Before you book:

- early check in and late check out are not guaranteed and providing upon possibility
- major tenant should fill in a registration form upon check in that confirms his/her agrees with a stay conditions and security regulations
- 200 euro security cash deposit required upon arrival and will be returned back upon check out after apartment check
- each tenant must be registered according to the law, original ID document required upon arrival with a fee of 1 EUR per person per night (under 12 y.o for free)
- property located at the hillock from the main road and shoreline (60-70 meters above sea level)
- accessing the property by stairs (about 50 steps from the parking area)
- all garbage containers placed down at the main road around 250 meters away from the complex
- swimming pools have working hours and seasonal periods when them not available
- coffee machine capsules are not provided
- fireplace bioethanol fuel providing with an additional cost of 10 euro per litre and CANNOT be replaced by any other fuel/type of fuel!
- meals are not provided
- living room curtains do not have blackout function
- baby crib and baby highchair are providing on a request and for additional charge 3 euro per night
- restricted to organize any commercial or promotional video/photo shooting
