La chambre en suite avec lit double dispose d'un balcon orientĂ© plein sud avec une bonne exposition au soleil. En bas a un canapĂ©-lit oĂč peuvent accueillir 2 enfants ou un adulte.

Wunderbar!

Das kleine Haus liegt ruhig in der Altstadt von Lagos, aber man ist zu Fuß schnell ĂŒberall in der Stadt und an den StrĂ€nden. Auch der Busbahnhof ist gut zu erreichen. Es lohnt dich, mit den Onde-Bussen unterwegs zu sein! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit Paolo war unkompliziert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unhappy

Stayed at this property before, but unfortunately this time it didn’t meet expectations. There was black mold on bedroom walls and ceiling as well as a very musty smell. Checked out early.

Property location is perfect! Apartment was spotless and exactly as advertised. Paulo was great to deal, immediate responses to any questions with and provided great tips for local sites.

Amazing local stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Was very clean and well-kept. Paulo provided some wine and local beer as a welcome gift. Having beach towels and other beach gear made the beaches of Lagos enjoyable. The washing machine was great to have. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and looking out over Lagos. The location was very central to downtown Lagos as well as walking distance (15 minutes) to a lot of the beaches. Very pleasant stay and if we were in Lagos again, we’d stay here!

Super Urlaub

Wir waren zu zweit fĂŒr 4 NĂ€chte in Paulo sĂŒĂŸem Haus in der Altstadt von Lagos. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, nichts fehlt. Sogar eine waschmaschine ist vorhanden und auch in der KĂŒche fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt: sehr zentral, strand und zentrum sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und dennoch ist in PartynĂ€chten sehr ruhig. Paulo ist ein toller vermieter. Wir kamen mit dem Auto und er traf sich mit uns auf einem Parkplatz, um uns an die engen Gassen der Altstadt heranzufĂŒhren. Dann gab es noch ein kleines begrĂŒĂŸungsgeschenk- wunderbar! Vielen dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Comfortable house in central location

The house is loacted centrally with parking spaces in immediate walking vicinity. Walking distance to the city center is about 5 minutes. The house has space for 2-3 persons and is quite cozy. Equipment, kitchen and bathrooms are top modern and high quality. Paulo was a great host and everything administrative went very smooth and seamless. We felt very comfortable during our stay and strongly recommend the house.

Well located and modern house

The apartment is newly renovated and has a lot to offer. The location is close to the touristic center and far enough to spend quiet and relaxing nights. The balcony is great for breakfast or a look at the historic wall. The flat was very clean and we were brought there by car. So it was very uncomplicated

Nice & renovated City House

The accomodation at Paulos House was great. Everything you need for a short vacation is available in the house. Super clean and functional, interior is renovated, free parking outside the city wall in 100m. We came with our baby and Paulo even organised a small bed for her. Highly recommend, thats how it should be!

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient!

This small duplex was located in a quiet residential street in the historic area of Lagos. The property has a well appointed open plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, with a double bedroom, small en suite and tiny balcony upstairs. Paolo is friendly and responsive, met us on time and was available by phone though we didn’t require anything during our 6 night stay. The location is very convenient to the busy historic centre just 5 minutes walk down the hilly streets where there are many choices of bars, shops and restaurants. The old streets are quite narrow and parking outside the house may not be best idea, though a free car park is only a 2 minute walk away. The property seemed very fresh and newly decorated, kitchen was well equipped. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and there were lots of towels provided. Overall the duplex though small is very comfortable for 2 people and we would be happy to stay here again.

Perfekt ausgestattetes, charmantes Ferienhaus mitten in der Altstadt

Das kleine Ferienhaus mit dem kleinen Balkon, auf dem man mit 2 Personen ganz bequem sitzen kann, befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt von Lagos - und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. In dem bequemen und großen Bett haben wir prima geschlafen. Das HĂ€uschen ist sehr geschmackvoll und neu renoviert und super sauber! Es ist mit Allem perfekt ausgestattet (sĂ€mtliche KĂŒchenutensilien sind vorhanden, HandtĂŒcher gibt es mehr als ausreichend, WĂ€schestĂ€nder etc.). Einen großes Plus fĂŒr uns war noch der kostenlose Parkplatz, der wenige Gehminuten (1-3 Minuten) von dem HĂ€uschen entfernt liegt; dort war immer vollkommen problemlos ein Parkplatz zu finden. Der Besitzer, Paulo, hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns einige Tipps gegeben, was man gesehen/unternommen haben sollte, wenn man Urlaubstage in Lagos verbracht hat. Wir haben uns in dem FerienhĂ€uschen sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in Lagos verbracht. Bei unserem nĂ€chsten Besuch in Lagos wĂŒrden wir sehr gerne wieder in diesem HĂ€uschen wohnen!

Very relaxed holiday in central located flat

Clean und comfortable little flat with a good fitted kitchen and excellent sanitary facilities. Paulo is a very nice landlord, picked me and my friend up with his car and showed us everything concerning the flat. Its a very recommendable accomodation!

This is a very comfortable, centrally located house in a quiet area. The bustling center is just minutes away, beaches are in walking distance. So overall, a great spot for a stay in Lagos. The house itself is recently renovated, clean and very well-appointed. Paolo was a great host, easy-going and very helpful. We can definitely recommend staying at his place and would come again.

Maison charmante, rénovée avec goût, trÚs fonctionnelle et trÚs bien équipée (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, ..). Situation de la maison idéale : plages accessibles à pieds, accÚs immédiat au centre de Lagos (commerces, restaurants, ...). Accueil trÚs sympathique de la part de Paulo avec bouteille d'eau et de vin au frais pour notre arrivée.

Beautiful and Convenient

Paulo’s property is a beautiful house in Lagos old town. The house was pristine, everything looked new. He gave us a great welcome. The property is ideally placed for the old town, 5 minutes walk to the main square, so great for cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend this place

We had a fantastic six nights in Lagos and our host was most welcoming on our arrival - the wine was already chilled! Great small city that is fab to walk around and our accommodation was a great base for this. Lovely day trips out as well as a great range of restaurants close by. Super Ferienwohnung die keine WĂŒnsche offen lĂ€sst

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Paulo. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. Paulo hat uns in Empfang genommen und zur Wohnung gefĂŒhrt. Dabei hat er uns auch gleich eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der NĂ€he gezeigt. In der Wohnung gab es dann als kleines Willkommensgeschenk eine kĂŒhle Flasche Wein (sehr lecker!). Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter empfehlen.
