BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This spectacular villa features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets, and can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, free wifi, cable TV, BBQ, private infinity pool and private parking. The villa has the master bedroom, en suite, on the first floor, two double bedrooms, en suite, a twin room on the ground floor and a twin room.The large dining and living room, comfortably accommodates all guests in the house. The living room has a direct connection to a large outdoor terrace facing south, overlooking the sea.

PROPERTY RULES

• No smoking allowed

• No parties or events allowed

• Groups under the age of 40 are not admitted.

• No pets allowed on the property

• Quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be respected

• Occupancy limit must not be exceeded: up to 10 guests (including children)

• Guests are not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

• Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 13 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

• Bed linen and towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket. CMTV in outdoor areas



CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Guests must inform SAPvillas in advance of their expected arrival time.

If you arrive before 5:00 PM, you can leave your luggage at our office.

You must inform us at least one day in advance if you leave before 11:00 AM.

After 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM, you can leave your luggage at our office
