Fantastic villa with swiming pool, at only 2 steps walk away from the beach, the restaurants and supermarkets of the fishing village of Burgau. Here you can explore all the pleasures that the "Golden Coast" has to offer.
It is located in a luxury condominium, where you can breathe tranquility and a stress free environment. Close to major golf courses, within a 10 minute drive.
Splendid for families and golf lovers.

It is a 1 storey house. On ground floor you have the living room, WC, the kitchen and swimming pool. The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony and 1 terrace. All rooms have air conditioning.
One bedroom has a kingsize bed. The other bedroom has two single beds that can turn into a kingsize bed.

The villa is cleaned to the highest standards and quality linen and dining ware are provided together with a complimentary wireless internet service and free satellite channels.
Parking is easy and in front of the Villa.

The most fantastic aspect of this place is that it is "so close to everything" and at the same time, it is quiet and peaceful.
Here you can smell the morning sea breeze and in the afternoon the scents of the countryside.

Amazing Find!

The townhome was very modern and clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the toiletries and other items left for us by the host. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful little beach town and we want to return soon!

It was perfect

This was our second visit to the property and it was just as perfect as the first time. Host had everything ready for an early check in. We relaxed by the pool and explored Burgau and the cliffs that go forever in both directions. Love the town and love the home.

Everything was fine except that the check out was at 10 am but the water was off around 8.30 so we couldn’t use the shower and toilet anymore.

Great properties with all the facilities you need to stay self catering in this fantastic village of Burgau. Repeat customers who have stayed in central terraced traditional accommodation through to individual villas and these are our go to for our 4 night get aways.

Para o preço que se paga, o serviço deveria salvaguardar mais comodidades, exemplo: 1- 4 rolos de papel higiénico, para 4 pessoas 7 dias.... é insuficiente 2- Sabonete líquido nas casas de banho, inexistente 3- mudança de toalhas, nada, as mesmas tem de durar 7 dias 4- limpeza do espaço exterior muito deficitária 5- utensílios de cozinha, pouca variedade para o necessário e para quem tem Crianças. Faço o apelo, pois a casa é fantástica, e a sua localização também, estes pormenores acima descritos, são na perspectiva de uma melhoria, que estou em crer, que o proprietário terá todo o gosto de efectuar em prol da satisfação dos clientes. Ótima estadia. Casa acolhedora e confortável, bem cuidada, limpa, organizada, com uma decoração moderna e bem equipada com tudo o que necessitamos. Boa localização. Casa situada numa zona calma, protegida do vento por outras moradias, é uma bom espaço para relaxar, com a praia do Burgau à distância de um passeio a pé de 7 min. Os dois pontos de melhoria que vimos na casa era a limpeza de alguns mosquitos mortos na parede e tecto, e o fundo da piscina, dois pontos facilmente corrigidos. Há uma pessoa a dar suporte local à casa para o que for preciso, impecável.

You won’t be disappointed.

Easy booking with good communication. We’ve stayed in one of the identical properties in the complex before so knew what to expect. Very clean and a good size with loads of bathrooms! The pool area is perfect for soaking up the rays and cooling off with a dip. Main criticism is the little touches that are missing eg, having to provide your own batteries for the safe, no soap in the hand dispensers, no foil, washing up liquid/ tablets (there is a welcome pack to with a small bottle to wash up once) no additional toilet rolls, etc. That said it is a good price and cheaper than others that are in the same in the complex. Definitely worth a look but read the reviews and come prepared. This is a commercial rental not someone’s holiday home that they rent out, so there is nothing left behind by previous occupants or the owners.

Nice Villa in need of "tweaks"

Holiday dates - 8th June 2019 to 15th June 2019 4 Adults staying in Villa Overall, this is a very nice villa and would definitely stay here again. However, there are a few areas that could be improved upon. Security - My main concern is the code used for the key box outside the property. A very predictable code is being used and it is extremely easy to work out the code for the other three villas that are owned by the same company and in the same road as the villa we were staying in. Considering we had passports, driving licences and cash like everybody else on their holidays, I really think a better code system should be used as unfortunately it felt like you were sitting ducks every time you went out and left the key in the box (only 1 set of keys available and two sets of couples staying in villa and therefore had to use the key security box).There is a safe in the main bedroom but no batteries or details on how to work this (only set up details, not how to use this). I messaged the property manager and no batteries or details were supplied. Living Area - A small 3 seater sofa is supplied for a villa that accommodates 4 persons. The living space is large and therefore no reason why a larger sofa cannot be supplied. The Satellite system was very disappointing and only 1 UK TV Channel. Kitchen - No oven gloves supplied (I burnt my hand). There is a dishwasher, which is very handy. However, there are only 4 Mugs for 4 persons, so your more likely to be washing up by hand than able to use the dishwasher. Bedroom - When we first arrived, there were less than 2 coat hangers per person and only 1 pillow per person. I messaged the propery manager and this was rectified the following day. Bathroom - There are 3 bathrooms and each one has a fancy ceramic soap dispenser, which are in fact empty. Can I recommend that you remove these as they are completely pointless and perhaps invest in a few more mugs instead :-) Pool Area - All very nice, apart from the parasol needs to be looked at as this fell out of the base a few times and could have been very dangerous if this had hit somebody. I would also recommend some plastic beakers should be supplied to use around the pool area. Overall, this is a nice villa, in a great location. I recommend this holiday let but it could be so much better, for the sake of a few hundred Euros.
