Peaceful escape

Lovely old character property ( which does give rise to some issues ) in a very quiet location so a car is essential, but a great place to explore the south coast of Cornwall from. Looe, Polperro and Fowey are all great nearby excursions and we walked some of the coastal path which is stunning! The apartment has everything you need and the welcome pack Chris and Julie left was very useful. The lovely gardens are a great place to sit and read a book or sip a glass of wine and the views are beautiful. There's even a barbecue you can use if you wish.

Thank you for your review, Jane. We are pleased you enjoyed your break and visits to the local area. My apologies that the you had the problem with the light in the bathroom early in your stay - a bathroom disco feel is not ideal! I believe the replacement fitted the next day solved the problem for you. Best wishes, Julie

We are sorry that it seems you did not enjoy your time in our apartment. Your poor score came as a surprise as we do not usually receive negative reviews, and you gave no comments as to the reasons for it nor did you raise any issues whilst you were with us. Please could I request that you message me via VRBO so that we learn from your experience and rectify any issues you had for future guests? Thank you in anticipation of further information. Kind regards, Julie
