Magnífico y elegante apartamento de 140 m2, perfectamente equipado, no se ha olvidado nada para que pueda tener todo el confort necesario durante su estancia. Se encuentra en el primer piso de un edificio histórico del siglo XVII en el centro de París y tiene vistas a un patio típicamente parisino. Se encuentra muy tranquilo y en el corazón de París.

Este apartamento tiene una sala de estar muy grande de 40 m2, un gran comedor, una cocina equipada, un lavadero independiente, 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y aseos separados. El apartamento tiene un techo muy alto (más de 3 metros) y el piso es de mármol y parquet de época.

Sala de estar: suelo de baldosas de piedra de mármol, vigas a la vista en el techo, alfombra, 2 sofás de cuero, 4 ventanas grandes con vista al patio, mesa de café, consola, espejo grande, armario empotrado con estantes, cajones, TV, reproductor de DVD, home cinema , cadena hifi.

Comedor: mesa grande de vidrio, 6 sillas de cuero, sillón de cuero, aparador, espejo grande, consola, ventana grande que da al patio.
Dormitorio 1 "dormitorio principal" con baño en suite: piso de parquet de madera, cama doble 180 x 200 (colchón nuevo), lámpara de noche y mesita de noche, armario grande, cómoda, ventana con doble acristalamiento y vista al patio. Radio, sistema de alta fidelidad. Baño en suite con amplia ducha y doble lavabo incorporado en un mueble e inodoro.
Dormitorio 2: piso de parquet de madera, cama doble de 140x200 (colchón nuevo), alfombra, lámpara de noche, cómoda, estantería, radio, ventana de doble acristalamiento al patio.

Cocina perfectamente equipada: suelo de baldosas de mármol de piedra, 4 placas eléctricas, microondas, horno tradicional, campana extractora, nevera grande, congelador independiente, hervidor eléctrico, cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, prensa de naranja, robot y ventana grande Patio con vista.

Lavadero: lavadora, secadora, tabla de planchar, plancha.

Baño 1: suelo de baldosas, doble lavabo con encimera integrada en una unidad de almacenamiento y espejo grande, ducha grande, secador de pelo, WC.

A wonderful place to stay in Paris

This was truly a perfect location. The apartment was spacious and had every convenience we needed Our interactions with our hostess Aurore were responsive and very helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Parisian home. The location could not have been better. Most places we wanted to visit were a short walk away. The owner provided a lot of helpful information and suggestions on places to see in the area. Highly recommend and would stay there again if in Paris. Very quite and peaceful location.

We had a wonderful stay at Aurore’s apartment- spacious and beautifully set up and stepping into the quiet courtyard after busy days was just what we needed. Transport was easy with the metro and bus close by and communication from booking to the end of our stay with Aurore was excellent. We had some lovely meals based on Aurore’s recommendations and will not hesitate to return- our best stay in Paris- thank you!

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful, spacious, clean apartment in the centre of Paris. Even though it is right in the middle of Paris, it is very quiet. Easy walking distance to lots of nice restaurants, metro right outside the front door. The owner, Aurore, is very easy to communicate with. She also has a lot recommendations for places to eat, see, shop etc. Would definitely recommend the apartment!

Even better than listing

This is a beautiful quintessential Parisian apartment with huge windows and high ceilings. There was plenty of space or our teenagers to spread out. Comfortable furniture and nice kitchen. Excellent communication, with specifics for self check in. The building is in the center of everything-- you couldn't ask for a better location, and yet the courtyard and gates make it quiet and safe. I would absolutely stay here again.

Christmas in Paris

We took our son, daughter-in-law, and two children, 6 & 9 years old to Christmas. The apartment couldn't have been lovelier or in a better location. The metro and a bus stop were literally right out the front gate. Despite being so centrally located the apartment was quiet and we were never bothered by the traffic. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more!

