3 bedroom duplex in Soltroia Mar

Semi-detached villa of typology T3 in Soltroia Mar, recently renovated and fully decorated in July 2018. All furniture, appliances and equipment are completely new.

On the ground floor has a small private garden as well as the living room, kitchen and social toilet. The bright living room has a direct view of the garden. The kitchen is very spacious and overlooks the pool and estuary of the river Sado.

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite, on the 1st floor, overlooks the front of the house and its garden and the 2 other rooms overlook the pool and estuary of the river Sado. The suite has a double bed as well as a closet and TV. The 2 bedrooms have bunk beds, one of which is ideal for younger children and the other for young children.

The kitchen is complete and has the following appliances:

- ceramic hob

- exhaust fan

The condo has swimming pool for adults and children, visible from the apartment.

Soltroia Mar is located in a privileged area, with direct access to the Atlantic beach. From home, we are within walking distance to the beach, or 1 minute by car.

A Pleasant Stay near one of the greatest beaches in Lissabon region

We loved our stay at the house in Tróia. The house is well equipped and everything is there for a wonderful stay. Vivienda muy bien decorada, en perfecto estado y equipada al completo. Terraza con vista al lago y piscina, muy agradable. Estancia como en casa Cerca de playas y embarcadero de ferry a Setubal. Para recomendar. Sólo una apreciación, faltaría wi-fi aunque no es imprescindible.
