Guest House Rooms Rose is located in Molunat, a quiet little place in Konavle region, 30 minutes ride to the Old Town of Cavtat and an hour a ride to the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Guest House Rooms Rose offers four accommodation units.Each provides You with WiFi, Air Conditioning, SAT TV, Furnished balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture and private bathroom.

All guests have access to shared kitchen and shared terrace with BBQ Facilities.
Free private parking is on guest disposal.

This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to Dubrovnik, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
Guest House Rooms Rose is located only 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach.
The nearest Airport is Dubrovnik Airport, 20 minutes a ride away.

Rooms Rose is located in the village of Molunat, 25 minutes' drive from Herceg Novi. Dubrovnik Airport is a 30-minute drive away and Dubrovnik's city center is 40 minutes' drive from the guest house.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
