Dette hus er beliggende i et af de mest privilegerede områder på øen Skiathos!
Ved at betyde, at du har alt i en 100 meters rækkevidde som Restaurant, Minimarked, Bageri, Konditori, busstoppested, Legeplads, en lille strand lige under huset og 3 min gang fra en fuldt organiseret strand med restauranter, vandsport osv.!

Huset kan karakteriseres som i udkanten af øen Skiathos, men på samme tid er det 5 minutter fra hovedgaden (papadiamandi gaden) hjertet af Skiathos !!!

Huset har en enorm privat 2-plan terrasse og en afslappende balkon med en betagende udsigt!

There is nothing but praise for our whole experience. The owner Tassos is an incredible, friendly, accomodating and helpful person.Communication from the outset was fantastic and the property is stunning,beautifully appointed, and so clean, making it feel just like home. The location is fantastic and just a short walk from a lovely small beach with great restaurants, and also a short steep walk from the old town and all it has to offer.A perfect stay with the best host you could ever wish for. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was even better than the photos – spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, with incredible views and the best swimming right at our doorstep, great restaurants & bakeries within 5-10 min walk. What truly made the experience special was the host. Tassos went above and beyond – communicating from the day we booked the stay, picking us up, organizing transport, and making sure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay. His hospitality made everything easy and stress-free. We never had such a wonderful host! This was by far one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return!

Stunning house, location and fabulous host

The photos of this beautiful property don’t do it justice. Every attention to detail was made and surpassed our expectations from start to finish. There wasn’t a moment of the stay that hadn’t been thought of and catered for. The view from every window is just breath-taking, we didn’t want to leave. This is the most incredible property with the loveliest most helpful host imaginable.

Perfection

From the time we booked this gorgeous property we recieved the utmost care and attention from Tassos. From meeting us at the airport to checking we had everything we needed he was great. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The views were spectacular and there was plenty of seating/sunbeds to enjoy the scenery. It was in a fabulous location for a gentle stroll to the town or down to the local beaches. We couldn't fault anything and can't wait to go back!

Stunning

Absolutely immaculate house with the most amazing views of the bay. Property spotlessly clean and Tassos the owner is so very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him to make our stay perfect. 2 small beaches below which was a nice bonus as weather when we stayed was extremely hot. If I could add one thing it would be a small hot tub/ spa (on a cold setting)on the property just for somewhere to cool off from the sun. Thank you Tassos for a beautiful stay in your wonderful house .

Wonderful house with everything

This is a beautiful home with fantastic views and a wonderful host, what more can one ask for! In fact there is more, the location is outstanding with beach, mini markets, bus stop and the town within easy walking distance, 5 minutes. Excellent restaurants nearby. The house is well stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking pots etc. and everything in the house is of high quality and demonstrates high levels of care. Tassos is a delightful, helpful and friendly host organising airport transfers and recommending restaurants too. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful house in a perfect location!

We can't say enough good things about our stay at Tassos' house. The house is immaculate and finished to a high standard and the view from the terrace absolutely stunning. Tassos has thought of everything that you may need for your stay and he is the perfect host. He was in contact with us before we even arrived arranging our transport from the airport to the house. The location of the house is perfect, near enough to the beach and the town and a superb restaurant right next door - we couldn't recommend this highly enough. All in all a perfect place for a wonderful holiday.

Spectator Skiathos Stay!!!

Truly amazing stay in Skiathos with an excellent host! The property is exactly as advertised and I can’t think of a single thing I would change. Location, location, location - everything is walkable from here - the restaurants, the shops, local bakeries, buses, beaches, the list goes on. Tassos is a phenomenal host who really just wants his guests to be happy and have a wonderful vacation…from meeting us at the airport and throughout our entire stay he was extremely accommodating and responsive and we would highly recommend this beautiful spot with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea…you most certainly will not be disappointed!!!

