everything that we needed to know for our holiday. Everything worked, the airconditioning was faultless and kept us as cool as we wanted, plenty of plates, dishes, cutlery etc, super huge TV with Netflix and other channels, beds were very comfortable and the pool - WAS warm, kids loved it! Thankyou Cédrick! We had a super stay and you were a super host!

Great stay !

We were one week in the villa, The end of june. The stay was great. We were with 2 persons but the villa is possible for 6-8 persons. The pool was very nice and clean. The whole house was clean ! Everything you need was there. We enjoyed the stay that much that we already booked 2 weeks for next year. Was there anything not ok ? We can’t think of anything. That is why we directly booked 2 weeks for next year.

Very nice and well equipped house with pool

We had a very nice dialog with Cedrick prior to our stay and the house fully lived-up to our expectations. We enjoyed the pool, the big porch outside and the table tennis. The only thing you have to consider, is that it´s situated a bit out in the country-side, so we had to take the car when doing shopping and going to the bach and city. But the house really served well as a super base for us, and we can really recommend it for others!

Das Haus war super sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, sowohl in der Küche, zum Grillen, über Handtücher für die Gartenliegen und den Pool bis zur Waschmaschine. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Haus eine wirklich ruhige Lage besitzt und der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, so dass auch unsere beiden Hunde sich wohl gefühlt haben und im Garten Auslauf und Ruhe gefunden haben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit möglich, immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir die Region erneut bereisen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit 4 Personen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber Cedric isi sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Durch die Heizung auch zum Baden im Herbst noch super geeignet. Das einzig Nervige sind die Mücken, die sind sehr hartnäckig. Sie greifen auch tagsüber an, selbst wenn man nur 2 Minuten draußen ist. Also gut mit Mückenspray ausrüsten! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Der persönliche Empfang von Cédric war sehr herzlich und ist hervorzuheben. Sonst hat man oft nur einen Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Er war vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, super für die Hunde! Durch den Zaun und insgesamt zwei Tore durch die man fahren muss (private Straße), haben wir uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kochen in der großen Küche hat viel Spaß gemacht. Die Gegend um Fréjus hat uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen. Unweit vom Haus findet man ein Gewerbegebiet mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Der große beheizte Pool und die Klimaanlage hat an den heißen Tagen für Abkühlung gesorgt. Wir sagen Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Ferienhaus mit Sehnsuchtsfaktor - es hätte nicht besser sein können!

Die Bilder, die bereits so positiven Bewertungen und auch die zentrale Lage haben uns kurzerhand beschließen lassen das Ferienhaus zu buchen.Der Vermieter Cedrick hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt. Wir waren wirklich beeindruckt von der großen Gastfreundschaft. Uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt, sodass wir einen perfekten Start hatten.Die Außenanlage mit dem Pool, der schöne Garten sowie die Poolvilla sind uns sofort ans Herz gewachsen. Alles ist sehr schön gepflegt und ausgestattet.Die große Küche hatte alle Alltagshelfer in den Schubladen, die man für Üblich auch zu Hause hat.Das große Wohn- und Esszimmer gab viel Raum für Gemeinsamkeit. Gesellschaftsspiele, ein großer TV, die Fensterfronten und der große Esstisch im Fenstereck waren ein Highlight.Die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich, modern und hatten terrassenseitig die Möglichkeit nach draußen zu gehen.Die Bäder waren perfekt und modern ausgestattet. Es fehlte weder an Handtüchern, Föhn noch an Platz die Reiseartikel zu verstauen.Alle Zimmer waren klimatisiert, was bei den Außentemperaturen sehr angenehm war. Außerdem gab es Sprays gegen die Moskitos, welches wir aber kaum nutzen mussten, da wir entgegen unserer Erwartung eher weniger mit Insekten zu tun hatten. Außerdem steht ein Gasgrill bereit sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner. Für den Pool gibt es Luftmatratzen und im Garten steht eine Tischtennisplatte. Die Lage war ruhig, grün und wir waren trotzdem gut angebunden.Côte d'Azur? - dann hier!! :-)

Villa très confortable et très bien équipé

La villa est bien situé et particulièrement au calme. Les équipements sont excellents ( rien ne manque...). Nous avons bien apprécié l'amenagement de plain-pied l'aménagement des pièces (super cuisine - sejour- chambres ). L'accueil est excellent et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Ideal pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis. Nous reviendrons.

Tres belle maison super bien équipée. Propriétaire très gentil. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé outre mesure mais à noter que comme indiqué dans l'annonce, il nous a été demandé de ne pas du tout ecouter de musique dehors. Beaucoup de maison autour mais pas du tout de vis à vis.

5 Sterne Plus - Absolut großartig!

Wir waren im April eine Woche in diesem Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur absolut perfekt sauber und instand gehalten, sondern das Ferienhaus war auch perfekt ausgestattet, so dass hier für einen entspannten Urlaub beste Bedingungen geboten werden. Der große Pool mit angenehmen Temperaturen waren hier noch ein zusätzliches Highlight, dem nur das zum Teil regnerische Wetter etwas im Weg stand.Zudem will ich hier die absolut entspannte Haltung der Besitzer zur Anreise mit zwei großen Hunden noch einmal besonders betonen, für die wir keine extra Kosten gezahlt haben, was mittlerweile wirklich besonders ist.Die Lage war für uns perfekt. In direkter Umgebung gibt es ein schönes Naturgebiet für Spaziergänge und ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (LeClerq und Bäcker). Innerhalb von 18 - 20 Minuten ist man in Frejus oder St. Raphael am Strand. Nizza, Cannes und Aix sind in ca. 1 Stunde zu erreichen und die Autobahnanbindung ist vom Haus aus optimal. Die Zufahrt zum Haus wurde anscheinend kürzlich ausgebessert, so dass hier kein Kiesweg sondern eine geteerte Zufahrt gegeben ist, die mit zwei extra Zugangstoren gesichert ist. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas eng, aber selbst mit VW Bulli gut zu meistern. Wir bedanken uns nochmal für die freundliche Übergabe und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Haus.

Magnifique séjour

Une très belle maison, spacieuse, super bien équipée avec un bel extérieur. L'environnement est tres calme. La piscine est géniale (eau limpide et chauffée à 28 degrés). Elle est parfaite pour un sejour en famille ou plusieurs couples. Nous la gardons precieusement pour un prochain sejour dans la region.

Komfortables und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Toller beheizter Pool. Check in und out waren einfach. Unbedingt Mückenschutz mitnehmen, da viele Tigermücken. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Ein Traumurlaub

Wir sind mit 2 Familien angereist und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einer Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Von der Kommunikation mit Cedrik über den Empfang vor Ort, die Sauberkeit des Objektes, der Raumaufteilung, der Ausstattung bis hin zum Highlight der 4 Kids....dem beheizten Außenpool. Es war perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert. Absolut kein Manko, lediglich ein kleiner Hinweis: Es gibt viele Mücken....
