La Ginestra di Valerio is a renovated former farmhouse that was part of the Castello di Poppiano.
Villa with swimming pool and large garden for a holiday immersed in nature, comfort and elegance.
Description: 240 square meters, 5 double bedrooms, one of which in a comfortable and perfectly habitable attic, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms. The structure was built in order to guarantee the privacy of two separate families: an external staircase connects the ground floor and the first floor. The house can accommodate 10 people, up to 12 people with the possible opening of two comfortable sofa beds
On request we can recommend tourist trip services, personal chefs etc. The realization of events is also possible.