This was our third villa holiday in Skiathos. We saw this property on VRBO some years ago and was keen to stay for it's proximity to the local beach and main town with it's vibrant nightlife of restaurants, bars and shops (Only 5 minute walk) whilst still maintaining a quiet and peaceful ambience when staying in.The villa is in an ideal location with lovely views over looking the bay of Megalli Amos beach, the rest of the Island and mainland Greece.Tassos, the owner, was a true gentleman, friendly and welcoming.Excellent communication throughout the booking process. On arrival at the airport he met us and arranged for transportation to the villa free of charge.He introduced us to his immaculate home which was very well equipped with everything we needed. Cleanliness was 5 star.Tassos was always on hand if we needed any help, but was never intrusive.If you like this sort of holiday, we can't recommend this property enough. Wonderful villa with a gorgeous view

The villa was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything you might need and everything was of the highest quality. The view was amazing, you never got bored of it. The location of the villa was ideal with a local fruit shop, bakery & supermarket within a few mins walk. It’s about 10/12 minute walk into the centre of Skiathos and only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to all of the beaches on the southern side of the island. The villa is owned by Tassos who was SO helpful, both before we arrived and whilst we were there. He is an excellent host

We had an absolutely incredible stay here this past weekend. The property is stunning and the house was very well equipped with everything you can think of! You can tell they put a lot of thought into the design and details so you truly feel like it’s your home while you’re there. The views from every room leave you breathless and we loved all the outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The home is in prime location of the bay and only a 7 minute walk away from the center town of Skiathos and all the restaurants, making it ideal for us to explore all the local restaurants and shops Skiathos has to offer. Tassos was always very communicative and proactive even before we arrived. He arranged our pickup from the airport at no cost and helped us arrange a speedy transfer to the airport. His recommendations for local dining options and activities were top notch and made our stay even more special. He always checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything else. If you are lucky to find this beautiful home available for the dates you want to visit Skiathos, definitely book it and don’t miss out! We can’t wait to be back!!

A truly memorable stay

Wow where to start! We had such a pleasurable holiday staying at this fabulous house. Firstly, the owner Tassos was incredibly welcoming and communicative, always ready to assist. He helped us with car hire, restaurant suggestions, beaches to visit and boat trip info, the perfect host! Then the house itself is stunning, perched on the beautiful cliff edge with gorgeous seafront views, it truly felt like a hidden gem. The facilities and decor were top notch, and the level of care and attention to cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect too, a few minutes walk into Skiathos Town meant my teenagers had plenty to do! I can wholeheartedly recommend this house for anyone looking for a remarkable stay in this beautiful Skiathos house!

The pictures do not do this property justice. The views are absolutely stunning as is the inside of the property. Our host Tassos is brilliant, we could not of wished for more from him meeting us at the airport to arranging our transport back. It was a privilege to stay in his home, he cares so much. We have rented many villas and apartments over the last 30 years throughout Europe. No matter how good the properties were there was always something that we were not happy about. This was not the case at Tassos's house. It was superb in every way!The location is unbelievable with views to die for. Everything is within easy walking distance. The excellent beach, numerous restaurants, supermarkets. The house itself is beautifully presented and is equipped better than any we've previously rented. The attention to detail is stunning! There is nothing you could need that is not here! The communication with Tassos was brilliant from the start. He responds so quickly to any questions both before arrival and during your stay. He is a genuinely lovely man who makes you feel so welcome you actually feel like it is your home for the duration of your holiday. Do not hesitate to book this house. You will not regret it!

Fantastic property with amazing views

We stayed in this lovely house for 2 weeks in summer 2019. The house is fantastic - Tassos has thought of everything. The views are amazing watching the yachts coming and going and at night the views of the stars and the Milky Way were great. Tassos was really good at keeping in touch throughout our stay to check all was ok - and it was! There were no problems. I particularly liked the outside space, the comfy sofas, the walk in wardrobe (what a luxury on holiday), essentials like iron and washing machine, and the day bed on the balcony is the comfiest seat with the best views in Skiathos. We were asked by several people walking past the gates ‘wow, are you staying here’!

Absolutely Fabulous

We have travelled all over the world, stayed in some lovely 5* hotels , but none had a view as good as that from the terrace of Tassos’s lovely property. The photos barely do it justice, it’s breathtaking. In fact we smiled at a number of people who stood in front of the gates taking selfies with ‘our’ view in the background! The interior of the property is lovely too: spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped with top quality appliances in the kitchen where you could cook/prepare anything you want as everything is provided. Very helpfully a number of basic provisions are in the cupboards aswell. Tassos is a delightful man - really helpful from arranging transport to booking our first night meal. The property is very conveniently situated for the town and all amenities. There is a lovely little beach a few minutes walk from the property. Unhesitatingly recommend this lovely property!

