Walking down to the beach(800 m.), in a nice complex built in Andalusian style, with 10.000 sq of tropical gardens and own lounge bar. Located in the heart of Costa del Sol, in an extremely characteristic, quite and lively area within short walk distance to all services!

The complex comprises lovely apartments designed in a traditional Mediterranean style with marble floors and a magical touch of Mediterranean inspiration. Just beautiful. There are three large pools (with salt water and sweet water) in the complex sorrounded by palm trees, tropical flowers and exotic birds species. One of the pools (central)has also little baby pool(opened from May of 2024).
Only the residents can access to this 10.000 square meters of private gardens, so having a lovely walk through this huge green area is a treat for the senses.

You will immediately sense its special intimate atmosphere that makes you feel like being in your own Andalusian home. Each detail has been passionately chosen.

At the spacious living room there is a charming sofa, which can convert into a comfortable double bed (140x200) in a few steps, and a modern table with their chairs. Also there is a HD TV 40” inch brand new, perfect to watch your favorite shows (international channels).
For all over the house there is a very high speed internet connection (600 Mbps) and 200 international channels due to the fiber optic installation. The WiFi is fast, totally free and without limits. You can access to internet in any device: tablet, smartphone, notebook...

There is a fireplace so your winter nights are even warmer and also we have an air conditioning in all bedrooms for a fresh atmosphere in the summer.

The main bedroom has a comfy XXL king size bed (160x200), a large wardrobe. Has its own private bathroom with a big mirror and a relaxing rain shower . All the bed linens, towels, beach towels, etc are provided.

From the living room or the main bedroom you can access to the private terrace where there are a outdoor furniture (dining table with chairs) . With the sun on your head, the sea as background and the sound of the birds this is the perfect place to lay back with a cool drink and enjoy your holiday.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, etc... Also we provide all the utensils you may need during your stay: dishes, cutlery, glasses, coffee cups, tea pot, pots and pans, stainless steel and so on. Also in the apartment you will find a useful iron and and an ironing board.

At the main floor there is another bathroom fully equipped and with a shower so everybody has their own privacy and space.

On the second floor, which is accessed through a spiral staircase from the outside terrace, you will find the second bedroom. This cozy room has capacity for 4 people: there are two single beds (90x200) and a double bed (140x200). It has a large closet and a desk with a chair. Please note that the bathrooms are on the main floor (there are NO bathrooms on this second floor).

On the second floor is also our favorite part of the house: the solarium. With high quality artificial grass, spectacular views of the sea and comfortable loungers, you will find the perfect environment to relax while you enjoy the sun and have a refreshing drink.

A lounge bar is located inside the resort (main pool), and serves lunch with impressive views of the tropical garden. The Mediterranean flavor is in every dish and sea views with each bite. This bar is the Andalusian essence at Albamar Resort.

Also to this end, we offer you 20 different restaurants and bars in walk distance(3-15 minuts) to whet your appetite at any time of the your holidays.

HOUSE RULES:

* Please, after accepting your reservation, tell us the exact time of your arrival.

*NO VISITORS. Any additional guests after the booking has to pay 20€per guest and night

* No noise after 23:00!!
It is very important to respect the neighborhood. You can have fun as long as you are respectful of others, especially at night and in the early morning. In common areas please be respectful.

* Respect the environment, it is the legacy that we are going to leave to future generations, so please do not leave lights on unnecessarily. Unplug the heaters after you are done using them.
*You can not put electronic devices other than we provided for your stay (for example extra radiators, etc ..)

* NOT STRANGERS!!!
Only people that appear in the reservation (and given us copy of their ID/Passports) request can stay in the apartment.
Any additional person has a cost of 20€

* Check in after 21:00 has an additional cost of € 50€

* Let us know at least 24 hours in advance of the exact departure time.
* Please, do not smoke in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
* Please leave the apartment in the same condition in which you found it. Otherwise, you must pay € 50 for cleaning costs.
Garbage without throwing away you will be charged 50 euros. If we detect you have smoked in the apartment the fee 100 e
* Loss of keys has a cost of € 100€. .

* And lastly, the most important rule, we wish you the BEST STAY YOU HAVE EVER HAD !!
