Super Location

Great location! Check in was easy, the kitchen is well equipped and smartly located next to the outdoor dinning. Plenty of room in the garage…we allocated three cars. The house has very good size, living room, kitchen and bedrooms are large and comfortable. We spent great family time

Great place close to the beach

We had a great week in Comporta. The house is new, with lots of room for the whole family. A short walk to the beach, with a few great local restaurants. Francisco was a great host, who gave us suggestions for the area and was available for any problems.

Great place, new and very clean

Very nice house, well decorated, with all features for a great stay. The beach is close by. Ideal for groups or big families. The house is brand new. Great value for money.

Perfect Location, Perfect Family Home

We had no idea what to expect from our trip to the Alentejo region of Portigal. Francisco was a super communicative host, gave us restaurant recommendations and answered any questions we had. We absolutely loved staying in Lago Formosa with its own cute restaurants and 10 minute easy walk to the beach where there were two other cute restaurants. We would definitely come back!

Stunning!

We had THE best stay in this beautiful villa in Comporta! All the rooms (especially the bedrooms/bathrooms) and outside area were stunning! The pool was always warm and the salt water was a nice touch (not so chlorinated!!) The beach was literally a 12mins walk away.. The ONLY downfall was the toilet in the shower cubilce (!)

Our new favourite place

We had the best time in Caravahal . The villa was spotless clean , plenty of space for all our grown up kids and very comfortable . We biked every day on the bikes provided to the Sublime beach club - approx 5 mins away cycling - 10 walking . We did early morning walks around the really beautiful paddy fields 5 mins away - , ate in comporta, a very quaint village 15 mins away! Francisco was an excellent host - always on hand 24/7 and super helpful. This is a very special part of the world that I hope not too many people get wind of !! We will be back for sure .

Neubauhaus im Siedlungsgebiet, ruhig, ca 7 min Fussweg zum Strand

Haus sehr gut equipped. 2!Schöne Zimmer mit Doppelbett, eines im EG, eines im DG, zwei weitere Zimmer mit Einzelbetten. Küche modern, öffnet in Patio mit Swimmingpool und Grillplatz. Sehr schönes enduiteBad mit Dusche im EG. 2 kleine gutsortierte Mercados in ca 2 km Entfernung. Haus grosszügig, Zimmer nicht übertrieben gross. Tiefgarage mit diversen Cityfahrrädern und grossem Werkzeugkoffer. Garten keiner, nur Kunstrasenstreifen rund um s Haus. Insgesamt fühlt man sich sehr wohl.

Très bel endroit

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré les travaux de la maison d'à côté. Notre hôte Francisco est très à l'écoute et très réactif. Idéal pour des vacances à vélo. Les plages sont magnifiques et les restaurants environnants proposent d'excellents plats. Les commerces sont accessibles à 15mns en vélo (le poissonnier est excellent). Très bel endroit plutôt bien préservé. J'espère que ça le restera car les villas poussent comme des champignons. Nous reviendrons!

Casa dimensionada para acolher confortavelmente família de 10 pessoas. Equipamento adequado. Cozinha equipada com frigorifico americano perto das 2 zonas de refeição, deck e sala. Fácil comunicação com o Francisco. Bicicletas disponíveis para passeio nas redondezas. Praia do Carvalhal cerca de 10 minutos a pé. Pena a piscina não ser aquecida :) Recomendo vivamente.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem Komfort

Ein sehr schönes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, welches jeglichen Komfort bietet. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und die Räumlichkeiten sind live noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr gut gelegen, in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, bieten sich jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken, Boutiquen, Restaurants, etc. sowie der Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter so wie das Check-in war absolut unkompliziert und Francisco stand auch während des ganzen Aufenthaltes für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in Franciscos Haus sowie ihn als Vermieter absolut empfehlen.

This is a must stay place and experience. This house is simply fantastic, brand new, excellent location and very comfortable. The real plus is the landlord, Francisco. He was always available and making a major effort to satisfy us.

Great space, clean and Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay! the house is clean very comfortable and it has an excellent location. The kids really enjoyed the pool which did not have cold water like the beach.. You can walk to the beach (probably around 1500 feet, 15 minute walk). The beach has two great restaurants (Sublime (great food and wonderful ambiance) and o Diniz (less trendy but amazing food). I recommend you reserve with the Sublime beach club chairs and umbrella on the beach. Nearby the house with a short drive you can also eat dinner at Quinta da Comporta which has the most amazing sunset With a 10 Minute drive you can also enjoy a beautiful horseback Ride on the beach and rice fields at “Cavalos na areia.”.