We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this place takes top spot when taking into account all of the following:- Location and views from the property and particularly the terrace are just stunning throughout the day but sunsets are special The property has everything and I mean everything you could need . The attention to detail by Tassos is amazing….. there wasn’t a single item we needed that he didn’t have and all high end electrical appliances . And his warm welcome on arrival at the airport and smooth transfer into a waiting complimentary taxi to his house when you didn’t have to guess where controls where and how everything worked was personally and efficiently explained to you . So quiet to relax on the terrace or in the shade of the gazebo and take in the view . You’re on the fringe of the old town but can be in the heart of the town in 5/10 minutes….. maybe a bit longer on the way back uphill. Try Plakes restaurant and Maria’s Pizza for fabulous food and service or indulge in Baracoa beach club where the food is similarly high quality. All in all a fabulous holiday enhanced by a five star property and service and a warm welcome

wunderschöner Ort der Ruhe zum Relaxen und Erholen

Hier an diesem Ort ist alles perfekt. Der Gastgeber Tassos hervorragend und sehr sehr aufmerksam Der Blick aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge sind von jedem Zimmer aus zu genießen. Die Terrassen einmalig, eine himmlische Ruhe. Ein Ort für die pure Erholung. Im Hintergrund immer ein ruhiges sonores Rauschen des Meeres Das Haus liegt am Rande von Skiathos und doch ist alles super schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Man ist schnell am alten Hafen, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Fleischer alles um die Ecke. Die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus sehr hochwertig und komfortabel ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts! Wir sind in den letzten beiden Oktoberwochen da gewesen, hatten herrliches Wetter und auf der Insel war es schon schön ruhig, die Saison ging zu Ende, die verbliebenen Restaurants waren mehr als genug, alle Menschen auf der Insel machen einen entspannten und zufriedenen Eindruck. Der Urlaub war so, als ob man in eine andere Welt eingetaucht wäre, eine Welt voller Frieden und Zufriedenheit. Mit der Fähre konnte man die Nachbarinseln besuchen, auch dies lohnt sich Wir werden diesen Ort in unserem Herzen behalten und wieder besuchen

Schöne Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Als kleine Familie mit Teenager haben wir eine herrliche Woche auf Skiathos in Tassos sehr schönem Haus verlebt. Der Blick auf das Meer ist einfach einmalig und aufgrund des perfekten Wetters konnten wir die großzügige Terrasse ausgiebig nutzen. Auch die Distanz zur Altstadt ist ideal. In nur wenigen Minuten sind die vielen Restaurants und hübschen Läden in dem lebendigen Städtchen zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Urlaub, nicht zuletzt wegen der äußerst zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Art von Tassos, der sich wirklich hervorragend um seine Gäste kümmert!

geschmackvolles Ferienhaus mit grandiosem Meerblick

Das Haus ist vom sympathischen Gastgeber Tassos mit vielen Details dezent und sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen großen Außenbereich mit mehreren Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Tassos spricht englisch und war für Anliegen sofort erreichbar. "Nahversorgung" (Supermarkt, Tavernen, Rollerverleih...) ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar, ebenso ein schöner Strand. Für sehr große Menschen könnte vielleicht das französische Bett etwas kurz und schmal sein :-)

Fantastic location

This is a very special place, the view from the terrace is amazing and the appartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Tassos works very hard to make sure the stay is comfortable. We will be back!

5* accommodation with the best view on the island

Tassos was the perfect host, faultless communication before and during our stay, met us at the airport and arranged our transfers both ways for us, his beautiful house is only a short distance from the airport and is in an ideal location. There is a mini market, fruit shop and bakery within 2 minutes walk and the bus stop is also close by where you can hop on for €2 and go anywhere on the island. The house itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained and spotless, Every little detail has been thought about and it is very clear Tassos has put his heart into making sure his house is like a home from home. The view is also one of the best on the island. I had an unfortunate small accident during our stay and Tassos not only arranged transport to the medical centre immediately for us he also accompanied us to ensure we got treated. 30 minutes later I was back bandaged up. Impeccable service which we were most grateful for at such a worrying time. We had the most amazing time during our stay and we’re very sad when it was time to leave. We will definately be back next year to explore even more of this beautiful island.

Amazing views

We had a fantastic stay at Tassos’s house. It looked amazing and when we arrived it was even better than the pictures. The view was unbelievable and his home was modern, clean and had everything you need. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but only a short walk to the old town and port with shops and restaurants . A brilliant host. He was there for anything we needed and very helpful, he arranged the taxi from the airport too. We loved it thank you Tassos.