Week in Paris with family

The property was in great location however there were not enough essentials like toilet paper, limited supplies, no tissues, used samples of bath products, etc. The biggest issue were that the two guest rooms had no window coverings for blocking light or privacy. The bath linens need updating.

Thanks for your review and I hope all the restaurant and movie recommendations you requested when in Paris proved helpful. Concerning the window coverings, I would have been delighted to explain how they work but you never raised this issue during our daily conversations. All the essentials you mentioned are provided in sufficient quantity for a one-week stay based on a normal use. The miniature bath samples are there for decoration and not for use. The soap and shampoo for guests are provided in large La Marseillaise bottles or other brands, renewed for every stay. Bath linens are renewed each season!

Spacious, quiet flat in the center of Paris

My wife, and our two teenagers spent a week a this property over springbreak. It was the perfect launching pad to explore the city: - Right in the heart of things with great shops, restaurants and sights just outside the front door - 30 seconds from the Hotel de Ville Metro stop - Large space for a family of four with comfy bed nice kitchen, dining room and living room - Although its right in the middle of things the flat is set off a courtyard behind the main street so once in side it feels quiet and seculeded (a great environment to deal with jet lag) - Aurore is a phenomenal host - very detailed checkin instuctions (including photos), great communication during the whole trip and as bonus she has an excellent guide to paris that she put together

Large, comfortable apartment in the most perfect location.

We stayed in Aurore's apartment for a week in August, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Paris. The apartment was perfectly located, just steps away from a metro station and within a few minute walk to the hear of Le Marais. We were able to walk everywhere else that we wanted to in the city, too. The apartment itself was well-furnished and comfortable with plenty of space and all of the necessities -- including Netflix and a washing machine and dryer, which made our stay much easier. Beds were comfortable and the apartment stayed cool despite the heat wave. It was also completely quiet despite the busy-ness outside, making it feel like our own little oasis that we could retreat to when in need of a break. In coordinating our stay, Aurore was great to work with -- flexible in arranging arrival and departure times and helpful in her recommendations. I highly recommend staying here.

a fantastic apartment in Paris!

Our family (of adults) stayed in this lovely and spacious apartment for a week in November. We had lots of room and the apartment is conveniently located to almost everything in Paris including the metro, cultural sites, museums, shops and restaurants. While Rue de Rivoli is a busy street, you are transported to a quiet courtyard once you go through the main entrance that makes it hard to believe you are in the middle of a big city. We had great communications with Aurore and she has a whole list of suggestions for restaurants and more. I highly recommend this apartment!

This rental is the perfect place to stay in Paris. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and close to everything. The hosts were wonderful to work with throughout the process. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity to visit in the future!

Stylish apartment in central Paris

Aurore’s apartment is full of character, comfortable and in a central location. The large lounge with its high ceiling provided welcome refuge from the heatwave conditions we experienced during our stay in Paris. Aurore was very helpful and answered all the questions we had quickly.

A gem in the heart of Paris

What a wonderful find! I was looking for a place to stay for myself and my two university attending daughters over the week of Christmas. This apartment fit the bill to a T. My two daughters shared a bedroom and bathroom, while I had my own bedroom and bathroom. The flat is very spacious, so we were quite comfortable when resting in between our outings. The location is right next to the hotel de ville on rue de Rivoli, so many of the major tourist attractions were within easy walking distance. There’s also a number of great restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. The owner, Aurore, was excellent in communicating with us at all times. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to other guests.

Spacious Apartment - Excellent Location

From check in to check out, we had no regrets about this property. We were travelling with our adult son. The two bedrooms and two baths was convenient. The location was walking distance to most of the sights in Paris. The metro was right outside the door if we needed to go farther. We were on a busy street but the apartment was quiet because it is in the inner courtyard off the street. We were there during a heatwave, yet the rooms stayed surprisingly cool. We would stay here again, for sure.

My wife, daughter and I spent a week in Paris and this apartment is ideal. Relaxing, roomy, comfortable beds, quiet, yet close to everything you need. I'd definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again when I next visit Paris,
