Beach front house, close to Sofi Stadium, World Cup

Beach front house. Located in Belmont Shore California. Bottom floor is open floor plan living room has a pool table and seating dining room has seating for six and kitchen has a large island with seating and fully stocked. Upstairs Master bedroom with King size bed and smart TV. Master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.Bedroom 2 has a queen bed on bottom and full size bed on top . 3rd room has a queen size bed . Family room has A couch that makes out to a bed. With a large sliding doors that open up to a balcony where you can sit and watch the boats and the occasional seal or dolphin. Roof top deck with lynx bbq. Full views of ocean, bay, Catalina, Queen Mary, and the Southern California Mountains. There is also a two car garage .Paddle boards ,kayaks and bike rentals in front of the house on the beach . Just a short 2 block walk to 2nd Street for great restaurants, shops and bars. And you can ride a bike or Uber a short distance to the Long Beach convention center and aquarium . Beach chairs,unbrella and towels provided. STREET IS CLOSED IN SUMMER 9-5 So people can walk bike and skate in the street. We are 40 minutes from Disneyland 30 minutes to Knottsberry farm 45 minutes to Hollywood in about an hour to Lego land. Great place for families and romantic getaways not a place for raging parties or events like weddings our neighbors will have the party shut down in a minute there is a place in front of our house that puts on weddings And private events on the beach.

Amazing location with a stunning rooftop deck. The property was well-equipped with beach supplies and offered plenty of space for a small group, with comfortable sleeping arrangements. The room with the pull-out couch felt like a fourth bedroom, complete with privacy curtains and a stunning view, and the pool table was a big hit with our teenagers. We’d definitely stay again.

Great location and wonderful balcony and top floor views!

The house was very nice and the location was great! We enjoyed using the pool table and the view from the top floor was great. Walking distance to the walking path on the beach and nice stores and restaurants on 2nd street. Our suggestion would be to have a few more things in the kitchen like a dishcloth and more than one garbage bag. Also we fried some eggs and they stuck to the pan, so maybe a new frying pan. The house was very clean!

Amazing stay at this beach house!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The 3-story house offered a lot of space for our whole family, and the look out at the waterfront was just beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. The tiny kid house was a huge hit; the kids loved playing in there every day.It was such a close walk to the beach, and there were lots of restaurants, activities, and shopping nearby, which made everything super convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meals at home easy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and soft, which made for a great night’s sleep. Plus, it was super convenient to have a 2-car garage for parking.Definitely recommend for families - beach getaway! We’d love to come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were super impressed at how clean it was given that it allows pets, the balcony space was incredibly spacious and functional, and the pool table was a massive hit with our kids. Steps away from Rosie's dog beach and 2nd street. The host was quickly responsive with a super easy check in/check out process!

Great stay in Long Beach

The house was great and had everything we needed for two families with young kids looking for some beach time and a day at universal studios. The hosts were very nice and responsive, the views from the multiple decks were awesome, and the pictures of the house in the listing don’t do this place justice as it is bigger and nicer than we expected. We were able to fit two cars in the garage too, and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in Long Beach!

Wonderful stay

We booked this property because we had been displaced due to the fires in Altadena. It was a wonderful place to rest, and the house is a fantastic space, with lots to walk to in the area. We were also grateful to be able to bring our pets. Thank you for a healing stay.

If you want the finest Long Beach has to offer, come here!

This property is located a few blocks from the bustling shopping and restaurant scene on 2nd and a few blocks from Long Beach’s revered beach real and coastline. The Belmont neighborhood is the best that Long Beach has to offer and this property is so perfectly situated, you would be hard pressed to find a a better spot. Also, the harbor beach is right out your front door and you can rent boats, paddle boards, kayaks and so much more. The house is whimsical, flamboyant, fun, and multi leveled which we appreciate. We had a family function here and the three stories helped give all of us enough space to spread out and feel comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything you need and all of the amenities were provided including a spacious kitchen, and large common areas. If the owners ever want to sell, I would buy, and I’m not kidding!Everything about this property was warm and inviting and I would consider it an exceptional experience.

Why they chose this property

We raised our children in this house and moved down the street when they were in high school. We loved living in this house. We enjoyed our neighbors and loved the beach out front, it was a great place to raise kid perfect beach for little ones

What makes this property unique

This is the only house on this street with a beach front view that is rented as a vacation rental. All the other vacation rentals on the street are apartments. So I guess that makes it unique.
